One of the Eugene area's largest indoor shopping malls.

The Regal Cinemas are a great family place. The food court has a very wide variety of different foods,and the stores are very plentiful. Plus walking around inside the mall is very relaxing. There is a lot of space. Never crowded.

Good time and wonderful display by the modle rail society

Variety of stores is nice but the rest is just sort of weird with random tables and dirty carpets and things

This place was very welcoming, and had lots of shops that we loved! The candy shop there is very nice, thw food court has a good selection of places and the employees at the shops Are so nice! The only reason i chose to put 4 stars, is that I personally do not like crowds, but if you are okayw ith that, 5 stars all the way!

Considering the size of the town, this is a pretty large Mall. It is stuffy overly clean and as rigid as most malls. This Cinema is a little overpriced but the viewing quality is excellent. Sometimes a Tarot reader will approach people in the seating areas to tell your fortune. I highly recommend those tarot readings. Amazing accuracy!

A large number of stores with great variety of clothing stores as well as restaurants. Not to mention the movie theater.

Good mall , loved Macy's. Especially Macy's new clearance room .

The mall has gone downhill in recent years and they are trying to bring it back. We'll see if it works...

It's a mall - stores seem to be targeted to young adults and teens mostly with anchor stores catering to the family, sporting goods, or movies like any other mall. However bathrooms are decent, and parking is freely available most of the time (except Christmas rush). Food options are limited in the mall, but there are plenty of near by options for anyone for any craving (except fast food).

The smoothie place was delicious and you have to go to the build a bear it's so much fun and you take home a friend.

The ladies at Len Crafters know their business! Was disappointed that there is no hair salon . . .

I loved the place but not cause of the food only but the amazing hospitality they showed us.

Lots of variety here. As long as you go at a good time it's not too crowded.

Very clean mall full of bustling stores and full food court no empty sections sitting barren for months collecting dust its always very busy can almost always find what im looking for...

Small mall but easy to get around. I love the food court and love Cinnabon. Sad to be loosing Sports Authority, but in all its a good mall and will get some more stores soon.

This place was a little bit of a maze but I had very nice people to help.

The mall is nice and the shops are great. The bathroom was dirty but it was very busy there.

Great place to bring my kids. Food and fun for small kids. It's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Lots of stores to spend your hard earned money ey at.

Not bad as far as smaller malls go, variety of stores. Parking is ok, I would have like to see more mapping.

I recommend Saku Japan in the food court. Saku Japan 's Teriyaki chicken is very nice and price is good. Always long waiting line. Sauce and chicken is very jammy!

Nice to be able to go someplace in Eugene and not be accosted by homeless people

This mall is good for the customer, bus as a former employee, they treat you terribly. They re always looking to make money off of the employees. I knew a few people who would get a $500 fine for opening up 5-10 minutes late. They are a terrible company. I highly recommend not supporting them.

Don't mind me, I hate "the mall" experience. Too many smells and plastic.

They're fun play area for kids upstairs my kid loves it

A great variety of shops and food in the food court. They have some neat booths in the aisle that always have something to look at. It can be easy to get yourself turned around if you're just wandering.

Crazy stuff happens in this store. I live in south eugene and drive past a Safeway store (edgewood) on my way to Safeway in Springfield. (Pioneer Parkway). Edgewood is 3/4 mile away. Pioneer is 15 miles away. But if I am going to find what I need I have to drive a ways to Springfeild. When I check out the service is good. Lines are usually short. It's worth the drive.

i love this mall has a lot of shity planes but some good shops

Feels dated. Most of the interesting places have gone. There a still a few gems, lost between the swarth of cell phone retailers, case sellers, screen protector sellers, and even used cell phone retailers.
It's becoming the cellphone mall.

New entry renovation is fun! Great mall in Eugene and right by the river. Always plenty of parking.

It's cool, it's a mall. Stopped there four years ago and it looks like they turned some of restricted area/construction gates into permanent fixtures. It still has a few choices of entertainment in and around it. Just bring an economy car. Oregon seems to offer small parking spaces everywhere.

Stores close all the time, but it is still nice to walk around and eat ice cream here.

If I could give this a zero rating I would unfortunately they don t allow for that! I have been along time shopper of this mall! I came into the mall today to try and do some shopping with my wife for her family for a Birthday present! As we walked into the mall I noticed that there wasn t any electric carts no biggie they probably have them all in one location to sanitize and clean between use! I find a spot to sit and text the mall concierge asking where I might find an electric cart to which they replied that electric carts aren t available during covid-19! This is 100% discrimination against handicapped individuals! I make this known to the concierge and she says sorry have a nice day! On my way out of the mall I see strollers stacked up in there little rent me line and I wonder, you can have the stroller accessible for children and I can guarantee that those aren t getting sanitized between use but you can no longer have electric carts for handicap individual s. All you would have to do is have them all located in one area and have someone I don t know maybe the concierge sanitize them between uses! Good work Valley River Center Management another feather in your cap of things that we did wrong!

It's a cool place to go shopping with or without kids

It's a cute shopping mall as well as having about every thing your looking for. Personally I do like going their just on occasions.

Definitely a one stop shop! Plenty of good stores and good places to eat. The atmosphere is great. Can tend to be busy but its a mall so that is to be expected.

Great mall. Good food court and great stores. The movie theatre has a froyo place outside too.

It's great! It's the only real mall around nowadays.

Most of what you need here, no safety issues here either, no bad neighborhoods near by.
