Good pizza and good staff. Even though it was busy, our food was right on time.

The food is amazing and the staff is great. My first choice in Epcot.
Brilliant atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Birra moretti was chilled to perfection.
Food was ok, service was awful! I get it, the whole authentic thing, hiring people from their respective country. Perhaps a little training on how to be a server would be helpful. First I had to ask the waterboy for another glass of wine then as we were toasting during the meal (my glass empty) I had to hold it up for the waitress to see. She never checked on us during our meal. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 kids meals, 1 adult meal and a $50 pizza. Plus wine and a specialty beer, which she never asked my husband if he'd like another one. To end it all off, apparently my husband told the manager that it was my birthday and they never sang or brought the dessert. This will most definitely be our last time dining here and we will not recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent service, excellent staff, authentic pizza..... Awesome
First things - the food is good but you do pay over the odds for it. It's Disney!
It's worth making a reservation but if you're willing to wait you should get a table within an hour.
For 4 of us with mains plus a dessert each (plus tip) it was $200.
The staff are friendly and happy to help, not all Italian but some are. The food is not necessarily 100% authentic but close enough. The pizza bases are the closest to Napoli style I've seen in the US.
Either way it was good food enjoyed by the family which always makes a good end to a day.
Went there for dinner with my family a few weeks while vacationing. The food and service was really good. Friendly atmosphere.
Wonderful pizza and environment. Servers are busy but take care of you.
Very delicious Italian food. Must try their pizza and lasagna. Taste excellent.
Their food and service was amazing, I would highly recommend the tiramisu!
The four cheese pizza here is to die for, as are the donut puff things!
My wife and I enjoyed eating at Via Napoli. The pizza, while not what Americans have come to know, is very tasty and we'll cooked. We were on the Disney dining plan, and my only complaint is that I would have liked to have built my own pizza and not had to pay extra for toppings, as I would have on the dining plan. However I did enjoyed the Capricciosa pizza. The dessert tiramisu was great. My wife ordered the gelato, thinking it came with all flavors listed, and she only got the pistachio flavor, which was - unique. Not what she was hoping for.
Not the best food on our last trip. Pretty disappointed.
Great service and great pizza to boot, my husband and I loved this place and we had a great seat by the bunny window. We were lucky enough to get to duck out of the rain into this place too. If you're looking for pizza in Disney, this is the place to go!
We were lucky enough to get a table quickly before it started raining on 6/28. Our waitress was very good, the large pizza we ordered was enough to feed 3 or 4 people so my husband and daughter had their work cut out for them. I ordered the Petto di Pollo and it was also very flavorful! The staff were super accommodating even when we asked to have one of the staff, Emanuele, (who my 17 yr old daughter thought was very cute) to take a picture with her! If Emanuele ever comes to Kansas City, he has a place to stay!
Best food I've had in a long time. Lasagna was the best I've ever had. Staff was very attentive. Asked before we ordered if there were any food allergies followed up by the manager. Never had that before but really liked it. If I get back here I will most definitely be back.
Tried a piece of the margarita pizza and at 6.75 per slice it was sad that they burnt the entire pizza. You would think management would not have let it go out on the line, but I guess that's not the case.
Based on previous experience, the food was excellent, however having queued last weekend for 20 mins with my two young daughters to be just turned away, the service now is appalling,
Amazing food! You won t be disappointed here. One of my favorite restaurants in EPCOT.
Don t come here. This ruined my family s entire trip to Disney World, and almost made us sick. The food is cold and the owners are jerks. The pizza was cold, the server gave us no bread or napkins. The restaurant claimed their food was fresh, when in reality it was just packets of parmesan cheese, and they said this is their fresh parmesan cheese. When I asked the server for some grated cheese instead, he rolled his eyes at me, and called me a unappreciative liar, and told me I don t know what fresh cheese is. Don t come here. It has the worst service in Disney World. Beware. The food is also overpriced and cheap. If you want great Italian food and great service go to Trattoria al Forno at Disney s Boardwalk. I wish I could give them a half star, instead of one star, but that isn t a option for reviewers. I wish Disney would close this restaurant for good.
All authentic Italians, Jo went to Italy several times and only in this restaurant the meals are the same, the restaurant is chaotic, the service is not like in Italy, the waiter seems to be the first time they do these jobs and for these no They are very practical, ma with meals you fix everything
The pizza cheese was melted but was dry and burned. We got 3 slices and all 3 came came out different levels of burnt. The staff was outside taking orders and when I had questions about the quick service they were confused and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking. Then I asked for red pepper flakes and you would swear I had 10 heads. Is that not normal for pizza? Never again. Avoid!!!
