Outstanding pizza! We got the Mezzo Metro 1/2 meter pizza and size was perfect for 4. Highly recommend pepperoni and mushroom. Crust was crispy and wood-fired char on it was delicious. Good job!

Food was delicious. I got the veal parmesan and it was a good portion size to balance your diet and cooked really good.
Excellent wood fired pizza with a perfect char. Always great service too. Reservations recommended, especially for dinner.
Best pasta i have had in my life . Can NOT wait to visit the restaurant again
Amazing! Fantastic service!! And the food is just above and beyond. I'll never eat Italian food the same.
The best pizza ever. Neapolitan is the best way to have pizza and they did this perfectly.
We visited on 9/08/19 and we were very disappointed with the service and food at this restaurant. I would suggest choosing some place else. Management was unwilling to accommodate a customer request no matter what. Food was nothing close to our expectations. The Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was bland, lacking flavor and I couldn't seem to find much chicken in my meal at all. We definitely will be skipping this restaurant on any of our future visits to Walt Disney World and Epcot. There are many better choices to make. This is nothing more than an over priced pizza place trying to at pasta probably frozen pre-pared to their menu.
I really enjoyed the food and service here. But there is a but! we had a table booked and we had to wait for it .25 mins. I was in the restaurant 1 hour 50 mins for a pizza that took 4 mins to cook . So I won't rush back
If you want expensive, cheeseless Pizza...
Thank you for responding to this, makes me feel better.
Service was SLOW. Food was ok. Good portions. Took over an hour to get the main course. Other tables came and left before us.
Some of the best pizza I have ever had. Definitely top one or two ever. Everyone in our dinner party agreed. Light and delicious crust and perfect amount of sauce and cheese. We got the huge pizza. Delicious!
Via Napoli warms the soul with it's native Italian staff. For service alone, this is a 5 star restaurant. Our server was outstanding and a joy to converse with. The pizza we shared was good, but it was no better than another fire oven thin crust pizza that I've had at a variety of other pizza places outside of Disney World. However, this is likely the only restaurant in Disney World where you'll get a pizza of this quality. So for that and the service, I tipped it above average. In addition, the price point is very amenable for a family, comparatively.
Pizza kitchen and the rest of the food kitchen isn t linked so rather than taking the effort to time food prep and service, there was a 25+ minute delay for the half of the table.
Had a reservation, was finally sat 20 minutes after the reservation time.
Server was fine but other staff were not anything impressive in terms of customer service. Girlfriend s fork was dirty and one passing staff member gave her a confused look as to why she would want to swap for a clean one.
Really not impressed, plenty of other good options on Disney property!
We love Via Napoli, one of the best restaurants in EPCOT
Great pizza!!! Our sever was also super friendly and nice.highly recommend!!
Sadly my review echoes previous reviews and the promise of improvement doesn't seem to have made any positive progress. The food quality was good but let down by slow service, miscommunication from our server and meals arriving at varying times. My wife had finished her entree before my pizza arrived. It took 30 minutes to place our drinks order! And when asked about specific menu options, the waiter back tracks on what was said. Unfortunately this was the most disappointing meal over the two week vacation.
Very very good, I had a pizza and some pasta, very expensive but still one of the best things I have had in my life
We come here to eat everytime we are in Disney. Never a disappointment! Pizza is always soo good.
The restaurant is more like a pizzeria, and is extremly noisy and has cramped tables. If you are looking for a more traditional italian dinner don't go here. My chicken parm had rhe same quality of a quick service establishment but with sit down restaraunt pricing. Wasn't horrible but wasnt great. I have eaten at almost all of the restaurants in epcot and this was the most dissapointing. Staff was very nice but the quality of the meal and atmosphere was not worth the price.
Caesar salad cold, shy on dressing. Service attentive. Chicken Parmesan was horrible. Dry, no seasoning, enough pasta for a 2 year old. Sauce no flavor. No sauce on spaghetti. Too much concern for some people with food allergies, so they don't season the food for the rest pod us. Chicken seasoned with lemon juice ( why)), no spices, cooked twice to insure it is dry . Pasta (that costs less than 2 cents), took up a 2x3 inch on the plate. Mgr agreed that when they eat, they give themselves more sauce. Disappointed.
Very good place...and Very good authentic Italian pizza From Naples Italy...
Excellent italian food, great ambiance, must try the deserts. And the coffee is the best.
Absolutely the best pizza and salad I've ever had! Atmosphere and service were outstanding.
I am not sure this place is even worth one star!!! We sat down yesterday at 4:00. No one even approached our table for over 15 minutes when I finally got up and talked to the manager who still took 5 more minutes to take drink and app order. They never brought one of our apps!!! We watched it sit under the heater for over an hour!!! The lobster ravioli was horrible. The pizza was under cooked and the whole experience was miserable! I am an annual pass holder and have never been so miserable at Disney! I was shocked at the lack of service even after I explained our situation to the manager!!! Never again will we go there!!!
