This really is the worst Verizon store around me.

This really is the worst Verizon store around me.
I went in to purchase a phone since mine had broken. The phone I wanted was not in stock. So when I said I would try another store the salesman told me I could get the one he had and than return this one when the one I wanted came in.
I check back to see if what I was looking for was in about two weeks later and it s in. Of course since it s after 14 days I could not return the phone. This turned into an argument with the sales person. I let them know that if the phone I wanted was in before the 14 days I would have returned it then since the phone was not in I waited until it was in. (I am on a corporate account so I have 30 days to return)
As a result I went to the Verizon store on Kirkwood highway and returned my phone without any problem.
I can t say enough about how poor the service is at this Verizon.
