Awful... pizza was good..that is all. Service was not good. My husbands pasta came almost 20 mins before anyone else's food. He tried to wait to eat..but didn't want to eat cold food. We hardly saw the server. I was very upset i spent so much on such a horrible dinner

Terrible food and expensive prices. I ate here for dinner today. I got the veal parm and it was one of the worst meals I've ever had at any restaurant. The veal was about as thick as a slice of ham and it was mostly bread. The spaghetti was hard and undercooked. Neither the veal nor spaghetti tasted good to begin with and the meal was about $30. I have a dietary issue so I have to avoid tomatoes. When I asked to exchange the tomato sauce for another sauce, the manager came to our table and told me he did not want to insult the chefs by ruining a meal and that he would only be able to order the meal without sauce, and bring me something on the side. Yea, God forbid we insult the chefs, screw what the customer wants. Also, the food had me and some of my family members leaving there not feeling well. Highly recommend eating elsewhere if you are at Epcot.

Enjoyed our visit to Via Napoli. The wood fired pizza was very good; great dough and perfect char to the crust. The lasagna we had was good - not the best thing ever but would likely order again. The highlight for me was dessert and the ricotta donuts balls. Quite possibly my favorite dessert at Disney World. I wish they came with caramel sauce, but you don't even need a sauce to enjoy them. So, so good! Busy place, so get reservations.

Had to wait over 20 minutes in a full lobby for a table even though we had a reservation. When the food finally came it was mediocre and one pizza was burnt although the manager did make it right by offering to get a new one or refund it. Server did not offer us desert and brought the cheque while we were still eating in a hurry to leave becuase by the time our meals had come it was closing time. The pizzas were expensive and the whole experience wasn't worth the price tag even with a pizzas price removed the cheque.

This was definitely one of the highlights from our visit. The decor is unique and the woodfired pizza seems to be one of the signature dishes. They have three whimsical faces on the wall where the mouths are the openings to the ovens. Depending on the time of year, you may need to have reservations well in advance to get in here. Be sure to look for special dining packages where you can bundle your experience with something else like VIP seating for the Candlelight Processional each year at Christmas.

Good: Food was delicious and portion sizes, great for a family to share.

Bad: Service was 2 out of 5, it s really frustrating when you have a party 6 or more and they are guaranteed 18% gratuity and they do not provide good service.

Food, food, and more food, and this place is very good. I think that is the theme of Epcot, they just try to hide it with international decorations. I can t imagine trying everything, I would be round, very round, but there is no harm in trying, at least that s what I am telling myself... and you apparently...

The spagetti& meatballs was an embarasment to Italy and Epcot! Olive Garden, and at least 4 other places had$ 10. Same with salad and 2nd meal free. Cant believe they getaway with a most common meal known in Italy. Speak up people.

Visited while on a family vacation to Orlando. The location and setting for this restaurent is beautiful as it is located in the Epcot World Showcase. My wife is coeliac and the restaurent staff were very knowledged about her condition. The food was tasty but my wife's gluten free meal was very chewy and she had to return the food and have a Gluten free salad. Overall the food and service was good but it was expensive for what we got.

Phenomenal service, spoke to the manager, the chef, and a wonderful waitress Eugenia. Thanks for the great service and great food! Been coming to Disney 28 years, this was top notch for the type of restaurant it is.

I was very disappointed with my experience this time around. We were a group of 4, myself and 3 twelve year old boys. Their menu describes the large pizza as a meal for 2 people when it is actually 8 very large slices of pizza. Which means we ordered way more food than we could eat and I wasn't going to carry a bag of leftovers around the park after lunch. Also we ordered half of the pizza without tomato sauce since one of the kids could not eat tomatoes. The first pizza they made us somehow got tomato sauce on both sides and had to be remade. I used to work at a pizza shop for years so I know the request was simple and easily achieved especially when our bill for 3 beverages and one large pizza came to 48.99 before the tip. For that price I would expect a professional chef was making this very simple menu item. If the menu stated the number of slices for the size pizza's listed we could have ordered more appropriately. It was such a shame to throw away more than half the pizza especially knowing they got rid of the first one they ruined.