I've been here twice since November. I'm giving it 3 stars based on my two experiences. This restaurant is located in the Italy pavilion of Epcot's World Showcase.
The first visit was for lunch and it was not a great overall experience. My dining companion ordered a salad with soup and I ordered a small pizza. We were told my meal would take 15 minutes to come out, but it was more like 25. So my mom had finished her whole meal before mine even came out. This should have been timed better by the restaurant in my opinion.
The second visit was for an early dinner, I think it was around 5 PM. My husband and I ordered a medium or large size pizza to split. This visit was much better and our food came out in maybe 15 minutes.
Your server will try to upsell you a Focaccia bread, but you can get complimentary bread as well.
All of the employees we encountered were pleasant and good about drink refills. I felt a bit like we were dining at a culinary school.
The pizza ingredients were fresh, but this place is pricey. My pie was good, but it wasn't the best I ever had.
I noticed this spot gets quite booked up, so remember to make a reservation on your Disney app!
The absolute best Italian food I have ever had. I m Italian and I know good Italian. Wish I could go back right now!
Simply amazing. Atmosphere is great, very family friendly. Food is very good. Their red sauce is amazing.
Best place to eat in Epcot and the price wasn't that bad either.
Interesting good and combinations I prefer it very much to the french restaurant in Epcot.
Really wanted to love this place, however our server was lacking and one meal was quite poor.
It was a busy night and it seemed as though the waiters were struggling to turn tables (possibly they were understaffed). We noticed two managers serving tables in our section ( the waiter of this section truly needs some training)
Our waiter was not very attentive at all. Never showed to introduce himself or take our order. Thank you to John ( manager??) for stepping in and looking after us. He noticed we hadn't been looked after and took our order, and also checked back to see how our drinks were and if we needed refills. Our waiter finally showed up after we finished our mains. We received dessert menus however he didn't clear our plates until after we ordered dessert ( awkward as we had no where to place the menu). We also did not receive any napkins for dessert, or asked if we wanted any drinks even though we finished those during mains.
Food: generally the food was very good. My main of fettuccine and shrimp needed some love and attention though. The fettuccine was cooked too early and obviously sat on the side for 5 mins or so before saucing. This meant the pasta was all stuck together and in one massive lump on the plate. Flavour was good, however at $31 it was very overpriced for the quality.
We also had the chicken parm and garlic foccacia which were both prepared well and a reasonable price.
Service wasn't great, food portions were so small I thought they brought us a kid's meal, the taste was okay (nothing special) and it was so loud we couldn't hear each other at all. I wouldn't go back.
Absolutely amazing Italian food. I have been here three times so far and it never let's me down. I would give this place ten stars if I could.
The pizza was delicious. Tasted just like the pizza in Italy. Don't forget to try the risotto balls. Fried and delicious.
Great food and service. Love eating at Disney restaurants since they always are top notch
Love the pizza and the customer service is wonderful!
LOVE LOVE LOVE their pizza, specifically the margarita pizza. Customer service is stellar. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 is the pricing. No one should have to pay those outrageous prices.
Food was ok but reason to eat here was to get preferred seating at Eat to the Beat concert series. But after we finished they said we were supposed to have had some expensive meal to get the seating at the concert. So we did not get the concert seating that was promised. Seems like the mouse dropped the ball on this one.
Those who says they had there an authentic Neapolitan pizza they have never been in Napoli. The pizza was awful and the pasta was just ok but expensive for what you have. I m giving 3 stars only because the service was nice. Never going back.
We were there on Boxing Day this year. I read a lot of good reviews about this place but our food just wasn't up to par. The calamari appetizer was good but the pasta and pizza were rather bland. I don't think we'll be going back there. The service however, was good and the staff were very polite and helpful.
Excellent pizza !! The attention is very good and fast.
Everything was amazing. The food, the workers, the atmosphere, everything flawless! 5/5 would eat again!
Seriously the best true Italian outside Italy. Outstanding service!
Food was delicious! Our server recommend a appetizer that was 2 giant balls with pasta and cheese in the middle. It was amazing!!! Staff was friendly and sweet! They are a little hard to understand with the thick Italian accent but it really makes up the atmosphere. We shared a pizza and it was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you like Italian. Little pricey! Make a reservation it's busy!
