Wow what can I say about the sales expert Matthew he went above and beyond even when store hours were supposed to be closed he had us there working through our issue n came in the next day before working hours to handle our situation was on the phone for 1 hr and 43 mins waiting and he finished our issue the next day, Matthew your a true expert and your boss really needs to or Verizon need more sales associates like you... HE NEEDS A RAISE OR HIS OWN STORE... or let him train the employees...
