not bad for a small shopping mall. fairly clean and organized. the food court leaves a bit to be desired however

School clothes shopping. American Eagle carries skinny tall young men's jeans!

Traditional indoor mall with a food court. We had fun walking the property. Browsed the ducks store, and headed out. Glad that there are still a few indoor malls left in Oregon.

Great mall. Go here with my daughter a lot. Get our nails done at La Bella, affordable and they do a good job!

Not any clerks on a Monday for 2nd floor. Way too many clothes not hung up with big piles laying around in dressing room. Wednesday?

Valley River Center has an ample supply of shops. The indoor shopping experience is nice, especially with the rain in Eugene. The food court used to be clean and well-maintained, but as time goes on it seems to be on the ransacked side. There are people who clean, but the cleaning staff can't keep up with the busy dining room. The selection of foods are good, with the different shops in the food court area. The theater is clean, with a friendly staff. A good selection of good, new films are available. Easy bus access and many other stores close by.

Very nice clean mall , good amount of stores and a new gaming area just opened up . It has bowling, karaoke, arcade games and other things to do definitely recommended

I LOVE the VRC and had the Best time at the Duck Store yes indeed before leaving home to the Bay Area:) :) :). The Best experience for your family and shopping too :) :) :)!

Luv the new VRC, it has a new look now. I like seeing the security cars drive around, I feel safe & could get help if I need it.

I was actually at Round One. If you haven't tried the VR I suggest you get over there and give it a try. I'm addicted!

Great mall but I always get lost in it , confusing layout.

Ate at panda express and i mist say very quick and polite service from the ladies there!

Lots of good stores and a movie theater!! I could spend all day there.

Most of the stores are overpriced. But the food court has a decent selection of restraunts to order from.

Valley River is awesome! It has all of the stores you'd need for any casual occasion! Whether you need swimwear, sleepwear, shoes, sleeping bags, clothes, food or anything else, they have it! THIS MALL IS SO FUN!

Lots of entertainment and shopping options. We love H&M! The arcade and candy shop are also amazing. Cleaning could be a lot better in the main mall.

I like the variety of stores. There is a new sports memorabilia store that I love.

The mall is okay you can tell mall shopping is dying out... why risk paying higher prices and possibly being a mass shooting victim to walk around and pay full or fake discount prices

This mall is a bit dated and small. However I have high hopes as a remodel is underway. Overall, it is a fun place to visit every once and a while and the variety of stores and movie theater makes this ideal hang out spot for teenagers.

Went to the movies. Had a great time the mall is great Valley River has lots of shops to choose from and stores for everything you may need. Nice variety of stores from Macy's to Forever 21, children's, books, several shoe stores and more. Visit the food court and the small indoor toddler playground.

Valley River Mall is great place to shop and always clean.

Always so much fun. Great movies at the theaters and great food at the food court. Really something for everyone. It is a mall though LOL so expect things to be a tad bit pricey

I love this area! So many fun stores and a bunch of tasty restaurants! I would call it one of the many gems . The place is always decorated seasonly. A must go if you haven't been.

They got H&M, Vans, Hollister, etc. That's all I wanted from a mall.

Clean and comfortable but hard to rate higher when you have an updated theater so close.

Great place, lots to see and do. Love the Regal cinema there.

With covid I was surprised they were open, there are a lot of people in there & my fiance is high risk so we're cautious. I wish we could have walked directly into JCPenny salon rather than having to go through the mall.

Valley River is really fun if you want to be around a ton of people it was busy but fun

The only indoor mall left in the area. Valley River Center is a pretty good sized mall for Eugene. It has a lot of shops in it still as well as a nice movie theater.

Everything you need in one spot their competitive in every regard.

It's a mall, if you need mall-like things, it's pretty good at being a mall.

I had a good time and got my new glasses there ready in a day at Lens Crafters.

A little mall with plenty to offer. With a small town atmosphere.

They do not have any changing stations in the men's or family restroom. Which I am certain is against some sort of City Code. Everything is a little overpriced, but its a mall so that is forgivable.

It used to have a good food court, but now it's continuously changing. So even if you found a great place to eat & you actually liked, most likely it will be gone within the year...except Chili's!

Love going there. It's like going home.
My dad had opened M&F, back in 1969. So I was there a lot. In fact, my first job was there at Worlds Fair, serving up Darby dogs, in the mid 70's.
Wish they would bring back the fountains!

Variety of different stores, although I miss Sports Authority. Clean environment and great selection of food in the food court.

Long past its heyday, this mall is still chugging along. A number of anchor stores are closed but this mall still offers food, drinks, theaters and stores. Which makes it rhe only viable mall in this city

I don't know why anyone would go to Eugene to shop.

Lots of shops food movies and large stores. Ex. Penneys, Kohls and Macy's...

I am very upset with this mall. Most of the stores are not ADA compliant. You are unable to get a riding cart in a majority of the stores.

Good mall for Eugene, which by itself isn't saying much. Good food court and decent shopping selections.
