I have been renting a house from Vidomes since 2016 and the problems arose when I signed the lease. After signing and paying the deposit and the first month's rent, I did not get the keys because, according to Vidomes, work had to be done first. The list of complaints, which I have been drawing attention to since 2016, is either only partial. or not handled at all. For the more than 600 euros per month that you have to pay, you can expect more than a form of camping with a roof over your head. I have been working on the (overdue) maintenance for almost 4 years, but Vidomes pretends that they don't know about anything. In the meantime, they will threaten to evict and take other measures if, due to circumstances, you were unable to pay the rent several times. Moreover, they try to buy off people, including my neighbor who has the same complaint list, on condition that no further attention is drawn to the problems that Vidomes denies and ignores. However, this kickback is not nearly enough to compensate for the damage suffered. 100 euros to keep your face. This is simply criminal behavior and MUST be exposed. He said he went upstairs to the neighbors, the floor was good and those people were nice. Kinda naive to believe and say that, because he represented Vidomes. He lacks some competences, because it is different from doing odd jobs and resolving malfunctions. I certainly did not recognize a colleague in him. I mainly recognized him as a well-intentioned hobbyist. My brother offered to pay for a carpet for the upstairs neighbors and felt pads under the seats could also reduce the noise. My brother and I accepted an invitation from a social management consultant to discuss a solution. Before you look at a possible solution, it's important to first talk about what's going on. The concierge stared non-stop at the floor and the "consultant" slumped, regularly showing a sarcastic smile when my brother spoke or when I asked questions and supplemented my brother's story. In my first review I indicated that my brother is seriously ill and is getting sicker and more recently that he would like to live in peace and harmony. Every day he is bothered by the upstairs neighbors who have made it a sport to keep sliding furniture and tapping the floor with an object.
After the "consultant" asked me 3 times if the noise is every day and I answered in the affirmative 3 times, he said he would arrange for equipment to be placed in my brother's house to measure the noise. He even managed not to look at him on an explanation from my brother and showed a sheepish smile. He did that to me too. I think it is mainly inability, because if you are well trained you will adopt a different attitude and then you will also realize what situation my brother is in, both in terms of health and his living environment. None of that, and therefore I have the impression that this so-called consultant has not followed relevant training to be a good "consultant" of social management. Or is he also a caretaker who has clearly shown that he and the other caretaker are friends? It is really a joke how people are treated. I myself have been working in various social professions for over 25 years and I have followed a higher vocational education for this. I could not recognize in anything that the caretaker and the consultant are well trained or have experience in dealing with a tenant who is very deep and you can tell that things are not going well!

After the consultant made me repeat my questions every time, I got the impression that his development is very low and I said "that Dutch is a difficult language". He then asked "what do you mean"? I didn't have the opportunity to explain it anymore and he said nothing more to do for my brother. A reaction from someone who is very insecure and does not know how you should behave as an employee of Vidomes. It's a normal saying, but apparently he had never heard of it! Self-reflection? Not seen!

In the meantime I have also contacted politicians in Zoetermeer. Who knows?
