Love.. Love..Love.. excellent variety of shops despite Covid-19.

Wide variety of stores, several coffee places and a large food court offering nice selection of food. There is also a movie theater inside this 2 story mall

If you like shopping malls, then this is the best place to go shopping in Eugene. They have all the great stores you'd expect to find and a good clean comfortable food court with WI-FI.

As I get older. I have less use for malls. It's a place for women and teenagers to blow lol their money on stuff they dont really need.

Great shopping mall but I'm a little upset that they didn't have didn't a full size falcon heavy rocket booster, when instead they have 2 wetzels pretzels!!!

It was black Friday. All of the staff still remained polite and friendly. I love shopping here. I always feel better when I'm there.

Great store selection, open and bright walking spaces. The automatic doors are broken a little too often which makes things a little tricky when pushing a wheelchair. The public bathrooms could be a little more everyone friendly instead of being designed for tiny able bodied people.

Great mall and continuing to bring in more stores! Would really like to see someone go into the old Bon Marche' store!

Valley River Center as always was full of everything I needed I love eating there and the Valley River Center mall has the massage chairs $4 for five minute massage but it's as good as any masseuse you'll ever go to I do enjoy them I go there for just that sometimes

Old and poorly maintained, poor food court, good shops pool.

It's a little bit on the bare side. However, its probably because of covid.

Many great shops, beautiful mall, great food court.

Relatively decent mall, but the obvious lack of anchor stores is apparent to those of us who grew up with large, noisy malls, filled with people. Food court inside the mall is small, but the number of restaurants that have sprung up in the parking area to the east side of the mall fill in for the lack of variety.

The people @ Valley River Verizon are the best. I found a phone hiking & they were right on it to get it back to owner. The day before at another Verizon, I was told the person was out of luck. When I pushed that it they should get the phone back they gave me a complicated process through the computer. I'm glad I went to VR Verizon today and got immediate, cheerful help!

Didn't open on time because the rep said she was still waiting for one employee; meanwhile, you see more than one employee inside just walking around.

Lots of shopping and eateries. Dont forget your shopping bags.

First customer of the day. Inside have a flat tire fixed. Help if they would turn on the heat in the waiting room maybe make a pot of coffee turn on the television. But I'm glad they fixed my tire and didn't try to charge me for other services.

We had a great time. Good and friendly service. This was our first time there.

This used to be my go to place but many stores and eateries have closed, other stores have smaller inventories; it's not fun or festive.

I have been to malls across the United States and the South Pacific. Nothing to get excited about here. It clean and the best mall in the Eugene area, but thats not alot to brag a out. Adequate shopping for a relative small city.

Nice selection of shops. I liked it because we only had to go to one store to find some jeans.

Malls are dying across the nation, this is no different. Still many place to shop and eat but far fewer than a couple years back.

Not impressed with how many people were there. An your stores need more old school star wars.

Lots of stores, easy to find parking, the food court is small with some good choices, very large, and I would definitely come back

Place was very clean and the selection of stores are plentiful.

Typical mall. If your fifteen you can't get enough. If your 30.... You can't wait to leave...

The valley river center is a great place to go for many of your shopping needs. The food court has many choices with different flavors, and something that everyone can enjoy. I suggest you take your walking shoes cause you will definitely put in some distance.

Right at the edge of the parking lot is the river and the infamous Bike Path, which is one my favorite places to take my kids. It's great for a leisurely stroll or bike ride, or whatever suits your fancy.

Fun place for the family and to get shopping done. Relatively clean and has alot of shops. Good selection in the food court.

Very beautiful mall. They have a wide variety of stores and even a mini arcade! I love the food court clean and spacious. I usually end up spending an entire day here, just walkin around enjoyin the place!

Lots of shopping with varying prices. Lots of nice stuff with committed employees ready to help you. Every place I was in was very friendly.

Pretty standard shopping mall. I wish there were a few more food options, but other than that pretty much everything is there.

lots of food, stores, and wasnt crowded. lots of open space! some parts of the mall smell terrible though. next to wetzels pretzels and a nail place, oh boy. plug your nose!

Typical Mall. Good activities for kids. Plenty of shopping options and good to eat.

Quick in and out. Not too crowded for the holidays during Covid.
