Horrible employees who are not knowledgable about ...

Horrible employees who are not knowledgable about anything the company offers or how to correctly port over a phone # from another carrier. Waited 4 hours in store to have 3 #'s ported over to Verizon. After 5 months still have yet to receive rebates owed to account because of faults of employee who set up account. They also lost one of the three trade in phones submitted. Terrible experience.
