Well-stocked sports facility, not a lot of soft play for children and good kitchen.
Well-stocked sports facility, not a lot of soft play for children and good kitchen.
Great long weekend, hotel good, staff are friendly and helpful and efficient.
Great place. Many sports facilities, the food is decent, the service is very good and there is a great view of the river.
A great venue for parties plenty of parking staff very friendly and helpful.
I went for a business meeting at the hotel. The hotel is very pleasant with good food. A nice location near to the river at the backside of the hotel which is the most I enjoyed. It's not on a busy street, so being here more felt like I am on holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Excellent room excellent service exceptional breakfast.and prices for the quality of hotel fabulous will definitely stay again well done all
It has changed hands since my visit but was a great conference venue. Good rooms, helpful staff and a nice restaurant
It's ok. Not worth spending a lot of money or time here but as a pit stop en route it was fine. Food was ok, accommodation was ok. Spa doesn't have a pool.
A huge 26 acre green area in London is amazing. It takes 15 minutes to run around and contains a weir of Teddington Lock. To say it is beautiful is massive understatement. There is even a flock of wild parakeets. They have an immense fitness centre with a 25m pool and canoeing and rowing on the river. The breakfast is extremely varied and the restaurant of a good level. The superior room was pretty small but comfortable. There are a massive number of meeting rooms; I went there for a conference.
I stayed at the Lensbury for a work event. It's a beautiful hotel and even though I had a standard single, the bed was more like a double and we'll furbished
Used to be owned by oil company Shell, and they opposed building a hydro-electric plant in the wier next door because of the "potential noise and disruption for their members" Another oil company doing whatever it can to prevent people moving to alternative energy.
Friendly staff... plenty of space... food and service excellent.
Don t be fooled by the good value price offers. The rooms offered are one level above a Travelodge, no aircon, no sockets beside the beds, lots of external light pollution at the front and includes free early wake up by the bin and delivery men but at least there were a dozen happy flies to great me in the room...
Wonderful experience all staff were brilliant so very helpful
Great setting and lovely restaurant, reception staff can be a bit unhelpful and rude at times but the waiting staff and children's team make up for it.
Best hotel ever! It has delicious food and plenty of activities including tennis and swimming. The bedrooms are very cosy, epsically with the air conditioning and beds.
I would recommend this to anyone who is stressed and needs a place to relax. There are even newspapers and cosy fires. The staff are very nice and polite. Yes this is the best hotel ever to be in England! From Virginia Clark.
Went for a special occasion, only stayed one night, check in was good, friendly staff. Had dinner in the restaurant, food was good, staff helpful. Enjoyed a walk around the grounds. Room was large and very comfortable bed was lovely. Breakfast was lockdown friendly. A very pleasant experience and a good atmosphere
Die Dusche im Bad, hatte leider nur einen fest eingebauten Duschkopf,
Die Parkplatz Situationvorm Haus war leider auch nicht gerade so befriedigt,
deshalb laufen durften!
Lovely hotel with excellent service in a very nice spot on the Thames. The food is very good too.
Great hotel, spa and Conference centre. Service superb. Rooms large. Good Spa facilities, walk out of dining room - 80 yards to view Teddington Lock. Smashing. Good hotel near to Kew Gardens. Good prices.
Nice food (some food is quite mediocre though), service is fantastic and great facilities.
Huge grounds overlooking the Thames at Teddington. Beautiful sports club and hotel
A nice place, clean and quiet, great breakfast and lounge area, great team, the rooms are very small but clean and the beds are very uncomfortable.
Very neat hotel. Breakfast is great and the environment is calming. Cornelius and George gave us good customer service. Thank you.
Excellent environment, fantastic staff commitment, wonderful sporting facilities
We attended a wedding reception, the whole experience was amazing, from the moment you entered the hotel, nothing was of trouble to the staff , the wedding meal was outstanding an't the silver service was second to none The grounds and setting for the wedding was truly idilic and made such a perfect day the the happy couple, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a great day
very family friendly - great for kids
it's sealed, so very safe.
great gym & swimming pool
access to the river
can rent boats
chilled place to watch football or rugby
great hotel when going to twickenham rugby
We have stayed here before. This time we came here with parents and booked two rooms. We were nervous about staying here this time. They are approved by National Tourist Board and have protocol in place for social distancing etc.
