We went here on Wednesday August 23. We ordered a Margarita Pizza and a prosciutto and melon pizza . My wife loved the white pizza with melon on it. I sent a picture of both. My daughter loved the margarita and said it was the best pizza she'd ever had. I thought it was nothing special....

This pizza is amazing! We have been to Italy and this pizza is exactly the same! We always eat here every time we come to Epcot. We usually get a large pizza and can finish it between two to three people. It's thin wood fired crust and it is so amazing. The service is always great and its always someone from Italy so it's an authentic experience. If you love pizza you need to check this place out!
This is the best pizza you will ever taste. Secret recipe from Italy. I used to work in EPCOT, and was told the recipe has been a secret handed down from Italian chefs from Italy. You have to try it if in epcot. The pizza is epic.
This review started as a one star due to the fact that although we had reservations it took us over an hour to get a table. The best I can tell is that they lost us in the shuffle because they don't have a very good system for getting people seated. However, our server Claudia really took care of us and gave us a great experience. The pizza was above average but not quite as amazing as I've been told.
Authentic pizza. I shared the 10 inch pizza since it was a late lunch and we had an early dinner reservation elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, and the wait time to get in was short.
Great pizza. Seriously, really good pizza. I consider myself to be quite the pizza connoisseur, have tried pizza in Italy, New York, Chicago, Miami, and Via Napoli competes with some of the best. The dough is perfect. The restaurant claims that the dough uses water nearly identical in chemical composition to the water of Naples, Italy. I don't know if this is true or not and if it's just a placebo effect, but I'm telling you, every time we eat here, the pizza is always perfect. I have avoided trying any of the other meals that they offer, although I must admit that they look really good. Deserts look amazing as well, but I am just so full after the pizza. One large pizza can feed four people. They have a pretty good drink selection and the service can vary. I have never had a rude waiter or staff member, but at times, it may take a little longer for the pizza to come out or for a drink to arrive, but I don't mind if the pizza takes a little bit to come out, if it taste amazing. Rating this place a 5 because the price is decent for a Disney restaurant, the pizza is amazing, the staff has always been welcoming/polite, and the ovens have funny faces on them.
We asked if it was possible to be seated earlier than our reservation time. We were over the rain and just wanted to eat. They accommodated is quickly. The food came out at separate times and then we were informed it was from 2 kitchens. The service was incredibly slow. The food was what we expected taste wise. I asked for the desserts to go. The server said they couldn t do that. It ended up being 2 hours for our meal from start to finish. It wasn t what we expected at all.
I came with a big group of 15, I m very patient and willing to wait for good food but this place ended horribly
1)It took them 30 minutes to serve bread Which was cold and tasteless 2) my food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering most restaurants I ve been in took less then an hour even with our big group, I ordered the lobster ravioli, extremely salty with the pasta undercooked but I ate because I was hungry. I didn t get an apology and ate some pizza instead which to be fair was good. 3) it took them an hour to split the check and even after finally finishing they messed up the prices.
Overall would not recommend and won t come back here again
This restaurant is one of the restaurants I have been to the most at Epcot and I highly recommend ordering the pizza the pasta dishes are good but the pizza is the star here.
great food. incredible service. and they squeezed us in about an hour earlier than our reservation (we we're starving) my favorite restaurant on property for sure.
My favorite pizza so far at Disney. The crust is fluffy and crispy with great flavor and has just the right amount of sauce. They kind of overdue the pepperoni a little, but still tastes good. It's mostly a sit down retaraunt but they do have a side area to order by the slice and to-go
Very good restaurant in the Epcot Italian Pavilion Good and friendly service Very good pizzas. Pizza mezzo metro is huge (serves up to 5 people) and is in the 40 dollar range - compatible with Brazilian pizzerias Very beautiful and pleasant environment
Most authentic Italian food outside of Italy. How many restaurants test the water for the pizza dough to ensure its identical to Naples? Love this place! :-)
This place is really loud and the service is very very slow, but the pizza was good. We've been several times and had the same experience each time. Might go again, unless we are tired and need to relax during dinner.
I had higher hopes when coming here. I found it to be very overpriced for quality and it was relatively slow service. The food came out at different times and by the time mine came out my friend had completely finished her entire meal. It was $21 for a pizza that tasted very similar to blaze pizza, $12 for one shot, and $29 for pasta. The view and atmosphere was nice though, just wish it was more reasonably priced and resembled Italy more.
Food was outstanding. I had lasagna which was recommended by our server, and it was delicious. Artichoke pizza was great as well, along with the risotto balls and calamari - yum!
