Started calling them at 9:45am my time (11:45 their time)
19 attempts; they either hang up on first ring or just don't pick up at all
Their software doesn't let me turn off auto-rotation. if people have to call in to make this tiny andjustment, they better be answering the damn phones
The work is fun and challenging. There is a gym and nice lounge. The service is great.
Ordered Star V scanners a week ago, asked twice before placing the order if there's a delay on shipping, was told same day shipping if order placed before 14:00. Still not shipped and have no idea when it will be. Sales people are so nice before you place an order, after nobody has followed up and they just saying that we were unaware of the delay. Was expecting a little bit better customer service. Will update when finally receive them.
Support been down for a week and no alternative email or anyway to contact them had to loose a week's sales site to this
Don't apply for a position here if you have a disability. My husband has diabetes and when his sugar crashes, he needs to get a snack or something, even if it's not his break time. He was let go for "not working and being away from his desk too much". Basically breaking the "Americans with Disabilities Act" law.
