Front desk personnel did an exceptionally poor job...

Front desk personnel did an exceptionally poor job by accommodating our needs. We ve requested to speak to the staff manager & we were told he wasn t available to come to speak to us. We were also told that the front clerks were not allowed to contact the manager by phone as a policy rule..... Terrible! About the condition of the room: the AC wasn t working in the room & kept blowing hot air, the shower kept on leaking throughout the entire night
Overall experience - not worth a 10 bucks. Much stress and incompetent personnel with bad attitude. Won t be coming back and won t recommend to any of my international friends to stay at this hotel.