As I am Italian born, raised and can appreciate excellent Italian cooking, I must say that Via Napoli is one of the best Italian restaurants I've had the privilege of dining in the USA. From being to end my dinner was a delicious culinary experience.
Margherita pizza please!!!!! Will do this again for sure. Loved our first time experience. Pizza was great. Staff was great.
Very impressive, have eaten here several times, food is off the chart, service is impressive but today took one of my grand with allergies and server took the info. Manager came over to make sure about the allergies, so nice to know..again service service. Our go to at Epcot.
Delizioso. We ordered a Margherita pizza with pepperoni, and also the focaccia bread. Everything tasted wonderful. My kids "kids menu" pizzas were the perfect size. Also, our server was from Rome, complete with a beautiful accent. Very great environment.
Each time I go to Epcot, I go there. Best Linguine Alfredo I ever had. There is a menu item for all tastes but some people might find it limited.
Every other place we have ate at in Disney have went above and beyond with food allergies. Not this place!!
If you have any allergies don't waste your time or money!
Cold and burnt pizza.......
Love this place! The food is great, the staff are fun and they are quite happy to allow you to stay for a long, long "Italian style" lunch with a bottle of wine. No "hurry up" here. Avoid the "normal" lunch and dinner times and spend some time here.
I was super upset about this place and I was looking forward to eating here as a highlight to my vacation. I should have taken it as a warning when we sat down that the table beside us warned us that they have been there for 3 hours. (They said that they have been there every year for 5+ years and service and food has NEVER been worse.)
We sat down and decided we would just order 1 large pepperoni pizza and 2 waters, keep it simple to get in and out. Waiter took about 25 minutes before coming over and taking our order (which we then heard a table over from us complaining that they have been there longer than us and he took our order first, yikes...)
I did however feel bad for the waiter, he explained to us that he was new and was apologetic.
After about 45 minutes of waiting for our only item we ordered, he said that he forgot what we ordered and came back to take our order again. This was so upsetting and frustrating that we just left. A lot of time wasted that could have been spent in the park or actually eating.
It became one of our favorites in Epcot after the first visit. Great pizza and other Italian dishes plus a beautiful dining room and open kitchen with giant pizza ovens.
Quite possibly the best pizza we ve ever had... and we re from Chicago... we know good pizza. We couldn t believe how good it was.. so much so, that I asked to speak to the chef so I could tell him so! Must try!
We loved it!!! Portion size was massive, food was delicious, and authentic experience with Italian waiters..
It's the worst pizza I ate in my life !!! Very expensive Please send the chef to learn how to cook
For me the pizza was just ok. One of the waiters rolled her eyes at me when she thought I could not see over a simple mistake of me telling who got what pizza.
With a large group of 12 people, we ordered a wide variety of drinks, appetizers, entree's, and desserts. Their was not a single compliant about anything. The atmosphere is nice, especially the wall of pizza ovens.
Chicken parmesan and margarita pizza is excellent...anyone who says anything other than that thinks McDonald's is good food
This was probably one of the worst disney dining experiences we've had. Server didn't check on us until we finished our meal. Our son had a problem with his and he didn't eat. Not sure how an Italian restaurant doesn't offer parmesan cheese?
If you want to save a little bit of money get lunch here, you can get a medium pizza for $40 which fed our family of four. Lunch at disney usually ran our family $60-70. So this was a nice surprise and the pizza was delicious.
Great service, amazing food, and friendly staff. Hostess (Luna) was greatly accommodating and friendly. Our waiter was knowledgeable of the menu items and very helpful. Even the bussers were on point and friendly. Ordered appetizers, main courses, and desserts which all were delicious and good quality. Highly recommend and would definitely be going back in the future.
Soup and chicken marsala was cold when it came out. My sons ravioli sauce was not warm and my husband s pizza came 20 minutes after our dinners. Service was slow, waiter never even checked to see how my chicken marsala was, which I will recommend to no one! I will not EVER visit this restaurant again. Disgusted!
My husband and I went there for our anniversary!! We thought the salad and the pizza were delicious!!!! We both loved it!!!! . The service was also great!
My wife and I ate here and had the fired stone oven pizza, was fantastic. highly recommenced.
In the international section of Epcot, at the Italy Pavilion. Had the Ziti with sweet sausage. Nice atmosphere, a mid to high range restaurant that lives up to Disney's high standards. The dragon from Pete's Dragon came by for a photo shoot during dinner.
Amazing pizzas with fresh ingredients. Do NOT skip the desserts!