I don t normally review restaurants but I need to make an exception. I used to love coming to Via Napoli while visiting EPCOT but I feel this will be the last time. The service was horrible to the point where all three of our meals came out at different times. The waitress totally forgot what we ordered and just look dumbfounded when we asked about our order. The food itself was just okay and not to the standard we have had in the past. So sad for the overinflated prices we pay at Disney.
Very bland tasting. Decent service given it was new years eve. Food was just very tasteless.
Awesome pizza here! Tossed fresh and baked in an open kitchen and oven right in front of you. Many great options and worth the higher price.
The pizza is decent, I am not a fan of the cheese. Service was friendly but slow.
Pizza window was convenient and the food was delicious. The cheese pizza was light and airy. Portions on the small side for the price.
Excellent pizza very rich, they offer you free water often!
Great food. Service can be improved. But overall a decent place to eat.
flour and other ingredients are imported from naples and water is shipped down from Pennsylvania spring with almost exact same mineral content as naples. resulting in extremely authentic pizza
Manager John made it magical. I felt like a king the way we were treated. Food was fantastic!
Waitress was not attentive, even though it was not busy. Food came out cold and bland. Manager offered to remake but I declined. Waitress sure perked up then.
First off, the pizza was delicious!
We also tried the Lasagna, which was nothing special, nor was the tiramisu.
I had an ADR that somehow got canceled but did not show canceled on My Disney Experience. Maria was unpleasant and adamant that it was not their fault it was canceled (I didn't care whose fault it was, we just wanted to eat) and after an awkward few minutes trying to figure out what happened, they seated us pretty much immediately-- so what was the big deal if it was canceled? Took me a bit to get over this awkwardness and actually enjoy being there. The staff overall lacked any personality whatsoever.
Long story short- Pizza is great, service isn't.
I've been to a fair amount of Disney's signature restaurants including several in Epcot. Let me save you time and money by saying do not come to this one. Waited 15 minutes to be seated on a fairly slow Tuesday evening (with reservations.) only to be ushered to an old beat looking table with mismatched chairs that was awkwardly cramped in the middle of two other tables, one of which had a screaming child pretending to be an elephant, that only added to the already stellar atmosphere. Then our waiter took our order for two pizzas and so began our nightmare of about 30+ minutes seeing people be sat and given pizzas and attention while our waiter proceeded to ignore us to the point that I wondered if he had forgotten we were there at all. Then finally I called him over to plainly ask if the pizzas were supposed to take this long, he gave me some spheal in a very annoying and difficult to understand accent about their pizzas being made one at a time and so they typically took around 15-20 minutes. Ignoring that I had already waited significantly longer than that my GF and I resigned to wait for ten more minutes. About two minutes before we were about to leave he brings us our pizzas and we dissapointedly dug in. Are you ready? Mine was nearly inedible. It tasted of moldy cheese and rubbery crust, I ate two slices and left it. My girl's faired better, however at best it was only marginally better than one from Chucky Cheese's. She also only ate two slices. At this point I asked for the check and the waiter asked if I'd like a box, horrified of having PTSD style flashbacks to the garbage that was my meal upon opening my refrigerator the next day I refused. Then he had the gal to offer us coffee and or desserts. Again I said no as the will to eat had left me and even if I was hungry I would rather not have him tell me that their ice cream had to be steadily thawed one ounce at a time by the warm breaths of an Italian opera singer for at least 45 minutes. He brought me my check which for two individual sized pizzas, one appetizer consisting of two potato-ey lumps of dough in some watery sauce and a single Diet Coke cost me $60. I left my money cash and departed with my GF before spending literally another microsecond in that place, would have complained but then that would have meant staying longer.
Great experience, excellent food. Our waiter Yari was well informed and a great guy!!!
Best place to eat in Epcot. We were there for almost 2 hours the staff was just amazing especially with our 3 boys ages 9,5,4. My son son the spaghetti was the best ever. I got stuffed shells and was amazing. But again the staff was just great! Will definitely eat there again. I already recommended other to as well and helped them book their reservations.
So upset!
I ordered a dish without cheese, they put cheese. I can't have cheese.
Manager came and said they can't make it without cheese. So I ordered plain spaghetti and bread.
I got spaghetti only.
We wait forever for the check. People that came in after us came and went. . .