Excellent restaurant! We ordered the family salad, chicken Parmesan, and an individual pizza. The food was fantastic and the service was amazing. They did a great job of getting us in ahead of our reservation and they had a ton of attentive and friendly staff. This is our new number one pic of the restaurants inside Epcot.

I give Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria five stars because they are all so nice. Also even though our food came out late our waiter told the manager and he said he was sorry plus it was super busy you couldn't get in without a reservation because it was so full.

I have visted Disney 30 plus times in my life and this was the best meal I have ever had in 45 years of going to Disney. We will eat here again next time. Fabulous pizza and the chicken and cream sauce pasta to die for.

My wife and I tried the veal spaghetti. the meatballs were decent but the sauce was watery and the pasta was overcooked. We had high hopes for authentic itallian cuisine but that may be overzealous as most food at epcot are just americanzed fare for the mass.

My worst Disney World meal ever, by far, and I have had many others and enjoyed most, if not all of them. My entree was the pollo pasta - I think it was supposed to have chicken in it. That's what "pollo" is, right? It tasted alright, but I seriously could not find any chicken in it. So it was $23 for alfredo pasta. Also had a blood orange aqua - I think it was tap water with a slice of navel orange on the bottom. It was tasteless. The only good thing about the meal was my wife's pizza, which we ended up sharing because of the lack of pollo in my dish. She tried it as well and couldn't find any chicken.

If anyone ever finds any chicken in their pollo pasta please take a picture, upload it here and let me know.

Hit or miss here. We had reservations that weren't honored when we arrived, but waited the 15 minutes to sit down anyway. The food was pretty good, but waited a long time for it. If you're not in a rush give it a shot, the wait staff was great.

Very nicely served by Filippo, but also a special mention goes to Fabrizio, for his kindness.

As far as pizza goes this is an excellent choice. Very original tasting which is hard to do when it comes to something as universally done as pizza, but other dishes were lackluster and the service was impeccably slow

Waited TOO long for a table. We were led to 2 different tables; they kept trying to put us OUTSIDE when we reserved INSIDE. Had to be taken back to the door, and WAIT LONGER, while new customers were seated before us. Fried Vegetables: 2 inches of greasy fried batter around ONE GREEN BEAN. Made me SICK for 3 days! Thin, tasteless pizza.....I've had MUCH better at Pizza Hut! Such Strong THICK accents made it VERY difficult to understand the waiters. $66.00 was WAY OVER THE TOP for 1 regular pizza, 2 appetizers, and 2 drinks. UNBELIEVABLE, and we will NEVER go back....(even with YEARLY PASSES!) MUCH BETTER PIZZA IN THE SWAN HOTEL!!

It s was fun coming here and eating pizza. Although with our dining plan we ended up getting way more than what we needed we did try 5 appetizers, 5 dinners, 5 desserts and 5 drinks.

In my opinion the pizza was the best thing we had. Better than the pasta and the appetizers. We ordered the plain cheese and the pepperoni and were completely satisfied.

The decor is very clean and well maintained and you can watch them make the pizzas and spin the dough.

It s best to make a reservation here as its stays pretty well booked. It s also not cheap but you already know this if you are shopping dinner. We spent 455 dollars on our family of 5 pigging out. We really only needed 2 pizzas and a salad.

the place is tucked back in italy in epcot past the replicas of fine italian art. the inside is enormous and a huge portion of the staff speak italian, which adds to the authenticity of the experience. the pizza is prepped in one of three large ovens, this makes the crust nice and crispy. it doesn t burn the pizza or char the toppings you have on it either which gets a 10 in my book. we booked this for the first time in 2016 just to get rid of a table service and we ve gone every time we go to disney since. their wine list is extensive and their pinot grigio is crisp and refreshing.

