Not as advertised 5* rating. Room very dark. Staff mostly business like, lacked warmth at check in. However, others were very friendly & helpful. Food v mediocre, again not 5 star quality as advertised. Room was very clean which you would expect, but it's worth commenting on. Room service, breakfast to my room, I was charged extra on top of what I had been quoted when I enquirer the night before.
