My husband and I bought new iPhones. We are not tech savvy and both Ryan and Matt provided excellent service in getting our phones set up the way we wanted them. Unfortunately, I had to bring my phone back a few days later because the microphone was defective. Ryan did an exchange for another phone, same model and again set it up. I had an issue deleting voice mails and had to go back the next day. Matt worked on getting the issue resolved from 10:am until 4 pm that day. He had suggested I call Apple but I told him I didn t want to leave the store unless the phone was working so Matt took the ball and ran with it and resolved the issue with the help of an outstanding Verizon senior tech person. Matt also helped other customers while all of this was going on. This amazing customer service is why I ve been a Verizon customer for the last 20 years, despite fantastic deals offered by other mobile carriers. Please let Ryan and Matt know how much their service is appreciated, not to mention how professional, well spoken, patient and just plain awesome they are.
