I was in Verizon Saturday with my girl friend. We had the pleasure of having Matt Reynolds work with us and help us out with our needs. We added a line to her plan. And two galaxy watches. Not only was I pleased with the customer service that Matt provided for us. But I was blown away with the product knowledge Matt had and was able to deliver to us. Not only about the devices but the plans and how everything would affect our bill. Definitely a pleasurable experience. Thanks Matt!!
