It's definitely a shopping mall. I like the theater but too many people trying to sell you stuff from carts... Very pushy.

Kid area could use some work, but the place isn't too crowded.

Crowded, overly expensive. Bathrooms are run down and dirty

valley river is a nice mall, I guess. I go there about once every 30 years.

Every store is having huge sales AMAZING SAVINGS and just can not get enough

So nice and well kept! Love the corn hole and giant connect 4. I love to bring my kids here to shop around. I feel very safe here.

A bit dated visually but there are some great stores here. JC Penney's and the movie theater are my regular stops

All of the updates at the Valley River Center have been really neat. The usual shops are still there, but there are a lot of new stores. Its always neat to walk around and see the new changes and try the new foods.

Verizon, Japanese Steak House and many other stores make for a nice visit. Especially enjoyed the CBD Hemp Shoppe kiosk. The sales lady is very friend, knowledgeable, and helpful. She shared a number of points that were helpful to me, personally, and was even able to help me find a good, safe product to help ease my aging pet's arthritis. Kudos and thanks from us both...Woof!

Nothing that I was intetested in. Went in for 1 particular store, and it's no longer there.

Mall is okay, nothing too cool about it but nice place to walk around with friends and get some food they have there. I like to come here for shoes and the candy store.

This is Eugene's mall. Very popular with all the favorite stores and a movie theater. Large area with many restaurants to choice from. Some of the them have taste testers.

I've been here many times when I am in Eugene. They have a good selection of stores. This mall has more to offer than the gateway mall.

Nice shopping, overcrowded area, frustrated when parking.

Very nice mall, always looks and feels upscale and clean. Doesn't have much to do in way of entertainment besides food and the movie theater.

I still consider it a joy to visit the Sweetwater room for my dining pleasure! Be sure to say hi to Victoria she s a server there, and a fine one!!

All I can say is don't go to the valley River if you're looking for the DMV it's no longer there

Went to Joy Church. Good worship, down to earth Pastor, relavent message to live our lives for Him and our purpose.

I enjoy going here even if it is just to walk around. There are a variety of stores; upstairs and downstairs, something for everybody. An array of different places to eat in the food court and got to love wetzels pretzels and Jamba Juice.

It showed a movie I missed elsewhere and I had the whole theater to myself. Wish they had advertised it in the paper, let the medical community and special needs educators in the schools know so they could inform families affected by special needs. With the size of the 2 communities the theater should have been full.

A typical mall experience with the big box stores anchoring the mall and your standard jewelry, clothing, pet shop candy store interior. Food court can get crowded but It's also the classic food court with pizza, cinnabon, Chinese food etc.

Excellent shops! Fun environment. Helpful associates. Clean and great presentation of products at sephora and the body shop

Always busy and crowded but usually get what I went there for.
