I cannot say enough about how awesome my experience was at the new Verizon store on RT8. I wanted to upgrade the whole family with new phones. They made the whole experience totally stress free, They answered all my questions and I had a few of them, And not only were they experienced but also you can tell that they love what they do. And then when my new devices arrived in store Ryan was beyond helpful setting all three of them up for me. Even putting the screen protectors on because that would be something I would mess up. So if you are looking for the best customer experience from a store that makes you feel it s all about you then without a doubt pay these guys a visit.
