We came here late around 8pm with a reservation. They were late sitting us but as soon as we told them we were trying to make the fireworks for our kids they did everything in there power to ensure we made it. The pizza was great. The server recommended the best ones to us. The drinks were really strong made the fireworks that much more awesome. There isn't really much more you can ask for in a restaurant. The service amazing, the food was amazing the ambiance was great. I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10. Just make sure you make a reservation it is busy for a reason!

Made reservations for the restraunt. They had us wait about fifteen mins before being seated. After we got seated got are menus it took us 20 mins before are server took are order. Food was amazing but it took the server another 20 mins to get are check .

Some of the best, if not the best, pizza I ever had. Excellent service, but make a reservation, or else.

Fantastic Italian pizza, possibly the best in Walt Disney World. We were waited on Gaetano who was here from Italy and was as charismatic as he was charming. Had fantastic service here and the food was all delicious. I suggest getting the cannolo for dessert.

The Carciofi Pizza is the best I have ever had. I guarantee you will enjoy it!

The truffle oil on the pizza is to die for. This place is a must when visiting EPCOT.

We were very excited for our trip to Disney and on our first night we had made reservations to eat at Napoli's months before as we wanted to try the pizza. Our food was very good and we all sampled each other's choices. Unfortunately the positive experience ended there. We had made the reservation so that we could do some shopping and then see the show at Epcot (Illuminations) at 9p. At the start of our visit we were asked by the host if we were using meal
Plans and we said yes. Our service throughout the meal was ok, there were several times we waited for our waitress to come back for at least 10 minutes because of the large party next to us occupying her (important to note this party arrived after us and left before us). Apparently the info got lost somewhere between the start of our dinner and the check that we were using meal
Plans. After the waitress explained to us that she would need to fix the bill (45 minutes later) she proceeds to hand us a check and have us sign that would agree to pay for the entire dinner and then have us sign again of just the salad that we got ($7 a person). We knew from the start that the salad was not included in our meal plan (we had a fairly firm understanding of the meal plan)but we felt uncomfortable with the process of signing something that didn't seem quite right. The waitress kept saying that we never told her we wanted to use the meal plan. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing her print like 50 checks and then throwing them away. We asked for the manager who basically said this is how it works and then left. Our group begrudgingly signed the checks and then again signed the other check. Although we verified that we were not overcharged later at the hotel I didn't appreciate being treated like that. We were told it was our fault "deviating from the meal plan" which we were not debating the fact we got the salad. The next day we ate at another restaurant and another the day after and again last night and the process of using meal plans was easy to understand and we didn't sign two checks we were presented with one which gave us the option to add a tip but not sign and then presented with a second check which showed the discount of the meal
Plan and just charged us items not included in the meal plan. However our waitress didn't seem to know how to do that.
Disney has set a rather high standard for customer service which is great! However unfortunately for Disney that high bar comes with a price of high expectations and this experience didn't meet that standard at all. I was looking forward to the illuminations show and because of all the waiting we missed it completely, when we walked out of the restaurant the park was closed and the show was over. Disappointing.

It s a shame you can t put zero. The fact they can t figure out how to change a pasta that they carry is beyond me. Then when you let them know a non sincere I m sorry bathrooms covered in bodily fluids. Will not be back

Excellent food, excellent service. If you like white pizza, I highly recommend the Carcioffi pizza.

When booking this dining event in advance, I had hoped this place would be a good place to relax, warm up, chat with my friend, and celebrate my birthday.

The atmosphere was something of a buffet hall where conversation is difficult. Sadly, the prices don t reflect the overall low quality as they are expensive. If you are looking for a place where you aren t surround by children, this is not it. I figured based on the price range it wouldn t be a place where kids would be running around and misbehaving.

My friend and I ordered a speciality salad and their suggested ravioli. The salad was mainly just greens. It was hard to find the feta, cucumber, and olives. Sadly, the tomatoes were not edible as the seemed old as they were mushy.l and lacked color. The eight ravioli for $29 came out cold and the sauce was oily and broken. When I pointed this out, they were surprised, but how could you really be surprised when you bring over the plate that isn t admitting any heat? They replaced the ravioli because without any type of compensation for the mistake. The ravioli reminded me of something that was a frozen entree rather than a handmade.

Their rustic-looking bread also came out cold. When the bread came out it was cold and was served with just a plate of olive oil, no herbs. I asked for hot fresh bread (thinking this shouldn t be an odd request because they do have those wood fire ovens) our waiter said that was not possible and even said he spoke with the manager and they don t serve hot bread. The second round of bread was cold and gummy.

Basically, I wouldn t eat here again and would suggest everyone else to do the same.

