Vip Hotels Review

Unfortunately not 5 stars, the hotel is in the approach lane of the nearby airport. There is noise from the train station which is also nearby. The hotel is located outside the city, but you can drive with the "Metro" for a small price in the city.

Average room n breakfast. There is nothing to give more stars. Very disorganised place, trying to get breakfast in the morning a battle. If u can avoid this hotel it is better for u. A lot of tours guests stay here . It is over crowded n management not dealing with that at all. By the way, shower floods, drainage is very slow.

Very nice hotel in Lisbon. It's a little further our of town but staff are very helpful in showing you on a map where you are and how to get around. Taxis in Lisbon are really cheap and easy to use so it's a good option to help you get around. Rooms & bathrooms are nice and have a fridge in the room to help keep your wine (or water!) chilled!

Very good and welcoming. I promise to come back. Staff very friendly and rooms very cozy modern and clean. The area is very central.

Very lousy 5 star hotel. There are so many things wrong with this hotel. The rooms are dirty, sheets have lots of stains, shower has hair in it, sink won't drain. There's hardly any lights in the room making it very dark at night. The staff here clearly don't like working here. Everyone from concierge, restaurant waiters, to house keeping. Very bad lazy attitude. Also, the restaurant is a joke with a bunch of trainees and lack of service. Don't recommend staying here.

Book what ever hotel you want but this i only gave 2 star its because its Conveint other than that is nothing.

The hotel is not a five star hotel but a maximum of three stars. The hotel is a spa hotel, but the pools are closed during the winter season. There are pictures of the indoor pool, but when we asked about the pool, it does not exist. Rooms clean but worn and old fashioned. The hotel spa staff was friendly but the reception was not. I thought they could speak several languages, but they couldn't say good morning, good evening, or forgive in any language. The door opening card stopped working several times and was never regretted. And when I got to the hotel, I couldn't get in because my male friend had booked a room. He should have emailed permission to get in. I couldn't contact him because he was flying here at the time. So I had to be outside for 5 hours. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, very clean deventure nice but the restaurant .... place seen on the road not very welcoming, dark, sad, .... Price a little expensive for a 5 stars that is not worth more than that, asser far from the center, take the metro, the fastest way to reach the center, take the yellow line, then small change to take blue line, roughly takes 15 minutes, walk there is about 7 km on did it's nice too to visit
