Lousy housing association !!! Complaints are not heard and are actively ignored. You can send registered letters and even these will be ignored! If you experience nuisance from your neighbors as in my case and you are threatened by this scum (manifestations of use of violence / fleeing from the police over my balcony). When you say something about this, you will be told that you are free to move. If I can give someone advice, NEVER rent a property from Vidomes.
