I have been renting a house from Vidomes since 2016 and the problems arose when I signed the lease. After signing and paying the deposit and the first month's rent, I did not get the keys because, according to Vidomes, work had to be done first. I had to hand in the keys that I eventually received, because suddenly new locks had to be placed. The list of complaints, which I have been drawing attention to since 2016, is either only partial. or not handled at all. For the more than 600 euros per month that you have to pay, you can expect more than a form of camping with a roof over your head. I have been working on the (overdue) maintenance for almost 4 years, but Vidomes pretends that they don't know about anything. In the meantime, they will threaten to evict and take other measures if, due to circumstances, you were unable to pay the rent several times. Moreover, they try to buy off people, including my neighbor who has the same complaint list, on condition that no further attention is drawn to the problems that Vidomes denies and ignores. However, this kickback is not nearly enough to compensate for the damage suffered. 100 euros to keep your face. This is simply criminal behavior and MUST be exposed. That is why I also seek and have contacted various political parties, locally and nationally, as well as various media outlets who are interested in this type of malpractice. Vidomes MUST be addressed for their consciously made "mistakes".
