Like many of the other reviews I m very disappointed with the time it took for simple pizza and pasta dishes. My wife ordered a steak medium rare and it came out rare and still moving. Service again so incredibly slow. We have things to do and see and the dishes are mediocre at best. Family makes better Italian. Total dining time with desserts to go 1 hour and 45 mins.

Great experience, the pizza was very good, but above all the service was exceptional!Enrico from Sardinia greeted us with a smile at our table when we sat down. With the restaurant so busy, he managed to come by and check up on us,refill our drinks and make sure we were ok.Each time he walked by the table he walked by with positive attitude, and his delightful smile. Next time we come, I hope we get to sit in his section again. Thank you Enrico and Giulia.

The phenomenal atmosphere! The wonderful attention! And the food or talk. Italy moved to this place. All those who attend speak Italian and English. All are nice. Beautiful place and divine food. The divine pizza. RECOMMENDED

Always an Italian greeting. Servers are great and we love to hear about their home and family. Food has never disappointed, pizza all the way. Had. Broccroline this time. A traditional for us.

I have not actually ever been to Italy, but I can only imagine this is what the food is like. After speaking to several of the cast members from Italy, I can't wait to see it for myself. Wonderful foos, and as i spoke of earlier the cast members are remarkable.

Such good flour based pizza crust! The prices are high so be prepared for that. We were lucky and pretty much walked right into seats. It was packed at the front waiting for a table but somehow we sort of skipped much waiting. The server didnt push wine or alcohol sales which is pretty rare for "around the world" of Epcot. Expect great tasting pizza here.

After eating true Neapolitan wood-fired pizza from Cane Rosso in Dallas, I couldn't wait to try it again in Disney. Via Napoli has the same ovens and the service was great, but unfortunately the pizza was very disappointing. Not only was it more than twice the price of Cane Rosso ($16 vs. $35), the pizza was bland and tasteless. Honestly, if I didn't know better I'd have thought the large Pepperoni Pizza was from Domino's! Also, the Tiramisu was good, but certainly not worth $12. I was really looking looking forward to eating here, but it ended up being a huge disappointment.

Amazing food. I was a little skeptical at first, but they didn t disappoint. The Linguine allo Scoglio was simply delectable. First time for a seafood Italian dish. Flavors melded perfectly. My wife and kids loved the build-your-own alfredo pepperoni pizza. Thank you guys so much for the great food and service. It was top notch!

We waited 30mins to get in the restaurant. Then they gave us seats outside without asking if it is okay. We asked the waiter if we can stay inside since there were full of mosquitos. However, he talked his manager on the phone then told us we should be in the line again, if we want to get a new table. That sounds very ridiculous. So we just left the restaurant.

Wayyyy too long! Having made a reservation weeks in advance, it took them 25 minutes to sit us down. Then an hour to serve us two small/individual pizzas... also we lost a purse. You d think that being almost the last people at the restaurant they would have kept it but no, they didn t find it. Oh! An don t bother calling customer service they will not try to help at all, may even hang up on you.

This was the finest Italian meal I've ever had . I ordered the Eggplant , two perfectly thin slices each the size of a watermelon slice! It came with a side of spaghetti perfectly al dente'. The eggplant was topped with fresh mozzarella. It was not breaded and fried , which I hate. Tiramisu for dessert . Very large peice with ladyfingers soaked in espresso & the freshest mascarpone cheese refreshingly filling the layers. The service was impeccable . We ate in the finest restaurants throughout the Disney parks & this was by far the best! I cannot wait to go back.

Very busy place. Lots of activity. Food was pretty good. Some of it came out hot, some was just warm. It did have flavor. I would eat here more, but the prices are a little extreme. I don t plan on returning because I would rather try something new first. It s just sooo expensive!

Food is heavenly. I absolutely loved the pizza we were served! However, a little pricey! The staff was very polite and respectful and corrected a mistake made with a salad and didn't make us pay for it!

Just went there this past week. I got the spaghetti with tomato sauce and veal meatballs. Should have know just veal with no pork or beef mixed in would be too dry. They were awful, sauce tasteless, small portion for a high price. Husband's Alfredo type pasta mediocre. Only thing there that looked like it was worth ordering was the pizza which most people were getting. The female manager and waiters seemed mostly concerned with the large group behind us who got treated like royalty. Would not recommend. BTW the noise in there is overwhelming. Couldn't have a conversation.

I'm Italian. This food sucks. Margheritta pizza. All dough. Little sauce. Little cheese. Two tiny sprigs of basil. Expensive. Disappointed with most of Disney food with the exception of morimoto in Disney springs. Mongolian steak $39 and pork buns $10 well worth it. Delicious!

Went with my daughter tonight and was surprised that the "Buffalo" pizza was the best pizza I've eaten in years. And I am from NYC where great pizza is everywhere. Normally I feel bloated and tired after gluten, but this pizza didnt have that effect. My daughter noticed it too. Maybe it's the imported grain, I dont know, but I will definitely come back.

The food is very pricey, but honestly wasn t good enough to be expensive. It was average or possibly slightly below average, so I would give it three stars, if not for the fact that the cheese and toppings on top of the pizza were barely staying on the pizza. I picked up a slice, and didn t even tilt it very much, but the cheese came off the slice and onto my brand-new, 2 hour old sweatshirt.

Very, very loud - couldnt carry out a conversation, very slow service, waitress did not ask if the meal was ok. Do not order pizza and pasta - I had finished my whole pizza before my partners pasta arrived. No apology, although they said there might be a "slight delay" between them.

