Always a fun stop in Eugene! Living in Grants Pass (the failing Rogue Valley Mall in Medford, OR) and having just recently been to Portland, OR (The almost abandon Lloyd Center)... Eugene's Valley River Center may be the last fully functional mall left in Oregon! (That may not be accurate... but, it is how it feels/sounds.)
Lots of shopping stores i. many selections of desires. Helpful couryeous staff. Eyebrown threadind. Many diffetent sytles and trends. Some great placed to eat through out mall
I'm not a Mall person..I only go here once in awhile for Bath And Body Works and J. C. Penney...it is a very nice , clean mall.
Poor customer service. When I contacted them about their contracted Easter Bunny not being at the location during my paid for scheduled time (that I did in advance so my SPD kiddo could handle it) they told me the Bunny was on break and to wait around. No further assistance other than to give me the picture peoples closed customer service number. We won't be shopping here any more.
Convenient to traffic from RP Beltline or downtown via Delta Hwy.
It's become a run down mall and is slowly losing larger chains one by one. A new owner or management company would be a good idea before it gets any worse.
Sure is getting old and empty since I was last here.
This is my place to spoil my wife. They have everything she needs to shop for, great selection, food court is great!
Nice mall but starting to lack in stores, could use a update.
The mall is clean and has a lot of great attractions. The children's museum up stairs is well liked by my daughter, and the upcoming bowling alley looks promising.
Nicely layout mall. Easy to navigate and good selection of shops. There is a food court with a nice selection of different foods. Mall was also very clean. Though I only wanted from store to store. I really liked what I saw and energies I felt. I definitely will revisit and explore more.
I like a lot of the shops in here and I like getting cinnabons from this mall
It's been around a while. Has a beautiful river front they should use.
Love this mall!! It's perfect size for us and not super busy (other than holidays and the entire month of December). I wish the Build a Bear had its own store front within the mall through. My one complaint would be that it's always soooooo hot in there and no air circulation. I do the fitness circut once in a while. I would do it more often if it were cooler. They do a good job at keeping the mall clean and I feel safe shopping here. Coming from California, that's important to us!
The mall changes a lot but it has the classic mall feel. It is the only real mall in the area.
Sunday's @ 9 a.m and 10:30 @ The Regal cinema, Joy Church is a welcoming place to come to worship and to hear Gods word. Pastor Jake can relate to all ages and makes you wanting more. Hope to see you there. GOD BLESS!
Great place to take the kids and walk around. Children's museum on the 2nd level. Fun for everyone!

Pretty typical mall, plenty of retail and food choices. Very clean and lots of parking. They have a cinema as well.
I love going thru VRC it's always been a nice place to visit and there are some great stores to go to there
there's something about this mall that's really cozy. to add to that, it has name brand stores like Hollister, America Eagle, Zumies, Hot Topic, Gamestop and so much more. food is amazing, Starbucks, cinnabon, panda express, etc. Great mall
A lot of choices to eat and shop my favorite mall in the area
Went to Bath and Body Works. They were out of the Christmas products I wanted. Felt like a wasted trip. Macy's was even out of Christmas items like pajamas and slippers.
It's always a fun place to get away and watch a movie and do some shopping so I have no complaints every time I want to find something I could find it in there
If we need a gift or some clothes or need any shopping done, we usually end up here.

Best dry camping spot for rv'ers in a mall parking lot in the middle of a large city. Security meets you driving in, explains the rules and does registration. I believe it is 2 days allowed per month and 2 additional days within a 6 month period. Parked on the edge of the mall lot you can see the Willamette river below. A well used and maintained river bike path and park runs for miles along the river. Friendly bikers and walkers. Much used by Eugene residents. Thank you Valley River Center and the City of Eugene.

Love this mall. Clean great parking across and the only thing I couldn't find was a rider cart or wheelchair as I'm newly disabled
Huge, tons of parking, and a variety like none other.
We arrived about 7pm. There was hardly anyone in the mall. Made for a fun shopping trip.