The disappointment was largely in the service (unfortunately like many other Disney table service restaurants). My daughter s pizza came out (her meal) about 20 mins before any other entrees. The staff seemed very disjunct and struggling to keep things moving out of the kitchen in a coordinated fashion. This was especially odd since our dinner was around 7:45pm, and the restaurant was not at or near full capacity. It was a Saturday, and it was unusually busy for a February, but this was a little bit of a buzz kill for our dinner. The server never inquired as to how we would split the bill, and at the end, I was presented with the lump sum bill. This is a hassle, as I will now have to chase down $ from 2 people.
I doubt I ll go back with reservations, but may eat here again if it is for lunch, and with a smaller group of 2-4.
Awesome food!! Staff who are from Italy are so nice and friendly! Make a reservation if you can or there will be a wait. Food was well worth the wait! Loved it there!
Had a great time here. The food was amazing but leave room for dessert! On top of the great food we had an awesome waitress sofia who was so kind to us and shared her story of coming from Rome. Def a must do in epcot!
Me and my family (sister, mom, dad, gradma and brother in law) are in Disney World right now having a great time, until yesterday! We were in Epcot and because of our Italian roots, we decided to eat in Italy, more especifically in Via Napoli! My brother in law, before we got into the restaurant, bought for himself a Japonese food because he wanted to eat it. So, we got inside the restaurant and see, 5 of us are going to order food and drinks! We were ordering our foods and a manager told us that my brother in law couldn t eat his food from outside in the restaurant. So we told her that it wasn t from outside but from Disney and even show her the recipe!!!! And she told us that he had to leave the restaurant or to package his food to go and wait for us to eat!!! This is ridiculous! His food, obviously, was going to get cold! So, with all our education, we tried to explain to her that it was a tradition to our family to eat together and of course, for my grandma, who is Italian, the best thing that we could do in that day! But she keeps irreducible! And then we ask for her superior and she sent a man, who told us the same thing! And in the end, he said that if we don t obbey what he was saying, he was going to call the security!!! My grandma starting feeling really bad because she have heart issues, and our day was ruined! My brother in law felt humiliated because all the restaurant was looking for us! If that was the Disney looking that I usually heard about, me and all my family are desappointed! It ruined our day and make the impression of my grandma and my brother in law, who was having their first time at Disney, awful!
out of all of Epcot first place where a waiter Was openly taking about you in another language. The olive oil for the bread is unseasoned extra virgin olive oil like you d buy at the supermarket to cook food with. Overall one of the worst restaurants I ve been too not just in Disney, but ever.
Best food we have had so far as Disney and this is our 4th day here. Good atmosphere and great service. Mario was an excellent waiter. If we come back to Disney we will definitely come here again
Food was good. Service was lackluster. Not sure if our waitress was still in training or what but it seemed like she was overwhelmed for a table of ten. We saw other servers more than her. My biggest concern was with our dining plan. They apparently scan your magic ban when you order (???). Manager s response was that it was to make sure we have enough credits. Then when it was time for our check, which took 1 hour after requesting it, we were provided 2 separate but identical receipts to sign where one was to approve the purchase charge to our room and the other was to approve the charge to our card. I m still confused at this as we have never had to do this at any other Disney restaurants when using our magic band. Even the manager was unable to explain this process.
I used to love coming to this restaurant it was what I looked forward to when I brought the family to epcot. But after this visit we will have to find a new place for italian. The new menu has taken away many items and quality has gone down. Chicken parmigiana came out dry hard around the edges served with an extremely small side of spaghetti with barely enough sauce to compliment the pasta or for the already dry chicken.
Hands Down, best pizza I have ever filled my stomach with. Especially after running the Disney Marathon! Get the pizza every time you are visiting EPCOT. I live 9 hours away, and contemplate visiting for a long weekend, just for the Pizza here.
Disappointed heard good things from a couple friends. Server was very nice, but food delivered was not what we ordered. Food was okay, but waiter didn t come back to check in to see if everything was okay or check drinks/water. Had to find him to get check.
Wasn t looking for perfection, just the basics. All our other meals in Disney were good or above expectations. It may have been an off night for this place. Thanks for the response.
My husband and I had dinner here for our last dinner in Disney boy worth it. The food had no taste everything very bland, tasteless. Very disappointed for Disney. The food and wine food was better.
Visited this place multiple times over the years since their Margherita Pizza remains the best in the region. This last Disney trip we had reservations once more, and again the pizza was spot on delicious.
Even with that said, I can't recall another time I have left this establishment in a poor mood. Our table was forgotten much of the time while there, as well as needing to get up to ask for assistance since we hadn't seen a server for quite some time (>15 min).