Terrible experience
One of our favorite Disney locations. Truly authentic Italian cuisine with super-fresh ingredients including imported flour (Italian, of course) for the amazing pizza crust and house-made Mozzarella. Specialties include brick oven-fired pizza and house made marinara that's just incredible. Do not miss: the sangria, the Arancini, the pizza, the Caprese, or the Zeppoli for dessert. Fair warning: this is a pretty pricey meal. Expect $100+ for a party of 4. But the experience from beginning to end is WELL worth the price. Don't be afraid to try the pasta, either. The fresh cream sauces in particular will blow your mind. This is a great restaurant for large parties, but definitely make a reservation! The extra large pizza can easily feed 6-8 people.
The Prosciutto e melon pizza is the best pizza ever, if you go here you MUST try it.
Pizza is top notch! Best in WDW if not all of Florida. Believe it. They went the extra mile to provide the best ingredients and your tongue will thank you.
It is ok food but not for the price per person. There were three of us. And while we were seated quickly and got our drinks quickly that was it. 2 of us had a pizza and the other a dinner salad. The salad came out 30 min before the pizzas so we got to watch our friend eat before ours even arrived. She also needed to leave before we did so that worked out but it took 15 min for her to get a check. Then my pizza arrvied it the flavors were not there. Just no sauce. Ok amount of cheese and gourd sausage that was clumped and not spicy like it said and the bottom was mostly burnt but as I was hungry I just powered though it. The pizza my other friend had was ok but she ate enough but did not want to save the rest. Now the worst part is We had 3 separate checks. But they can only split it two ways so as our friend left it was up to us to figure it out. Now this was odd to me so I was told by the wait staff the system can't do it a second time but I have been to any other place and they can and as I am tech inclined and do tech for hospitality I found that to be a load of BS. So I asked for a manager as was told they don't like splitting checks more than once as it takes too much time. So yeah. I was able to make it work out for no hassle for us by a fluke but yeah. Never again. This place is managed poorly from the top up. I think Disney needs to see the lack of magic that place brought. But It is about $20 for a 10 inch pizza that was ok at best. And that serves one adult or possibly 2 kids. They need to re evaluate how the kitchen handles orders to get the full table out at temp. And after talking with one member of the staff who just was helpful it was obviously a revolving door for wait staff at the least. Will not be eating there again. Would have given one star but apparently the salad was good.
Horrible service. Apparently, you need to ask for basic items such as plates. Fococcia bread appetizer was served cold, despite the fact I confirmed it should have been warm. The pizza was not even cut properly, so had to use a butter knife to try to cut the slices. Also, no pizza spatula was provided with the pizza. The only positive experience was the peroni beer, as that was served in cold mugs, which was great.
Staff was rude. If you do not have a reservation they won't even talk with you.
Very clean authentic recipes, staff is wonderful. I love the pizza but sometimes will go for the arancini!
The pizza is excellent here, get it! My husband had the Ravioli which was delicious. Tiramsu was really good. Nice servers.
I highly recommend. The pizza was fantastic and the employees was very welcoming, friendly, and even funny this experience seriously makes me want to come back each time I visit.
Beautiful atmosphere with friendly staff. I tried the bread and fettuccine and both were presented nicely. The food wasn't out of this world, but the service was the most impressive part of my dining experience.
Great service - Anna and Roberto were so welcoming and fun! The whole staff made the meal a real special experience. Grazie mille!
Best restaurant in Epcot hands down. Wood fire pizza is incredible and their sangria is dangerously delicious.
Sadly made to wait for 50 minutes on the reservation and then to be given a soggy centred pizza with the server blaming with sauce this happens. The result of the delay in being seated ment the evening fireworks display was missed. The manager did come to apologise and offered a free drink but by this point the damage was done.
Oh my goodness! BEST ITALIAN FOOD here in Orlando. Must go! Reminds me of my trips to Italy. My fav menu item is the brick oven cooked pizza! Quattro Formaggio! Yummy!
Great wood fired pizza with friendly wait staff. The restaurant is in the Italian part of Epcot and the wait staff were all from Italy giving you a really authentic vibe.
Visited the Epcot in Florida and had a delious taste of Italian we will be back.
The mezzometro pizza is the best, service never disappoints. Great place
Alicia was the BEST waitress!! She gave us recommendations that were perfect and she was so patient with us when we asked a million questions. She took the time to explain how she started working at Disney when we asked and told us about her family home in Italy when we mentioned that we were on a family trip. I am sure all of the people working at Via Napoli are great but we think Alicia is the BEST! The food and dessert was amazing we were stuffed after dinner!
This pizza was delicious. We got a large for 5 to share. It was plenty of food for us. They give you a small portion of bread with oil and vinegar to dip it in. We got half pepperoni and half Italian sausage on our pizza. Both were good, but I really enjoyed the Italian sausage. Our service was good despite them being quite busy. We even got seated in less time than what the wait was.