One of the better places for table service in Epcot World Showcase. You will not leave hungry from this place and staff is very pleasant and helpful and friendly and makes you feel welcome. Dined here while on a Disney vacation and never disappointed. Food comes out fast, maybe a little too fast but is piping hot and fresh and tastes great. Chicken parm is excellent and gigantic takes up the whole plate, cocktails are excellent especially sangria and desserts are delicious. Pizza is hot and tastes wonderful. This place is not to be missed!

Via Napoli is a place we dine each time we visit Epcot. Amazing pizza and the large is big enough for a family of four with kids under 16. Get two if you have big boys. My wife got the eggplant dish and she really enjoys it each time. The More

We ate here 1/20/19, reservation time was 5:35. We arrived at 5:10 to a line 30+ people deep outside the door. Checked in with the host at 5:35 and were told we would be called when out table was ready. I took the time to take my kids to the restroom. The walk to the bathroom is through the restaurant where I saw nunerois tables empty. Maybe staffing issues but when you have that many people waiting past their reservation time, that s a problem. Finally seated around 6:15. Food was pretty good and came out fast. The pizza wa great! Service was good until the end. Our waiter told us he would be back with the check and pretty much never returned. 30 minutes later and 3 unhappy kids ready to go, the check finally came. Overall the food was great but Disney maybe slipping on the customer service level. Not impressed...

Loved the Italian sausage pizza and the smoked salmon pizza. Absolutely delicious. This place is a must stop when visiting Epcot.

You cannot go wrong with Via Napoli s! This is the best pizza me and my family have ever eaten. Service is always great and the food has never been a disappointment on the many times we have dined here over the years.

Over priced everything, Non authentic food, and undercooked pizza.

The food was amazing. The Service on the other hand was not. There was a larger table next to us. Our waiter was more interested in them than any other table in the restaurant. We waited on a bill for easily 30 minutes if not more. All the waiter wanted was a big tip from the other table.

This place is amazing ! My favorite place to eat ever ! I would eat here everyday if I could ! My husband and I have eaten here multiple times , we always order a margherita pizza. Their pizza is the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life ! I also love their prosciutto and melon salad. As far as their alcoholic drinks , I wouldn t recommend .. the lemon drop is sooo sour , tasted like straight up lemon juice and not even sure if they put alcohol in it ! All in all this place is a must at Epcot !

Amazing pizza! The closest you can get to real Italian pizza. We've been here 4 times and will come back again. The food and service is outstanding. Be sure to book your reservation.

About as authentic a Neapolitan style pizza you're going to find in the US.

A place with so much talent for cuisine should be easily be able to provide a vegan option. This place is great but can t muster options for all. Unfortunately lacking the ability to cater to 2019!

Our most favorite place! Great pizza and other fishies. Servers are super nice too. Only complain is hard to get reservation.

We have eaten at Via Napoli many times and loved the food and service. However our most recent October 2018 visit left us wondering if there is a new chef, new manager, new wait staff or all of the above. The pasta was cold and four members of our party were finished before the last two were even served. Unfortunately this meal did not meet our Disney dining expectations.

I have been to Via Napoli at least 10 times! I have never had a bad experience. The pizza is amazing and the service is always spot on. I will see you today Via Napoli!

I have visited this restaurant 3-4 times while visiting WDW. The first few times it was great, but this last time was not great. The waitress was not very kind/inviting.

I wouldn't advise straying too far from the wood-fired pizza's here. The lasagna was OK.

One of the top restaurants, with some of the most delicious pizza, at Walt Disney World. Highly recommend visiting slightly after the traditional lunch time; but the restaurant can still be busy. I suggest getting a reservation.

This place brought back wonderful memories of the years I spent in Italy. The only place I've found to have a real Italian pizza. Service was great to us, the cast members took care of us very well. Our waiter was from Milan so we talked briefly about that and how I lived in Vicenza. Would highly recommend eating here.

Ate here for my birthday this year. Have to say, it was pretty great. It was the first time I've had pizza prepared that way. Great service and excellent atmosphere.

BEST PIZZA ON EARTH!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh I don't know why but this pizza was so good! The flavor was SPECTACULAR and the staff crew was polite and funny. The appetizers were so good they felt like a meal! I would definitely fly for 2 and a half hours just to go here again!!!!!!!!

My meal was amazing I got spaghetti and meatballs. My mom ordered a salad and she got a different one. I recommend this place.

It would be nice to have been offered a "taste of Italy" plate with spagetti, lasagna, fettuccine etc with an Italian salad served on the side. I want to experience a variety of Italian breads, herbs and flavors.
The food we had was delicious

The service was a little spotty throughout our meal, it was often a longer wait than necessary when we asked for drink refills. BUT the wait was only about 5 minutes without a reservation, the decor is amazing and oh, the food! I had read that it was one of the best restaurants in Epcot and that they import their water for better dough. I don't know all of their secrets but I do know that their pizza was the most incredible pizza I've ever had in my life. Every time we have pizza now I crave THIS pizza. There was nothing wrong with it, the Cesar salad we had was also great.

