Terrible service upon check-in. Had requested a queen bed and were given two single beds. Room was old and rusty. Not very clean. The bathroom while looking adequately picturesque had absolutely no practicality and I wonder who was the architect behind such horrific design. Not someone who tends to complain but would never stay here or recommend anyone to visit here. And let s not forget the horrific incident with the hairdryer which looked like it had mould all over it and had not been cleaned for 20 years. And even when we requested a new one, a manager showed up empty handed and could barely communicate or understand our frustration with the terrible service. At the very least, customer service dictates you apologise but not only did we not get an apology but were made to feel unwelcome. Never again! If only I could give zero stars
