I went to this store to ask if Verizon had 55+ deals. The guy I spoke to replied yes but they don't advertise it. I was told I had to call a # to ask about this deal. Then I said I have returned my tablet 2 yrs ago but was still billed for it. I was again told to call a # to cancel. You mean none of the workers w all the phones, the tablets they were walking around w couldn't help me?! I was the only customer in the store! Very frustrating! Very bad customer service! Shame on you Verizon! And to think I've been a long time customer . Well, time to move on to another cell company. By the way if you don't rate the star because I wanted to show how poor the service was, my remark will not post. So I clicked 1 star just so it will post.

The sales people are great. Even if you don't know what you want they really listen and guide you well. If they dont have it, they'll get it.

Walked into the store hoping all the bad reviews were unjustified, well they are all true based on my experience!! The greeter was nice enough as was Zach. The manager Charlie Enon is a joke. He sets a bad example so no wonder his employees act as they do. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes to be called I observed a lady walk right up to the counter and start talking to Charlie while us 3 customers who had been waiting watched. When Zach called my name I approached the counter and asked Charlie why they had a greeter if people can come off the street and bypass those in line. He replied "did you see this happen?" I said yes and that corporate would be getting a complaint about his lack of professionalism.
I like that some Verizon stores have the kiosk makes it easy to pay my bill.
This store never published my bad review. Save your sanity & don't go to this store. Very bad dishonest sales people. Management never resolved the issues when reported to them. Really bad service & not professional staff.
They did not have any SIM card available and the online system did not recognize that. That s bad service for me because i had to drive for 20mn and the system sent me to that specific location.
I don t normally do this, but this place disappointed me greatly. I went in and was looking for someone to help me with the shopping process. One man said We ll be with you in a few minutes. and I replied with Not a problem, go for it. As someone who has worked in retail for three years, I understand people get busy. But they weren t busy AT ALL! There was three people in the whole store. I patiently waited until 15 minutes go by. Just standing there waiting. Turns out, the employees had more interest in someone looking at phone cases and trying to decide which one looks better than someone who was going to purchase a phone and start a plan with them. Bottom line: I left unhappily, felt like my time was wasted, and customer service SUCKS!!!! I ll go elsewhere.

Terrible. Beware of false claims and expectations. Switched to Verizon in October. Our in store rep messed up our entire account and we are still working through it and we are in February. I would recommend doing it yourself online. I m not one to complain like this but our experience has been horrible.

Bought a hum and literally went into the parking lot decided I didn't want it after attempting to hook up and finding out the box has to be charged by a charger that when clipped to your visor hangs down across the windshield. Attempted to return literally 5 minutes later. I never left the parking lot and tough guy manager wants to charge $30 restock fee....... For what??? Literally went outside and back into store.... Poor customer service. Worst experience I have ever had with Verizon.
Tech assistants are pretty knowledgeable about troubleshooting issues with your phone.
This is my favorite Verizon store. I will come from Philadelphia to this store because of the personnel. When I want an upgrade or something different I'll come here. Also this staff will advise me of any specials that are running. Thanks to Joyce and David on my last visit last week.

Genuinely felt disrespected here. The sales people hovered in a pandemic, hovered! and did not seem to want to let me and my wife discuss options privately. They tried to get her to change her existing family plan to an unnecessarily expensive plan multiple times, never listening when she told them firmly no. Last night we went to the store in New Castle and had zero problems. I wasn't going to bother writing this review until it was highlighted for me just how smooth the process should have been. And it certainly seems I'm not the only one who has had these sorts of problems here, given the other reviews here I've seen.
I had an absolutely horrible experience with the kirkwood store and came to this location for help. They solved my issue in under ten minutes and were insanely helpful while saving me money. They weren t crowded, didn t push, and were knowledgeable without trying to sell me something I didn t want. Great service overall and the only reason I m currently staying with Verizon.
Horrible staff 5 of them standing around doing nothing and they act like they didn't want to be there. I was there for an hour trying to switch phone numbers
I walked into the store and was looked at but not greeted by anyone. I waited 5 minutes and still nothing. I decided to go look at some phone cases until I was worthy of someone's time. A man comes from the back to begin helping customers, but walks right past me (standing there alone) and up to two guys and asks them what he can do for them today. As they're telling him he walks past me again to show them something. I'm standing in the middle of the store completely unacknowledged. I waited another 5 minutes and nothing. So a total of 10 minutes in the store with zero greeting! I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for years and I was actually going into the store to upgrade my device and do a new two year contract, but what's my incentive now?