Very loud. Rice balls with such a small amount of meat that you could barely find it. The chicken and pasta entree was the same. The wait staff responsible for re filling the water glasses was phenomenal. The waitress we saw only twice. Very overpriced for small portions of pasta.
Great ambiente, manager was not very accommodating, since I travel by myself, wanted pasta and half a salad, he said " salad is coming only in one size....???
We loved it!! Federica went above and beyond to make our day magical! The Cast Members were friendly and attentive. It's fantastic that they are from Italy! The food was delicious! My favorites were the Fettucine "Via Napoli", San Gennaro Pizza, Tiramisu, and Lemon Gelato. Oh and the coffee - so good! Bravissimo!
The brick oven pizza is amazing. The sauce is sweet and the crust has a wonderful smokey flavor from the fire in the ovens. Best part is you can feed 4 people for $35 and still get great service and delicious foods.
I had an amazing experience!! The food was great, the waiters and waitresses were so kind, everyone who works there is from Italy so you can t get more authentic than that in the United States and it s in Disney s Epcot so what can I say, the atmosphere is nice and pretty relaxing. It was my birthday that day so they gave me the dessert I ordered for free and sang happy birthday in Italian which I was not expecting at all. Grazie!
Wonderful dinner spot if you're lucky enough to get a reservation or willing to wait for a table. Our server Nicolo was incredible and the food was just as good. Recommend the pizza, they allow you to mix and match two different pizzas if you get a large. Will definitely be going back next trip!
Totally rushed...dinner came out before salad and appetizers(which had unripened tomatoes)..not happy...in n out 35mins....if I wanted to rush I would've order counter service...
There was 5 of us in our party and we was on the Disney dining plan. One member ordered the veal and the other 4 members ordered pizzas. On the dining plan we was only allowed the 10" size and when we asked if we could pay extra for a bigger sized we was told straight forwardly NO. Anyway we ordered and he veal came in 10 mins which wasn't bad however by the time our member had got his veal and finished it all the pizzas still hadn't arrived so when the pizzas did finally arrive one member was sat there watching everyone else eat. Finally when desert came the family member who ordered the veal ordered a cake and to his surprise found pieces of plastic inside. Altogether our experience here wasn't very good!.
We arrived early, asked if we could get in sooner, which was great! However, the system to call people does not work. Where are the pagers or someone with a clear, loud voice to let people know their table was ready. We ended up having to wait until our original time and we had a pretty frustrated kiddo because of the confusion. Please consider changing your way of alerting people of their table, whether it be technology or someone with a clear and loud voice.
1) Excellent, friendly service. 2) When we went (8pm on a Thursday), the place was extremely crowded. 3) The appetizers and desserts were really good, but the entrees we ordered were a little bland.
Hands-down the best margherita pizza that I have ever, ever eaten. I can also recommend the Sangria. Honestly I would bet that anything on the menu is fantastic. From what I understand, the water used to make the pizza dough has a nearly identical chemical composition to the water in Naples, for a really authentic experience. Let me tell you, it's working!
The staff is also superb on every visit. My husband and I make sure we stop here every time we visit Disney World (even during Food and Wine Festival. It's that worth it, guys).
We ate here in April. It was our 2nd time (last visit was in 2011) and we loved it. The food is very good, and our waitress was fantastic and very helpful. Would definitely recommend, and we'll be back next trip!
During the tour of Epcot countries, arriving in Italy, it is impossible not to stop here to try a real Italian pasta ... Very good service, very nice environment. Best of all, we didn't expect anything, we arrived and we already got a table. I recommend!!!
Had dinner here with my family last night and we were not too impressed. All reviews seem to love the pizza but in my experience it was nothing compared to Italian pizza you can have in Europe. We have had amazing Italian style pizza in Paris and Versailles when I lived there and also in Rome. If you are ordering drinks, keep in mind sizes are very small and prices are very high, which was no surprise to us considering it's Disney! Our server was not that good and initially was almost rude but then he realized who I was and was more attentive.
Excellent service. I really appreciated the personal touches Fabio provided. He was personable and made use feel like family. He's also a hard worker and always on the go.
The pizza was great and was well cooked.
Make sure you book a reservation and if unable to make one in the app, they will do it for you at the front desk.
We will definitely go back to try the different pastas.
This place isn't just good "for a Disney restaurant". It's good all on its own.
Pricey? Sure. But no more so than any other Disney restaurant. And the food really is great i.e. worth it.
Moreover, the staff makes the experience complete. You are treated like family by EVERYONE. This includes the wait staff, managers, and even one of the chefs came by the table to visit out little guy!
