Fantastic experience. Our group that went to Portugal stayed and still returned from London staying for another day.
Well located, near the bullring and several other important points of the city.
We were walking to the Church of Santa Clara which has around a shopping and several restaurants of excellent quality.

Modern clean hotel.... nothing too fancy... for the price I paid, had a very good stay! Location near various train stations but not walking distance to the main tourist destinations.

Granted business class voucher refused by hotel. Thanks for staying in lisbon at airport chairs

I just came here to attend an event. The catering was quite good.

Large hotel with swimming pool and restaurant between Campo Pequeno, its arena, its rooftops, underground shops, restaurants, on the one hand, and the Calouste Gulbenkian museum, with its restaurants, gardens, streams ..

Very good situation and price, excellent service and very nice buttons.

The traffic was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very bad. The stars of the hotel do not correspond with reality. Bed with mattress in very poor condition and air conditioning impossible to regulate correctly. With constant noise. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Amazing hotel, was only there for one night, but they were very hospitable and located close to the city centre and train station.
rooms were large and had all amenities.
they have early checkin and late checkout, but only if available and you need to request it.

It really is a 4 * from Spain. Not bad, but very improvable.

This hotel truly needs to get it together! While having some interesting features, like decoration details in the corridors, the swimming pool or comfortable beds, it then provides a totally unprofessional breakfast service, be it having napkins or caps on the floor or used dirty towels on the tables, while the staff is close by, looking oblivious to their surroundings.

The concierge was very helpful with recommending a place for dinner and further placing reservations.

The uncomfortable bathroom, super small bidet, tiny and unusable sink, very tall and narrow bathtub, toilet too high so that your legs are hanging if you do not measure more than 1.80 and when throwing water jumps out. the night noise of pipes from other rooms, the very improvable bed and pillows, sincerely it has 1 star, maybe 2, there are better hotels in Plaza de Figueira (center) for the same price.

Cozy atmosphere, modern structure ... a great presentation.

It does not pull on 5 stars, maximum 3, it looks much better in the photo than it actually is, it's dirty and in general this hotel is not worth half of what my wife and I spent on it

For a 5 star hotel, it's not that great. The rooms are very good, and the staff nice, but everything else is lacking.

The breakfasts (if not included in the room price) are 20 euro. Definitely not worth it, I've had better breakfasts at 3 star hotels.

They advertise having a spa and fitness room, but it has ridiculous hours. For someone that needs to be at the customer's by 9, and often doesn't get back to the hotel until 19-19.30, having it open from 8 to 8 doesn't cut it.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Room's need updating, furniture for a 5* hotel, is not what I expected, no complement drinks or, dressing gown, teriffiic bad smell from bathroom, bathroom desperately need tlc, no kettle or iron in room, window do not open enough, staff mainly intrested in tips, carpets need cleaning, musty smell from carpets and room, need airing, hence windows need to be able to a open, fully or enough to vent and air tje room amd hotel, felt uncomfortable when bell boy took are suitcases out of view, as like to view my luggage at all cost, cleaners ok, but need more training how to clean thoughly, lobby is ok but room dissapoint. We are here for our wedding anniversary with our Mother, and felt more happier going away from Hotel to enjoy and feel comfortable. Which for the money we spent is disgraceful, as asked for kettle in room on day on checkin and still waiting, would I recommend Nooooooooooooooooo. I would never stay at this hotel again, it's not worth 5* and not worth the price we paid for our time here, very dissapointed.

Tacky and outdated decoration, the hair dryer did not work, they put spa in their name and it is false, because you have to pay it separately if you are lucky enough to stay a day that works, because it does not work daily

Confortable hotel close to the airport and transportation. Like others have said, the front desk staff are not exactly the most helpful, but I did have a wonderful Porter (Bruno) on the first day. The room is comfortable- great bed, good amount of light and you can control your own temperature. The bathroom is all marble so it (and the bathtub) can be a bit slippery. Overall, a nice hotel.

We pay for services. Impossible to go to the swimming pool or the spa. Average room for the price. Frankly disappointed. Air conditioning does not even work. For the price not even parking. We have to get up every 3 hours to pay for the parking lot.

It all looks pretty designy and modern, but it's mostly looks. Staff doesn't know anything about style. They have loud screaming flat screen tvs hanging on the walls, always on some kind of terrible mainstream commercial hiphop channel. I even like hiphop, but this must be local stuff for 15 year olds. Even early in the morning they have these screaming video clips on, in the unpleasant breakfast area. Breakfast itself is okay though. Comfort in the standard boringly decorated rooms is okay. Beds are okay. The shower is even nice! But during our stay, people couldn't use the swimming pool. That problem seems to be a stubborn one. No bathrobes in the rooms either. Weird. I don't understand the VIP bit of the name of this hotel.

Although it costs about 5 hours, it does not have those qualities for it. It's modern and cool, but it does not have the amenities of a five-star hotel !!!

Very nice hotel, the staff is very professional and the room spacious with a very modern touch, we arrived early in the morning, around 5am, and the receptionist allowed us to have an early check in with no extra cost;

if you ever go to Lisbon, this a great place to stay, lovely staff and the food at their restaurant is great, but very expensive.

The hotel is well as a whole aspects to improve missing channels in Spanish there is no acceptable cleaning and a little away from the historic center of Lisbon and it is about 45 minutes walk recommend to use tourist bus as there is a stop near