Best food at Epcot and decent prices to match. Make it your one splurge meal for the park. Make sure to make a reservation!!

Very loud, noisy restaurant. The "authentic" food was lacking flavor. Service was slow. The desserts, however, were delicious.

As far as Italian fare goes, this may have been slightly better than Olive Garden...which isn't saying much. I've heard the pizza is really good, but the pasta dish I had was lacking. Not on my list of places to go to again.

Dinner started out great with a quick seating and great pizza, but the remaining entrees were massively delayed. Our night started to go down hill with kids and in-laws in tow, but our entrees finally did make it to the table and they were delicious. To top it off the manager, Manny, made a great effort to make up for the delay. We received free dessert, a reduced bill, and extra fast passes for our time at Disney. Well done Manny, thank you for taking care of us!

I really didn't find this place that special and the food didn't justify the price tag and the service wasn't anything to write home about either.

It's really just expensive pizza serviced by Italian staff. There are numerous better places to eat in Orlando to get that authentic Italian pizzaria feel.

Went here by chance after I saw the prosciutto and melon pizza. The flavors mixed so well. It did not disappoint. If you haven't had this pizza, you haven't had pizza. Full of flavor and quite large. The service was top notch and straight from Italy.

Pretty good pizza! We got a mezzo metro which filled up 3 of us. Overall it was really good, especially because we were starving. However, be aware that the toppings are skimpy and our dough was quite soggy. It's a high price point but it is Disney world. Be aware that if you try to do half and half toppings, they will try to fully charge you for both toppings!

Great meal. Had the Margarita pizza and the bruccuto pasta. Excellent value by disney standards. Food is fantastic. I will definitly return.

No trip to Disney is complete without a pepperoni pizza and Red Sangria. One of our favorite places to eat.

The Food here tonight was fantastic tonight. From the calimari, to the taramusu it was phonomenal. If you are at Epcot I would deffenatly recommend this place.

This is my favorite restaurant. The pizza is absolutely fantastic, the service is great and we've become friends with the sous chef Joe Darrigo over the years. He is very friendly and often strolls around the dining room introducing himself to patrons and checking to make sure everything is just right. Come here for the pizza & you won't be disappointed. It is different from NY pizza, but made similarly and cooked in a wood fired oven. The salad and desserts are great, but the pizza is really their thing here. We do something that even Joe had never seen before, but it's delicious - ask for butter and butter your pizza crusts. We even ask for extra sauce to dip it in - nothing is wasted.

Best Italian food i've had by far. Great flavors and adequate portions for the price. Several options that fit most diets, and the staff was terrific. The manager helped me pick meals that wouldn't conflict with my allergies and my waitress was wonderful. Our first encounter was with this gorgeous Italian boy named Alex who helped us with our drinks. He showed me to the bathrooms instead of just telling me which i liked. Now if only he came in with me, you know what i mean? Haha, but the atmosphere is super friendly, and the wait wasn't very long at all and we didn't have a reservation. We arrived at about 5:30 and were seated in just a few minutes afterwards. Great experience and great people. Highly recommend.

This is by dare one of our favorite places to eat and every time we re in Epcot, we just have to go! The food is super tasty and the staff are all very professional and kind. Great atmosphere. We just love it!

This restaurant is a good option to sit and eat without taking as long as most restaurants, which can be a positive point to ensure that you will not miss the Illuminations (Epcot's fireworks show).
But still, I wouldn't risk missing the show, so I always prefer to make my dinner reservations at Epcot for, at the latest, 1:30 am or 1:15 am before the show.
It was a SENSATIONAL Experience! #I recommend

I ordered a small Quattro Formaggi pizza that tasted world's better than ANY pizza I'd actually eaten in Italy. Praise to this crew for creating such an ethereal eating experience!!

I was told that this restaurant was the best in epcot but i was soon to find out that I was wrong. First off, my waiter was very rude and not understanding. Also, i ordered chicken parmagian and as i go to take a bite, 2 huge brown spots are in my food. The food texture was poor and taste was terrible. Don t eat here.

I'm so glad that I read the reviews and tried this Italian restaurant located in Epcot. The staff are all Italian. The food was excellent. We devoured our pepperoni pizza. It was quite sizable. Cooked in their wood-fired ovens it did taste authentically Italian. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who is at the park and looking for a decent sit-down place to eat. Of course, the prices are higher, but you're not going to avoid that in the park. Our large pizza cost us $33.