I have been a Verizon customer for 12 years - have had sporadically good and challenging experiences. There is a new General Manager at this location and he is THE best Verizon person I have worked with. Listens. Asks questions. Told me what he could do vs why he couldn t do things. Was knowledgeable, respectful, and actually did what he said he would do. His name? One you won t forget... Mike Tyson. Thanks Mike. Your level of service was spectacular!
This store has helped someone commit fraud. My friend's daughter had their identity stolen in which the person used their information and purchased phones at this store not once but twice. When the store was questioned by police, the store refused to help provide information that would help catch the culprits behind this. Such a shame that now a young girls credit is effected and more damage done by the stores' lack of help. Sounds like an inside job.
Went in and wasn t acknowledged, even though I waited at least five minutes in the show room. Someone came after me and was immediately acknowledged and brought to the desk to check in. I heard this and walked to the desk to check in as well, but was ignored while waited and the worker walked away before I could check in. Left and went to a different store. Employees should pay better attention to their customers. Very disappointed.
Staff is inept. Better off dealing with phone or online. This store is an example of why brick and mortar stores have a tough time in the digital age.

He showed me a couple add ons that will help get the most from my phone and once my decision was made, check out and transferring info phone to phone was fairly quick and easy. Horrible employees who are not knowledgable about anything the company offers or how to correctly port over a phone # from another carrier. Waited 4 hours in store to have 3 #'s ported over to Verizon. After 5 months still have yet to receive rebates owed to account because of faults of employee who set up account. They also lost one of the three trade in phones submitted. Terrible experience.

Awful store. I have some lines that they had but aren t being used. I went to get a new phone and watch. When they were getting ready to set me up for new service they wanted a 40 dollar upgrade. A fee for not upgrading anything. Figure that out. I said no thanks and walked out. Don t waste your time. I called corporate and they said they were wrong in what they did.
Verizon near Kohl's on Kirkwood hwy. is horrible. Staff is rude and uninformed. Verizon by Christizna hospital is great. Staff fixed what other location couldn't and were very nice and professional.

The wife & I walked in on black Friday knowing we would get some awesome deals and walked out with 2 new phones, a new iPad, a new Apple watch, a phone cover, 2 screen protectors & a pixel charging station all well below retail price due to the awesome deals and Joshua showed us how to take better advantage of our small business plan. Both were patient working through some hiccups and obviously the store was jammed on black friday. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
I would rate this place very unprofessional. Never recommend any of the users to go here. I have been using T mobile and moved to Verizon for the offer but they have provided damaged phones( both of my phones are having speaker problem) but the gentleman says he wants to see the physical issues then only they will replace my phone.
The service is very good and very helpful. I live closer to another Verizon store, but not impressed with their service. I'll drive further to come here.

My friend's dauhter's identity was stolen from this store and when the police went to investigate and asked to pull the video, the manager on duty refused to provide the police the video. Then it happened a second time. Sounds like an inside job to me. BEWARE of this store!!!!
wow...ordered a new phone online on release date and to pick up at Store! why did I make that mistake even after online order asked me TWICE are you SURE you want to pick at Store? Worst experience ever! Waited 45 minutes to be helped on 1 hour lunch for the "General Manager Charlie" to come tell me some scrap I can't get my phone that day........he gave me the lamest excuse. Third time with this store has very rude and incompetent sales reps. I told him to cancel the order, went to Verizon on Rt.40 and literally took 10 minutes or less to get my NEW S7 edge...you go Verizon Store Peoples plaza. DO NOT VISIT STORE in Churchman' rd. IF you decide to go, expect worst service and liars..

Not a fan of verizon stores. I was told I would be able to get a phone in store at 599 in online chat. They brought out the paper work for the free fanacing and told me it would be 33.33 a month for 24 months. Luckily I'm good with math and know that did not add up. When I question them was when they said oh that deal you mention was not available. I walked out. Ordered direct from Samsung and got same phone at 499. This is why I do not like buying equipment from Verizon.

This really is the worst Verizon store around me. I went in to purchase a phone since mine had broken. The phone I wanted was not in stock. So when I said I would try another store the salesman told me I could get the one he had and than return this one when the one I wanted came in. I check back to see if what I was looking for was in about two weeks later and it s in. Of course since it s after 14 days I could not return the phone. This turned into an argument with the sales person. I let them know that if the phone I wanted was in before the 14 days I would have returned it then since the phone was not in I waited until it was in. (I am on a corporate account so I have 30 days to return) As a result I went to the Verizon store on Kirkwood highway and returned my phone without any problem. I can t say enough about how poor the service is at this Verizon.

I placed an order online to pick up at this location. When I arrived there to check the status of my order, the lady that worked there approached me and I told her my situation. I showed her the order number and the receipt that I had printed out and she proceeded to the back of the store to check on my order. After five minutes she returns and states that they never received my order even though the receipt is right on her face. I then asked her how much it would cost to add an other line to my plan. She acted like I was bothering her; she not only did not able to answer my question that was pretty simple but she was also rude and not knowledgeable of things offered by Verizon. To top things off she looked like she was chewing gum. Very rude and horrible customer service.
My visit to this Verizon location was awesome. The store was a bit busy but within 10 minutes I was interacting with a staff member. He was very knowledgeable on their products and I gained a lot of useful information to consider before making my next phone purchase.

Waited over 30 minute to speak to an employee and when I did he was extremely rude and arrogant and refused to help me with a problem with my account because I didn't have my ID with me, a total waste of time. I then went to the AT&T store and porter my number to them and canceled my Verizon account and I'm glad I did because the cell service and customer service is much better.
