I always pay nicely, and 1x I have paid too much because of relocation and what they promise you get your money back that you have paid too much.
and I as a tenant, I wait neatly, why is it that I have to call and wait for almost 3 weeks for my money to which I am entitled because their system and office everything is uncontrolled and everyone tells something and everyone says it is arranged and then the next day it is not arranged or how can you blame me as a tenant for overpaying while when I called you I was advised to pay the full amount because I get it back and then say it's the exception that you got?
