Room,gym spa and swimming pool are excellent the food is just ok. This is a very good hotel and we would definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived and received a lovely welcome from Prabhu we knew we were in for a wonderful stay - and it didn't disappoint. First class hotel and facilities. We're already planning our next visit!

Great hotel! Superb rooms and staff friendly at all times. Delicious food on offer throughout.

The gym has two power cages, pulley station, plenty of free weights and a wide dumbbell selection, as well as Smith machine, cardio equipment (treadmill, etc) - you won't have to skip lifting while staying here.

This is the best time of the year when the gardens of the lensbury are coming together

Visited for a lunch. The menu has been upgraded but the food remains very bland, slightly worse than average which has been a long standing problem at The Lensbury. It is not what you would expect of a private member's club. Even with it being half price today it was not good value. The atmosphere has hugely declined since the removal of the couches and I can predict that this will affect membership renewals. But the staff remain friendly and helpful.
My partner is a member, I would like to join but not until things improve. Come on Lensbury you can do better!!

Gem of a hotel! Feel we should keep it to ourselves. If you're looking for a hotel with character this is for you as it's not your run of the mill London area hotel. It's got beautiful grounds bordering Teddington Lock, hard to beat leisure facilities and watersports centre. Great package for Hampton Court flower show. We have done this a couple of times and great to go by boat from The Lensbury.