Right from checkin to checkout we had wonderful experience. We enjoyed our motor boat ride on the Thames. Cannot wait to come back here again.
Lovely building with well appointed reception areas. Free gym for overnight guests. Nice outdoor seating & lawn areas next to the Thames & Teddington locks. Rooms in the Ascot building have recently been refurbished. Nice rooms with good AC & double glazing keeping out outside noise. However the noise transfer between the bathrooms is very bad, meaning that you can hear all activities from the next room. Good breakfast with decent range of choice but difficult to get attention from any of the many staff for tea & coffee. Recommended for its great location.
Place is very nice even service is good but catering is absolutely rubbish
Nice from the outside....Great location...
I think the staff do thier best but some lack training.
Only one person serving at the bar which meant long waits ..
I just didnt find the staff that friendly.
Breakfast was not what I had expected at all.
Very basic bacon, cheap sausages, hard fried eggs and the hash browns were soaking in oil.
The rooms are not even on the standard of a Travel Lodge.
The whole experience was a real let down.
I understand that it was purchased by the same group that own the Cliveden Spa Hotel. One hopes that they renovate to a standard that comes close to thier sister hotel.
Such a shame, I had the choice of a few hotels in the area and at this time, I made a bad choice....
I did receive a full refund which was appreciated but it didnt make up for the 24 hour period that I wanted to use to relax and enjoy the hotel....
It's a nice large hotel, nothing really bad to say about it. Staff are polite enough, and the room is clean and modern.
Lovely relaxing day . Enjoyed the swimming pool and steam room followed by a tasty lunch.
Very nice place to stay close to the river and lots of good places to eat and drink near by.
Amazing hotel in an beautiful location on the Thames. Fantastic rooms and facilities with 5 star service.
Great venue for a wedding reception, staff very attentive and helpful. Food was great.
I rather enjoyed the machine with stairs in the gym
Great place for a holiday with activities; and Teddington, Kingston &Richmond are all in walking distance! Fantastic!
Lovely environment, good service, well appointed throughout.
Nice place. Great view of the river. Boat rental is great on a sunny day
Perfect place to be there with your family. Glad we are part of the member.
So disappointing. I've had better rooms at Premier Inns, and I hate to say that.
The deluxe double was tiny and had numerous faults: lights were out, the refrigerator didn't work, and the bathroom door was broken (it fell off on the first day).
The hotel itself wasn't as expected for a four star hotel. The staff in the restaurant/bar area were slow on all three days of my stay, there wasn't adequate seating, and public hand sanitising stations were empty on numerous days.
I wouldn't stay here again, and I don't recommend others to do so.
Fantastic facilities at this members club and hotel. Beautiful grounds, choice of indoor/outdoor eating areas, gym/pool/fitness classes. Great staff too.
Lovely setting by Thames, good service, and decent food, relaxed atmosphere.
Very comfortable clean room. Helpful staff. Good value highly recommended. Enjoyed swimming and spa experience and motor boat hire on the Thames. Beautiful grounds.
Lovely atmosphere. Well laid out facilities. Friendly staff.
Fairly regular visitor here as members guests.
Extensive peaceful grounds; grrat facilities,
Food.good service.
Lovelly place to stay from the gate inwards round the grounds the amenities the staff.
Excellent venue, really friendly. Could do with better air-conditioning in meeting rooms.
Clearly not a four star property, my double room was tiny and in need of modernisation.
Excellent conference facilities in a pleasant riverside location.
Fantastic hotel and on a Rugby match day you will quite often find one of the teams at the hotel.
The hotel was immaculately clean, beds were very comfy however the rooms were a little small. But very good value for money.
Superb hotel. Very luxurious. The staff are all very polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful location by the river at Teddington and lots of sporting facilities there too.
On the banks of the Thames, near the locks and very nice. Swans etc. Very pleasant bar and restaurant with excellent food.
Outdoor Yoga session with Alva Yoga at the wonderful grounds of The Lensbury club!
What can I say?? Rugby fanatics must see!!! Got to spend some time with the England 7s team there so overall experience was amazing!!!