I ll start off by saying it is not worth the $$$. With that being said the food was mediocre (like I d rather have Olive Garden) and the service was horrible (30 mins to see our waiter, 15 mins to order, 45 mins to get our food, 20 mins later we ordered desert, 20 mins later finally get said desert). We only saw our actual waiter 3 brief times the whole evening. We were not the only ones who experienced the same horrible service. While the food may look good it lacks taste and flavor.
This place is amazing! The service is amazing! The pizza is amazing! Our waiter that night, Marcello, was so nice. Our family had been having rough night before we walked into the restaurant. Marcello was very patient and he made the night 100% better. He put us all in a good mood. Idk what he s getting paid but pay him more. If he s able to cheer people up like he did tonight then I think he is possibly one of the best waiter in the world.
Had an excellent meal here last week. The wait to get in was a little long, but once in the wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about their products. I shared two meals with my family and had part of a pizza (the quattro formaggi) and part of the linguine allo scoglio (seafood in a spicy tomato sauce). The linguine wasn't very spicy but still very tasty, while the 4 cheese pizza was the one I favored. I will be returning to try more pizza.
Pizza was great, along with the fried calamari and house salad. Rice ball appetizer could use more meat and cheese inside. Overall, was a nice experience.
Via Napoli is wonderful! We love a good wood fired pizza and their's is great! You can watch the pizza being made and there are 3 huge wood fired ovens, each uniquely designed that cook the pizzas. Delicious!
50 bucks for awesome pizza for 4 is the best deal on food in the parks!
Delicious, authentic pizza, excellent salads, and one if the best tiramisus I ever had. On the pricey side.
I was not expecting this place to be so delicious. I was thinking it would be just a standard american pasta place with some wood fired pizzas, but it was delicious.
A nice spot for a quiet romantic dinner at EPCOT.
Delicious authentic Italian cuisine!
Joe The sous chef is amazing!!!
Great food no matter what you order. The wood fire Pizza is so ooo good. Pasta dishes out of this world.
Worst experience ever. We were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. Waiter forgot to put in our drink order, 30 minutes later finally received drinks after we reminded him. Restaurant is suppose to have vegan options, unfortunately you have to pay more for them. Ordered an individual margherita pizza without cheese, asked to put vegetables on it in place of cheese, and was charged $3.50 for each vegetable and they barely put 2 pieces of each on there. Cost $35.50 for individual pizza "without cheese" and 4 vegetables that were barely put on the pizza. We had 4 guests at our table, the dining experience took 2 hours, way to long, our table was neglected and the pizza's were at room temperature or cold. Needless to say, it was not up to Disney's standards at all. I do not recommend this restaurant. The waiter knew we were celebrating a special 21st birthday, but really didn't seem to care. We did have a reservation, but all in all it really didn't matter. Was a night of celebration and it just was a bad experience at a very pricey restaurant for pizza. :(
This restaurant exceeded my expectations. I was recently there with a friend and, after a long day of being in the heat, we decided pizza sounded good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza each when we could have easily gotten away with ordering one because they were big! And delicious! I plan to go back here for my birthday because that was by far the best pizza I've ever had.
The food and service was amazing!!! I highly recommend it. The wait wasn't very long either, that was a major plus considering it was packed.
This is a spot you cannot miss during your Disney vacation. If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, it can
be used here. The pizza is top notch. You need to be aware that it is authentic, certified Neapolitan style, so it may be somewhat different from the pizza you are used to, but it is super delicious. I also always enjoy their Pasta Fagoli soup. For dessert I recommend the Tiramisu, but all the selections are fantastic
PLEASE NOTE: It is HIGHLY recommended that you making a dining reservation for this location. It is one of the most popular at EPCOT, and if you don't make a reservation a 20-75 minute wait is not uncommon.
We came to this restaurant last week, after being here once before when the food was good. This time was a total disaster and we will never dine here ever again. First after we sat down, the adults ordered a glass of wine, which I don't even know how to explain, it was the most disgusting tasting Pinio Grigio ever tasted in our entire life. Our children ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, which what can I say I can probably make better meatballs with dollar store ingredients. The meatballs were more like Swedish meatballs, not Italian meatballs and were most definatlaey frozen tasting. I ordered a plate of shrimp scampi fromt he appetizer menu and asked if I can have a small plate of pasta with garlic and oil. All the food for the table came out, the shrimp being the last and no pasta, when I finally asked the waiter for the the pasta he brought back pasta with sauce, so when I told the waiter, by then everyone finished the meal in which I received my pasta(now my shrmp was cold and also disgusting by the way and we asked to speak to a manager. The manager comes over, asks whats wrong, as we tell him, he says"what would you like me to do in a nasty tone? REALLY???? You work at Disney and have that attitude? After having to tell the man how to do his job, is when finally he broke down and gave us money off the bill but honestly I still would never go back here. Im very disappointed at how we were treated at this restaurant as well as the disgusting food. I do not recommend place!