Really disappointed about the wait time between 2 mains arriving (one was pasta and one was pizza) Was told they may come at different times but not 30+ minutes apart. I wouldn t mind but it was only a margherita. Came with my daughter and what should have been a relaxing meal ended up being a looking over the shoulder to see where pizza was meal before eventually speaking to waiter.
Great food definitely reccomend! The pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven and taste amazing. The size of the pizzas are on the larger side so dont be fooled by what they say feeds two (my husband and I shared a large because according to their suggestions and ended up with almost half a pizza left over. We also split a caesar salad but our fault we dis not specify a side salad and ended up paying $18 for it. I think the food is great just careful not to over eat with the heat and it was a but pricey. For a large pizza, salad, one kids meal (which by the way only comes with pizza no side) and two canolis it was $100 plus tip. Will return but will be more aware of what we order.
Wonderful pizza from classic Brick ovens. Great wine selection and wonderful appetizers
Took walk ins: We arrived around 7pm on a Sunday night during the food and wine and got seated, It took about 15 minutes. The restuarant is full of life and the service was wonderful. The food is just okay. I do recommend the pizza it taste different than American pizza but it's a good meal. I do not recommend the pasta (seafood linguine or lasagna) they looked beautiful but they didn't taste good enough for the price and the portion size.
This place was awful. If you have ever been to the version in downtown Disney California it is a million times better. The service and taste of the food was below average especially for the price we paid. I would go anywhere else in Epcot.
Food was excellent and the wait staff were very friendly. If you can get in before lunch it isn't a long wait but if you don't plan on eating that early I would recommend making a reservation. The pizza is some of the best I've had in FL.
I had the lasagna. It was a great looking dish and tasted good. The pizza turned out to be the star at our table.
Luckily we found this restaurant.
It is the second time we come.
We ate very well and were very well attended despite the difference with the language, they put a lot of good will into it.
1/2 meter pizza for five was just right size. Pizza was very tasty. Had some fun with the language in trying to communicate.... but it all worked out fine.
Being a vegan makes it difficult to eat out, but the staff made it a very pleasant and delicious experience.
Very disappointing. My white wine never came until I asked for it again and when it did come it was warm. The antipasto platter was good but before we were even halfway finished my husband's lasagna arrived...lukewarm. My daughter and I ordered pizza, we waited over an hour to get it. My daughter's was very liquidy. Not impressed by the quality, especially with how much we paid. We had a server in training. He was very nice but not sure if that was part of the problem. The only positive of our experience was that we were inside when the thunderstorm hit.
On our visit to Epcot, we ate at Via Napoli. It was very good because it felt like a real Italian pizzeria: the staff speaks Italian and the waiter who looked after us was from Italy. The pizza was giant and very rich, and there was a guy who brought water in a jar with free ice.
Great food. Pizza amazing. Service top notch. Our beverages were always refilled and our server, Alessandro, direct from Italy was amazing. Fresh ingredients and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.
a little loud when its crowded which is all the time because the pizza is amazing.
Very pleasant, wonderful meal..a little loud. That wouldn't keep me from returning.
It's pretty good food, but honestly my local Carrabba's is just as good and significantly cheaper for much larger portions. What I would describe as a medium to small bowl of fettuccine Alfredo was $29. Nobody expects value at Disney, but this was $85 for two pasta dishes, a kids cheese bite and three sodas.
Very loud and I did not like the pizza but it s a subjectively feeling. Service was average
Via Napoli had great pizza! Me and my family were very pleased with the service. The waiters were very friendly. I recommend this place for you and your family!
I always try to eat there when in epcot. So yesterday I was with a friend and was lucky enough to be seated in 15 min.s we had the pasta fagioli it was very good and we ordered the la Margherita pizza that was also very good . The problem I have is not with the food but with the price of drinks. I had a glass of club soda. And was charged $3.00. For carbonated water. So water is free but water with bubbles is $3.00. Next time I'll just get the water. But here is the kicker my friend had a small mug of beer she had 2 of them . ok hold on to your hats the beer was $22.00 for 2 beers. Really . for beer! A keg costs about $35.00 . so one pizza and 2 soups and 2 beers and 1 soda water $76.00 plus $14.00 tip . $90.00. $90.00 for what would and should cost $40.00 tops. ... Its pizza and a beer almost $100.00 dollars. This is not walt Disney had in mind for disney. He wanted a place for families to enjoy and make it affordable. Next time I want pizza I will go across vineland road to Flippers pizza restuant . it just as good if not better. And the price of pizza and a beer will not be like going to the cleaners and getting ripped off.
