Stale burritos. Not much selection in Vail. Stopped by ordered the chicken burrito and a brisket one as well. Should of knew something was up because there was nothing cooking. Everything tasted old and wasn't even warm. Seriously considering contacting my cc issues. This was a waste if time and money. The ladies barely spoke English and couldn't recommend anything. Should of went to the McDonald's next door
Saddest burrito I've had in a long time. Bad wrap, bland ingredients, and unwelcoming staff. I've had a lot of Qdoba and this is by far the worst location.
This location is a joke. I ll never go back. They blew an order forgetting a burrito and blamed it on us, refusing to make it right. Plus the quality of their food is just not good in general.
A good little place to get a bite to eat with a friendly staff. Limited seating so be aware.
Good food but they need a good salsa bz their salsa needs a lot of work not goood

I have never had anything but the queso chicken burrito because it is so good.
Is it just me or does EVERY mountain restaurant leave their back doors wide open??? Guess theres no health department to keep them in check up here! Well enjoy mouse terds topped on your burrito or taco! Yuck!!!
Food was amazing. For a tasty surprise try the impossible meat. It's vegan but tastes so much like ground beef I had to inspect to make sure I hadn't actually gotten ground beef(I could tell by texture it wasn't beef). Queso amazing as always
Qdoba's great but the staff at this location are definitely not even on their B-game
These guys are average. they need a lesson from chipotle about service and food tastings.
Always good. The same girls are there all the and they do a great job.
Worst Qdoba. Burrito had 2 pieces of chicken in it, looked like it was wraped by a baby, it fell apart just unwrapping the foil.
Really good food and great attention from the staff.
Best qudoba I have ever been to, and I eat a lot of qudoba. The manager who was working
3-28-19 was so professional and I could see that he cares about his employees and his customers!
I love this place, but it may just be my preference!
Staff has great energy and everything is well prepared!
customer service is the worst when it come to fixing a mistake. I order food for me an my staff. Drove to the Vail location from Avon to pick up my order. When I got to my location i noticed my order is incorrect. Call the store, 1st time no one answered the phone. Called back the 2nd time, a young girl answered the phone. I told her that i had placed an order and it was incorrect. She asked her manager to take my call but instead of taking my call i was told to call back in 10 minutes. So i waited 15 minutes to call back and when i did the manager told me to drive back so i can pick up my refund in cash. Why would i drive back to pick up my refund in cash when i paid with my card online. It so simple to just issue a refund on to my card. I was simple to charge my card but now its so hard for the employee to issue a refund. What kind of service is this. So finally i made it clear to the manager i need my refund done the way i paid for it, not cash. He told me that the refund could take up to 3 weeks to happen since they needed to contact the corporate office. I told him to do what he needed to do but i needed my refund on my card. Called needed with manager getting my number and he advise me his manager would call me back in the morning. not even 10 minutes late he called me that my refund was done. So during the hole conversation i got BS information from the manager, which sucks. People need better training when it comes to customer service.
This Qdoba gives you a generous amount of items in the burritos. Another Qdoba over in the Dillon area makes burritos half the size of these. I gave them a bad rating but this Qdoba is awesome! Friendly staff and they don't cheat you on ingredients.
Never been to Qdoba before and the food was great, but I came in 15 minutes before closing and half the food was already put away, the lady behind the counter acted like I was imposing on her for wanting to buy her food, and stared at me impatiently for the 15 seconds it took me to evaluate their topping options. And the portion she gave me was kind of small. Come on, now.
Walked into Qdoba with my family and was quickly greeted by a lady named Ann (I asked for her name after my meal). Ann and the rest of the staff were surprisingly friendly to my wife and children. Most of the time I go to a similar create-your-own meal (whatever the cuisine type) restaurant and the meal prepper appears apathetic and dislikes their job. These employees, at Vail's Qdoba, care about their job and their customer's satisfaction there.
I know not everyone will have this experience and I'm not sure if they operate like this all the time but the employees on December 30th were amazing. Other restaurants in the area should take note of their level of customer care.
The other friendly employees that were there were Ooman, Andres & Ricky.
Absolutely Hands Down Delicious Fast & Healthy option for Vegetarians on the Go
So polite! Thank you so much for being considerate of food allergies. So nice to see a manager take it seriously. Thank you
First time eating at a qdoba. They don't charge extra for the guac and sour cream! Got a mini brisket bowl. You get more bang for your buck if you get a bowl over a burrito. Also get the queso! They have spicy and non spicy and it is amazing!
