Nice mall. Customer service at a PLACE there certainly sucks and makes me not want to go back to a certain CHILDREN'S clothing store anytime soon.

Mall opens at 10 and is practically a ghost town during the week.

I love this mall, lots of variety and a movie theater!

Great mall, one really nice thing about "Gateway" is the big glass windows in the front that just pour in great sunlight feels cheerier. thats what valley river could really use.

The only theater in Eugene/Springfield that's worth going to.

Love this mall ... Reminds me of malls back in California.... It's not too big but has the main stores I like to go 2

I really liked this mall, it had great restaurants, shops and was very clean

The theatre was nice, traditional, clean. We enjoyed the ice cream selection. I wish places would not use the term IMAX for slightly curved screens. IMAX screens should feel like you're sitting inside a huge orb, right?

Been going to this Mall since I was a kid... it s expanded several times and has great shops!

Seriously, the worst public bathrooms I have ever seen

I miss the old valley River center it'll never be the same

A good selection of stores to go to, and a very nice interior. The movie theater is pretty standard, but I have enjoyed seeing a few things there. I would definitely recommend spending an afternoon here.

To Meltdown466 - Easter is one of three holidays where stores are not open(unless a specific store so chooses). The other two being Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Excellent mall. Lots of options for shopping. Macy's and JcPennys anchor the mall. Even a small play area near the food court. Also, a movie theater.

Sarku Japan is always good! Clean and social distancing was seen all over the mall!

Great place for holiday shopping! As with any large retail establishment parking is a pain .

This is a decent mall. There's a decent amount of stores to choose from. Nothing exceptional about this place, but still nice.

Along with the fact that it's next to the beautiful Willamette River the mall has very good access and great shops and restaurants to visit.Don't forget to try out the Christian Store

Nice variety of clothing, food, and entertainment outlets. The mall is busy, clean, and smells like good food.

Lots of selection. I had a toxic cheeseburger and fries. Pretty tasty!!!

They have every store a person could want plus a movie theater!

Needed Duck logo accessories for the car. They did not have what I wanted but, referred me to a place that did.

Not enough plus size clothing and not much baby clothes

Was not that WOWed by deals or selections at the prices. Mall looks nice and clean, though. Nice for walking exercise. I guess I am just not a regular shopper there though, so might be better to take advice from regulars

There are not many good stores at VRC. I prefer the stores at Oakway.

Thanks to Amazon shopping malls in this country or dead and this one is no exception it's kind of a depressing place to go to sometimes about the only time there's any excitement there is during the Christmas shopping season

Are not enforcing mask policy for patrons. Security pass right by selfish women not wearing masks. Visit at your own risk.

We parked and I wasn't out of my front door before a security guy told us no overnight parking *for us*. (It was also 2pm) They allow new rv's but not schoolies or conversions. .... discrimination sucks.

The mall itself is nice. There are no outlets at the food court for laptops or anything though, if that kind of thing interests you.

I miss the old days at VR, with the delicious restaurant, the wishing pool and Hickory Farms open year round.

Had lots of fun with my friends and even saw people i knew there- add well add the staffbeing extremely nice

Clean and well laid out. No objections except it can be hard to navigate around if you have a bad sense of direction. Otherwise it's a great mall!

So much Oregon duck pride in this place. Nice mall, not too crowded, somewhat of an ok selection of stores. Went for a cell phone but had zero luck. The people at the cell phone store were not too helpful
