Ordered Star V scanners a week ago, asked twice before placing the order if there's a delay on shipping, was told same day shipping if order placed before 14:00. Still not shipped and have no idea when it will be. Sales people are so nice before you place an order, after nobody has followed up and they just saying that we were unaware of the delay. Was expecting a little bit better customer service. Will update when finally receive them.