The place was pretty good. This place has to be judged taking Disney standards under consideration. We got fried calamari, risotto balls, and a large pizza with prosciutto and cantaloupe. Risotto balls and calamari were good, but not any better than the ones I get from my local Italian place. The pizza was, just good. For $36, it didn't blow me away as one of the best pizzas I've ever had. It didn't even make it into my top 5 list. You just have to remind yourself that you are in Disney and everything is more expensive regardless of quality. We did not get any desert because the French Pavilion has an excellent ice cream shop and a patisserie cafe.

I'm actually planning my next visit just for this pizza, and maybe a little Mickey Mouse . I'm not a pizza person at all but we had a young one with us, and pizza works well every time. Now we went in not the quick service on the side. I wasn't looking forward to this meal as I'm hot from being in a theme park, but this pizza was so light. We were just 2 adults, and a 6yr old. We got half pepperoni and half white (don't ask me to spell). A year and a half later we still talk about this pizza.

When we arrived we were lucky enough to get the last table for dinner without a reservation , although outside... I was freezing! Our waiter was to me a five star worthy person. He took the time to joke with us about the pronunciations of the items on the menu, was extremely attentive and kind. The meal was amazing, I don't think I could ever compare any other Italian food against it, a bit pricey but what food isn't in Disney World! All in all.. I think I would take another trip to Disney just for this restaurant!

The pizza here had more bread the cheese. My waiter was a nice guy but We could never get him to the table and the place wasn't that busy. He was just busy talking to coworkers and ignoring our needs. I was not impressed with this experience at all. For the kind of money spent here I expected better service and a pizza made the right way!

Most overlooked restaurant in all of WDW. The brick oven pizza is top shelf as are the salads. They grow most of the vegetables there at Epcot. Service is impeccable. Great respite from the usual park fare.

I have been here four times and definitely not going back. Out of the 4 times two were great and last two were horrible. Last night was one of the horrible experiences. First my waiter was rude. Second appetizer was overpriced and insulting that I received two piece of mozzarella and two piece of tomatoes. Third the pizza was supposed to be well done it was undercooked plus average and took 40 minutes. Lastly I had to wait over twenty minutes to get my check.

Best pizza on Disney property. We had the traditional pizza margherita and it was delicious. The sauce to cheese to dough ratio was perfect. The pizza wasn't overdone nor was it soggy. The table next to use had the chicken parmesan and it looked amazing. The other table next to us ordered desert and it looked so good, we will definitely be trying some desert on our next visit. The pizzas on the higher end of the price scale, but a large provides 8 slices, enough for two hungry people or 4 not so hungry people. The staff was very respectful and happy to serve us. Our glasses of water were never empty, the waiter in charge of water was on top of it that day. The restaurant was beautiful, large glass windows, three wood ovens that had different faces for each oven, it was very clean and felt like an authentic restaraunt in Italy. Will definitely be returning during our trip in December

This place is on our never bother again list. The service was exceptionally slow, they missed items that were ordered and had confusion over my wife's mushroom allergy. The portions were tiny for the $23 plus per item and the pizza had very little flavor. I can honestly say that the pizza in the resort cafeteria has more flavor for far less $$ and you got more food. We went with wonderful expectations given the shinning reviews and only found disappointment.

Disney never disappoints. This place has the best pasta in any of the parks and quite possibly the best I've had since visiting Italy itself. Pizza was excellent as well. Well worth visiting while in Epcot. Make reservations as it always fills.

This is mine and my family s favorite place to eat at when we visit Orlando. The food is authentic and amazing. The staff is also extremely helpful every time we visit. The wait time for your order is never too extreme, especially considering how busy the restaurant constantly is. The atmosphere of the restaurant as a whole, is a great experience for everyone. You can watch them make the pizzas and spin the dough while you wait on your order. Overall, this is a great place to visit if you like Italian cuisine.

been coming here for years since i was a kid and growing up with Disney World is a must. last time i was here it was better then Pizza Planet or whatever the toy story movie restaurant was. i usually come from one of the other parks for lunch here no wait everytime i come but last time i was overcharged 25 $ for something my party did not order tried to explain it to the staff got attitude from them which was odd since they are always friendly and courteous to us. idk the staff's name but 3 of them kept coming back to my table to check on me since i was under the weather and it wasnt busy so they opened up to listen to whatever i had to say i want to give them a shout out for recommending shops in Epcot to buy souvenirs. i will be back in the next year or too.

Annual passholder....We ate there last night and it was not the delicious pizza we remembered from our last visit. Very bland, the sauce had no flavor, crust seemed under cooked, even though some edges were very burnt. We looked forward to it all week and were very disappointed.
We will try again....Love the atmosphere and staff were excellent.

I have been here several times. And I keep saying I need to give it another shot, but this time was the last. My food came out before my husbands, by the time he got his, I was done. You need to bring out the food all at once so we can eat together. Not separate. Secondly his pizza was not fully cooked. The dough was floury. I asked for a manager, she came over, explained what happened and as a manager never came back to the table. Just said let me see what s going on. The waiter then came back with more bread and tomatoes! Are you kidding me? The service was also terrible for the wait. Was told 1/2 hr waited an hour. The staff is not knowledgeable either. They are friendly some, but don t know much about serving customers. It was a terrible experience and sadly won t go back!! They did adjust the bill, but I was expecting that anyway! Go to a better restaurant not here unless they get it together!