I visited Tuesday night, 12/04. The hostess who sat us was vibrant and engaging. Then came Peter. We found Poor, inattentive and impersonal service easily surpassed by the very Average Italian food. You ll find Italian kids spending a year in the states serving pasta at Epcot. The first lesson for these tourist-workers should be- customer service matters here in America. When I pay $60 for 2 chicken Parmesans, I expect the server to visit the table and, well, serve us. I had to stand up and fetch my own water. For which I was advised that only cast members may fill water glasses. Hey Walt Disney Restaurants, Stop treating guests like cattle if you re going to overcharge them for average food. The Olive Garden in the Orlando airport is a better experience than this place and at half the price. Attention WDW guests and friends, let s stop overpaying for poor service and rubber chicken until WDW raises the bar. (And I ask you, Napoli s owner, please do not reply with your copy and pasted apology. It s already seen throughout these reviews and is less than sincere.)

We had an early dinner here. As locals with annual passes we visit EPCOT often. As expected nothing is cheap @ WDW. We had a large Pizza Bianca, Calamari, a La Rossa lager and a Tiramisu Martini and a large piece of Tiramisu for dessert. The service and food is as always very good. Total cost $88.44 w/o tip. We do enjoy eating our way around the world, even if it is only Disney World :-) The only issue I had was, it was a bit loud inside, it was difficult to maintain a conversation. We would have preferred outside seating but they had closed the outside tables.

Was really looking forward to a great evening of f...

Was really looking forward to a great evening of food and fun but eating here last night (12/16/18) was a disaster. We purchased the Candlelight Package so after our dinner we could walk over and have preferred seating at the Processional. Our reservation was for 5:30. We were seated within 10 minutes at a table that was almost in the middle of all the dining traffic. I asked if another table was available but was told "no" - even though there were several empty ones around us. Ok - we'll take the table.

We met our server who was very nice and he asked about food allergies - my fiancee has a gluten allergy. She was given a different menu and ordered a salad and I ordered shrimp scampi as an appetizer. Roughly 40 minutes later a manager comes over and tells us they have run out of her salad and she would need to select something else. Really?? It took 40 minutes to find this out? So, she orders her second choice and in the mean time they bring my shrimp scampi - 4 (yes thats right!) 4 shrimp on a plate with a wedge of lemon. She still has no food in front of her.

Eventually her salad is brought out and we finish the appetizers. Its now going on 7:15 and we are supposed to be in line for the Candlelight Processional a half an hour before the show at 8:15. I indicate to the manager that we have tickets to the 8:15 show and he says he understands and will rush our food through. We have seen three other guests here seated and leaving before we get our food.

The entrees are brought out - the food is ok - her pasta is under cooked but we eat because we have to get moving. Desert was included with this package but because of how late they were with the food and service being so slow we had to forgo it.

I asked a manager about maybe comping part of the check or doing something for us because the service had been so poor and we didn't even get the whole meal we paid for - but they did absolutely nothing.

I pay the check $162 (for two of us). I walk back to the register to get our passes for the special seating and of course there is no one at the counter. By this time its a few minutes after 8:00 - again show starts at 8:15. I finally grab a cashier from another line and he gives us our passess telling us we need to be in line 30 minutes before the show - its like 8:05 now!

Needless to say - we run over to where the Candlelight Processional is and of course wind up being dead last in line and pretty much being seated with the same people that just stood in line without paying for anything.

So - No, I would not eat here again and I would not recommend it. We are pass holders and this has been the worst dining experience we have ever had at Epcot. Very disappointed in this place.

I ate on many occasions in this restaurant before COVID19, always all very good, excellent food, pleasant environment, after the closure of Disney, as soon as it reopened I returned to this restaurant, but it was not the same anymore, the food no longer has the same taste and goodness as before, I thought maybe it's not the right day and the restaurant still needs to be rearranged after closing, so I decided to come back again, but I'm sorry to say, Via Napoli is not the same restaurant it was before pandemic food is a real disappointment, I asked what happened to this change, they told me that the company has changed all the staff who were previously working, chefs, waiters, managers, too bad decisions.
I think Disney with all these changes has ruined this Restaurant

Loved it! Great tasty wood fired pizza. It s pricey, but so is everything else at a Disney park. If I could take anything back it d be paying $11 for a mug of beer. You may picture a mug as a nice 22oz beer, I did. But it s a small 12-14 oz mug. It s your money, but be warned.
