These people don't deserve this star! If you cannot do your work then do not get started with this work your company is already disgraceful that you are still standing. Hope there are enough lawsuits against you that you fail or that the company is just taken over by a good boss who at least takes his job seriously and can understand. Although I understand that sometimes annoying customers can be among them but you do not have to treat everyone in an annoying way annoying customer service employees. Worst service ever!
