Got in and got out, without any issues. That's always a victory.

A good enclosed mall with a good variety of stores.

I went there to Vision works to have my lenses put back in to my glasses & realigned to get the most of the bifocal lenses. They were very busy!

A lively mall with nearly every storefront filled. I was a little underwhelmed with the food court. I found a great variety both in the amount of stores and the kiosks.

Went to Macy played a bill had some1 ding my car while parking smh they denied it had to call the police epd ahowed up in 5ins fyi

Our Food was Delicious and the Service was Top Notch and Truly Exceptional. The Misses and I would give the whole experience more then 5 's if it was possible.

Good stores, clean/safe environment and open 7 days a week. Now only if they could bring back chili's or open an Alberto's Mexican Food in the dining court.

Was at the Orange Julius Place today at the mall ~~~ They took left over drink and just
blended it some and gave it to me !!!! :( I refused it and asked for a fresh one and they would not make it ~~ There policy is to use leftovers : ( You don't know how long it was setting on the back counter it wasn't even cold. I got my money back and will never go there again. That is a good way of getting sick and for $4.25 it should be made fresh.

The kiosk I go to never has more than one pkg of the CBD treats I give my 19 yr old dog and I want to buy more than one at a time. I live a long way away and I don't like driving back that often.

Staff was awesome today, Wetzel dog yummy! The manager super sucks though, he takes all the tips and pockets them and gives none to the staff. Just in case you're wondering no he was not working it till and no he was not working the food area.

Only mall in Eugene/Springfield with a food court and centralized eating options. Still has a wide range of shopping options, and more coming soon with new remodels under way. Movie theater on-site has latest movies for your viewing pleasure as well.

My daughter got some clothes from Hollister and I got some things from the Christian store!!!

Round 1 was a whole lot of fun. Signing up for their membership is very worthwhile. $6/year, and gives you bonus points to spend. Easily saving you money on your first visit.

The Regal movies in the Valley River mall are great specially the Imax theater.

Valley River has pretty much everything you'd want, when it comes down to clothing sportswear, shoes, makeup, cologne, food and vitamins

Convenient location off the highway and near the river trails in case you want to walk, bike or ride there. There is also a walking bridge across the river near by. It's anchors include a Regal movie theater, Macy's and others.

Great mall. Good mall to just walk around and shop. Alot of different shops.

This is a great mall. I enjoy walking here. Plus, the stores are all neat. 96% of the employees in the mall have good manners. Check this place out! :)

Great parking despite the renovations going on, a nice place that meets all your relaxation needs.

The two best things about this place is the Christian book store and the food court.

its a mall, im a girl, do the math, hell yea i love this place lol as well as many shops inside filled with so many good and honest people that just warm your heart and make it worth the time to go in, like the candy shop, old manager there saved my life about 2-3 years ago, if not for them i wouldnt have been able to get to hospital in time, or the pretzel shop, the family who owns that are very warming people, happy and take honesty very close to there heart and it makes them wonderful people. i could continue with each shop here but all in all, go in yourself and find out, it is a small home here for everyone to be happy in =)

No shops there worth going to any more.. Save fuel shop on line it is better choices less effort

Great and huge mall. Easy to navigate, has most name brands. Not very crowded, can use some brighter lights.

This mall can be further modernized with free Wi-Fi.

Fewest people I had ever seen at the mall. I was just walking through to get to a restaurant. Seemed very clean.

Too crowded.. no parking... empty spaces... Businesses are fleeing like rats on a sinking ship... but its really the only option in town..

This Mall is in a good location, has good stores and very clean! Because of COVID all the stores are closed at different times, which is kind of annoying. But one of my go-to s for shopping centers in Eugene

Best mall in the Eugene surrounding area. Always has great places to shop. Prices very but good clean mall with a children play area.

Very busy around the holidays but still the best mall around in my opinion! The Japanese noodles in the food court are delicious! Macy's is amazing as usual but also has a bunch of awesome holiday special going on!

Average mall located along the beautiful Willamette river with access to the bike path all the way along it!

Good mall, as malls go, mainly because it has an IMAX theater.

The biggest mall in Eugene-Springfield. They have a large variety of shops, many food options, and even a Duck store!

Good store selection. Food court is good. Has a movie theater. Normal mall stores. Clean and plenty of parking.

JC Penny has some great deals and the subway sells coke zero. My needs are few.

Well it's changed since the 80s and expanding but I'm not sure it's better than I remember. Rude Verizon kiosk folks inside gave me grief when I asked for directions to main Verizon store - don't do business with them; go to the main store.

Very nice, calm, convenient, and clean. Every thing you could want is all in one place. It's great!

There are making some changes and adding a bowling alley, also with an arcade, there, to make it better for kid's so hopeful they don't get in to trouble, so I say hope it goes well for Valley River Center..

Great food court. Sweet shops. Movie theater w 3d and even an I Max screen. Nice staff and fun atmosphere. Walking friendly.

It seems seems like they're bearing and empty and overcharging the business is so then they have to overcharge to the customers, it seems like Oregon has a problem with landlord overcharging which businesses and apartments and living then over charges and now we have a homeless population the can't even go shopping

pretty good mall, way better than Gateway. The best in our area. Great for dates with friends.

Mall is nice, currently some construction in process so the parking lot is a little cramped! Bj's restaurant and brew house is always good! It is located outside the mall in the parking lot.

I enjoy shopping at JC, especially with many good quality items 80%off. The staff are always helpful and cheerful.

Nice-sized Mall . Stopped in before heading back from a road trip. Wish I had had more time to wander and check out all the different stores.

Close to the exit and easy to find.