The food wasn't the best, I've had way better qdoba. Didnt seem very fresh and the burrito was half size that normal. Dislike
I'm sure you recognize that it's a chain so the friendly staff is the only thing that you are going to have to be impressed about on your visit
We used the Vail Qdoba to cater a team dinner for 35 hungry teenage boys and their families this weekend. The delivery was prompt, efficient and friendly. Osman took care of everything! There was more than enough fresh food for the hungry crowd. The owner personally reached out to check on our experience. We would certainly use them again!
The usual Qdoba food but this location's owners are cheap and don't turn on the A/C. The air temperature inside is hotter than the food being served. I feel bad for the employees who are dripping sweat into the food they are serving.
Did not eat here ate at adjoining subway but staff was friendly and helpful.
Very good service very clean and good flavor I give them 6 stars no 5
Terrible service. The kid at the front barely spoke English. Put peppers in and tortilla chips in my bowl when I asked for cheese and Pico. And half of it was rice! Got 2 tiny scoops of queso and only because I asked for a 2nd. And the saddest excuse for a spoonful of guac. Those 3 bites where it had all of the ingredients I wanted were nice though.
I had a good experience here meet some people and food was good .
I love this place need to put one in gypsum CO though
Had to wait for them to decide to take my order and they carried on about how I asked them to wait after having to wish for them.
Very good food especially for the high cost area of Vail. Quick and always fresh!
Good food. Not entirely friendly but we haase descent service
The service was the best I've had throughout my long vacation. We stopped at 9 pm on our way through Vail for quick and cheap food and even though I could tell the employees were exhausted, they were friendly and patient and apologized profusely for being out of a few things because their supplies delivery wouldn't come until the morning. They gave us free drinks and queso for the trouble even though I didn't complain at all. The food was delicious and made with care. We ordered a couple of each of the tacos on the menu. All of them were delicious.
Always enjoy how friendly the staff is whenever I go in to eat.
Not the greatest QDoba experience ever. It shares a space with a Subway, and is a little bit dirty. Has nice outdoor seating. Prices aren't as inflated as most places in Vail. Family of 4 got out the door for $45.
Horrible burrito wrap. I live in west Vail so I visit this Qdoba frequently (due to a lack of options) and i'm blown away by the poor quality of their burritos. if you have ever made a burrito at home you know that you need to add the ingredients along the length of the burrito and roll it so that all ingredients are present in every bite. These guys have no concept of this.
Its unbelievable that something so basic could be screwed up. Either they don't care or they have no quality control.
Hopefully upper management gets involved in training.
No restroom to wash your hands but food is always good.
Time and time again I visit here hoping the service and staff will provide to their customers. Didn't even recognize munlitple people were at the counter ready to order. Plus the man serving the food couldn't even wrap the burritos I ordered or comprehend what I ordered. Food is always great but the staff is making you fail! I hope you understand that just because I don't speak Spanish, doesn't mean I don't deserve less than Vail quality service! Good luck.
Now charging extra for Guacamole, thought that was their whole thing "we charge extra for extras"
Attached to Subway. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Staff was descent and lines were no to long. Hate that the bathroom is in another building
No social distanceing when being seated.people not wearing mask properly
Probably the worst qdoba I have ever been to. Unsanitary. The lady was cutting onions right next to the register. Also, they give half of what you usually get in a normal qdoba
The best part about this place is there is food here.
Great food! Although busy (who could blame them), the service was excellent.
No restroom for customers. Was told to go to 7/11 to use the bathroom by the worker/owner
It s honestly just not good. Food has no flavor and is never warm it s always like Luke warm and probably been sitting out all day. Been livIng in vail 4 years and this is the worst restaurant out here. Owners know food is limited so people will come anyways. Avoid
Don't stop if any in your group need to use the reastroom. One for many businesses . Need to walk and have a key. Staff not that friendlyfriendly.
Like Chipotle only better. Get the triple threat tacos. You won't be disappointed.
They are a very busy place but they get everyone takin care of pretty fast and always with a smile.
They are the best and hardworking. They took care of us when those yellow bellies closed early. I ll choose qdoba every time
Tried to call in a order a 8:45 was referred to order online. Online told me I couldn't order it was to late. Called back no one answered.
So I understand your about to close. I also work as a cook in the restaurant industry. Never have I worked anywhere that turned away money during operating hours. Maybe next time you guys don't want to make a order so close to close be more professional about it. For example. I'm sorry sir were no longer taking pick up orders at this time if you can make it in before close we love to make whatever you'd like. Etc. Or change your closing hours to 8:45. But what do I know I'm just the aggravated customer trying to order while you guys close.
In response to the owner's reply:
Great way to reconcile the problem. Refer me to corporate cause you just own the place what can you really do to fix the problem right.
Corporate has all the power.
Good Place for Quick eats.
I didn't like the service, no greetings.
