Great company to do business with. The hotel industry is a difficult industry with very stern protocol. I think PHG does a great job of running a tight ship and also valuing guest experience and the overall well-being of employees.

One of the worst companies to work for. Managers do not do their job and don't care about the staff or the hotel. Things are broken and never fixed because it cost money. Also corporate doesn't care either, my manager was reported to corporate 5 or more times and she still their doing nothing.

Worst company to work for.Ever since they bought the hotel property in Seattle they changed everything. All they are concerned about is their tripadvisor rating.From Upper management to managers and supervisors absolutely clueless.I left this company because they took away my benefits without any explanation. Cut my days to one because of their budget constraints. O yeah they gave me a raise but they cut my days no sense. Worked for a manager who is a narssatic controls everything wants to you do one thing and another. Supervisor who is lazy and talks behind you're back. Please avoid this company at all cost.

Shady. Shadiest bunch of people I've ever worked with. Ex cons. Liars. Anger mngmnt issues. This company is an HR nightmare Extremely unprofessional.

The hotel is lovely, but their policy of holding cost of the entire stay on check-in rather than charging when you check out is horrible. Please do not give them any more business if you can avoid it.

Pyramid Hotel group has been amazing to work with over the last six months. Their sales individuals are always professional. During the pandemic we had to terminate our event and the management of the Sheraton Charlotte worked with us to move the event and did not try assessing any fees to do so. I look forward to learning more about their portfolio of properties and to bring more business to this company.
