I visited the west end boutique and I absolutely loved and appreciate the friendly staff that were constantly helping me even wig decisions. The clothes here are well priced and fit comfortably. I recommend trying on the clothes just in case though.

Loved goin to the shops. My husband just got nice sweaters from their he was amazed. How cheap a good bargain he got at Macy's. If you like Brand's like " Club Room". My husband just got 2 first then 3 more.
I went Macy s at valley river center got a great pair of slippers on sale for 14 dollars usually go for 40 dollars . Check this Macy,s out they are having great sales now!
VRC is quite the mall. Most malls are shutting down or being remodeled into those stupid strip malls. But VRC is the real deal and theres numerous stores to choose from for whatever your heart desires.
Best mall! It literally has a store for everyone. Very impressed with the different variety of stores that they have... Along with the variety of kiosks that are around. A very cheery and open environment. With a very large variety of choices at the food court.
I hit JCPenney's to get some pants and a few other items it wasn't late at night it was early in the evening and I got no help from anybody I've got disabilities who makes it hard for me to walk I had to do too much walking
I enjoyed this mall, it had a good mix of stores. Our city mall is much smaller so it was nice to visit a much bigger mall. I will return again, if I need more of a variety in stores.
This mall is a pretty decent mall compared to the other mall in Lane County, Gateway Mall in Springfield, OR. it has food, a good selection of stores and shops. I always have a problem with the parking lot. Parking is extremely packed constantly, and if you do find a spot, you can barely open your doors as the spots are rather small. The inside of the mall sometimes is dirty on the floors.
Went to the trick or treat event with my son.... difficult to tell which places were participating and which were not.... And the places that were would give each kiddo like one little piece of candy....most the candy wasn't even something my 2 yr old could have....he had fun playing on the rides and kids area , but won't do this again next year
Not many stores for adult clothes. Need more type of food in the food court. Cinnamon rolls are the only thing I buy in the food cart. I can't eat anything else. I love Hallmark and The Elephant Trunk. Build a bear too. Wish it had its full size store back.
Overall it s a great mall to visit, a good variety of options in the food court, different retail outlets including GameStop, Shutterbug, JC Penny, Macys and a ton of other clothing stores. Regal Cinema is attached with their iMax theaters and if it s raining outside you can always come here to walk around the mall :-) They have a play area for the kids too, just be sure to have your kiddos wash their hands before and after playing in there and have hand sanitizer on hand if you re concerned with germs. The only downside is that kiosks and store locations/availability tend to change every now and then, so if you have a favorite there it might not be there a few months later. However that is normal for any mall and is up to the individual business owner on deciding whether to keep a location or shut it down based on profit. Free WiFi in the mall which is nice if you need to work for a few minutes on a tablet or computer and access the internet, definitely appreciate that as a small business owner.
I am very disappointed in VRC. The anchor store, Macy s is very so-so (except for cosmetics and lingerie) and I don t usually shop at JC Penney. A lot of the stores cater to teens and 20 year olds. Thank goodness Nordstrom Rack and some other stores are at Oakway. I have lived in Eugene for 45 years and rarely go to VRC anymore. I shop more in Portland or Seattle than I do at my local mall. That s pretty sad.
