I've had the privilege of dealing with Matt on multiple occasions and each time he has went above and beyond to meet my needs. He has answered every question I've had in a timely manner (even on his day off), has made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and how it would affect my bill, explained in detail the charges that would be applied to my bill and explained the difference in devices to a "T". He is very knowledgeable with Verizon wireless products and has wonderful customer service skills! If anyone is looking to switch to Verizon, upgrade or buy new phones I recommend seeing Matt!
