Verizon Telecom Review

My husband hates shopping, he hates dealing with customer service staff even more especially when there is a problem. HOWEVER! John Johnston has really turned that around! When talking with John about how to better use his device he found out that he wasn't running on the latest software and that not only was he in DESPERATE NEED of an newer phone he was able to get one that actually fit his needs rather than the one that the other guy WANTED my husband to get. It showed us that not only are there reasonable people out there but that they are local! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I am looking forward to upgrading with John!

Went into the store twice this week to get assistance with our new phone and had the pleasure of working with Dave Blake. We were greeted both time when we entered the store by Dave. He was patient, friendly and very professional while assisting us and getting our phones porting issue resolved. It was a pleasure working with Dave and we glad we switched to Verizon for our phone carrier and service.

I've had the privilege of dealing with Matt on multiple occasions and each time he has went above and beyond to meet my needs. He has answered every question I've had in a timely manner (even on his day off), has made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and how it would affect my bill, explained in detail the charges that would be applied to my bill and explained the difference in devices to a "T". He is very knowledgeable with Verizon wireless products and has wonderful customer service skills! If anyone is looking to switch to Verizon, upgrade or buy new phones I recommend seeing Matt!

This was the BEST experience I've ever had getting a phone. The store manager Ernest was WONDERFUL!!!! Went in and was greeted immediately. He was very helpful with my issues with my current phone and plan, helped me pick out a new phone to suit my daily needs and his attitude was the best! Normally changing phones just drags on and feels like forever for me. I dread it ! But today time flew. Had lots to do with my phone plan and such and his chipper attitude just made time fly. It was an amazing experience !

My husband and I bought new iPhones. We are not tech savvy and both Ryan and Matt provided excellent service in getting our phones set up the way we wanted them. Unfortunately, I had to bring my phone back a few days later because the microphone was defective. Ryan did an exchange for another phone, same model and again set it up. I had an issue deleting voice mails and had to go back the next day. Matt worked on getting the issue resolved from 10:am until 4 pm that day. He had suggested I call Apple but I told him I didn t want to leave the store unless the phone was working so Matt took the ball and ran with it and resolved the issue with the help of an outstanding Verizon senior tech person. Matt also helped other customers while all of this was going on. This amazing customer service is why I ve been a Verizon customer for the last 20 years, despite fantastic deals offered by other mobile carriers. Please let Ryan and Matt know how much their service is appreciated, not to mention how professional, well spoken, patient and just plain awesome they are.

Honestly the best verizon store with the best workers John, Matt, and Zaida were accommodating, thorough, and engaging. This is the first time I left a phone store getting everything we needed and more for less than we were intending to pay! I was greeted immediately at the door, shown exactly how to use my new phone, tablet and smart watch right in the store at my pace.

Best of all, I got a great deal and was able to protect everything without having to shop around for hours online or take a number and wait in lines for help and pay and wait for it to arrive in the mail! It was also right next to my favorite restaurant in Dover!

I was in Verizon Saturday with my girl friend. We had the pleasure of having Matt Reynolds work with us and help us out with our needs. We added a line to her plan. And two galaxy watches. The service on the Verizon store on route 8 in green tree shopping plaza Ryan Lawson was an L standing person he helped me get my new phone it took him 3 hours of dealing with nothing but headaches and run around from corporate and finally he was able to get me my new phone after my old one went bed he is a person that I would recommend seeing to get a phone and possibly services through Verizon

Having gone from an area with only one provider to a place where I had a choice, John Johnston really helped me with my decision on what services I wanted and the best packages. After a conversation with John about what I was looking for I was soon on my way home with out having to go anywhere else to shop around.

The employee I dealt with was amazing I was looking for a new phone and they didn't have it in store but called to find me the phone in the same day...great customer service.

I cant begin to put into words the level of professionalism that John Johnston and the team at Capital Station embody. I live in the middle of nowhere and signal with any internet provider has been spotty at best, but when John pulled up the service map and showed how good my cell service was and explained that the Jet pack they offered ran on the same network. I was floored and the decision to get it for my main source of internet was a no brainer! He answered all of my questions and posed ones I hadn't thought of and made sure that when it came down to what I needed and what I'd be paying there was no gray area. I recommend his service 120%. If you are looking for honesty, knowledge and complete personalization of your plan with your needs go and see John!

I'm about to get a little personal but I need you to understand why I love this store so much. I have two small children and after recently separating with their father I needed a new phone and an affordable plan. I came in after a very long day and was greeted at the door by a man named Matt. He helped me with everything that I needed and more. He listened to my sap story about what going on with me and took his time explaining to me not only what I could afford but what would best suit me and my life on a daily basis. I am now recommending everyone I know who needs a new phone to not only switch to version but to go and see matt! The free year of disney + doesn't hurt either!!! Go see Matt at captial station you won't regret it !!!

Wow what can I say about the sales expert Matthew he went above and beyond even when store hours were supposed to be closed he had us there working through our issue n came in the next day before working hours to handle our situation was on the phone for 1 hr and 43 mins waiting and he finished our issue the next day, Matthew your a true expert and your boss really needs to or Verizon need more sales associates like you... HE NEEDS A RAISE OR HIS OWN STORE... or let him train the employees...

Don t ever go here to upgrade or change your plan! Always go to the actual real Verizon wireless store. These guys will tell you whatever you want to hear to get a sale. The sale rep Matthew told me and my husband I was getting a $550 trade in my for old phone when I upgraded, well that didn t happen and when I called back to ask why, he denied he even said that! My bill is all kinds of screwed up now, I will never go back here again! NEVER USE A AUTHORIZED RETAILER, GO STRAIGHT TO THE ACTUAL STORE!

Zaida helped me find exactly what I needed and kept me laughing the whole time, today was a very bad day for me and I broke my phone but with Zaida help, I was to get a new phone with new knowledge I didn t know about. She is the best! I recommend going to her!

Ryan is always super helpful when it comes to Verizon! We used to visit him at the Milford location and when we learned he came to this one we came here as well! Major asset to the company!

I cannot say enough about how awesome my experience was at the new Verizon store on RT8. I wanted to upgrade the whole family with new phones. They made the whole experience totally stress free, They answered all my questions and I had a few of them, And not only were they experienced but also you can tell that they love what they do. And then when my new devices arrived in store Ryan was beyond helpful setting all three of them up for me. Even putting the screen protectors on because that would be something I would mess up. So if you are looking for the best customer experience from a store that makes you feel it s all about you then without a doubt pay these guys a visit.

We recently purchased an iPhone XS and an iPhone XS Max from this store. Devin Brewinton was our sales rep. and he was great! Very attentive and knowledgeable! He answered all of our questions clearly and was very patient as we asked a lot of them. We were ATT customers for approximately 15yrs and finally got fed up with their service/customer service. We were a little apprehensive about switching to Verizon but Devin definitely made our experience a positive one and we bought with confidence. He went above and beyond. Awesome customer service!

Christmas time is that time of year when EVERYONE is out to make a buck, not Mr Johnston. His knowledge and understanding of my budget really put me at ease when it came to adding lines to my account. Its hard as a single parent to keep yourself up to date on the latest and greatest and to keep your kids safe when it comes to their first phone. It was really easy talking to him and I know when I come to him for help I know Im in good hands!

Great location. Close to home for me now. Love the store. Small but has all the essential needs for the customer. Jay helped me and he is awesome. He is friendly, easy to understand and I never felt overwhelmed. He is a knowledgeable salesman.
