Remodeled interior with paper thin walls and old uncomfortable beds...

It's a mall. Good movie theater but that's really the only reason I have to go there.

Had my little girls ears pierced we had good service

Have great stores, food booths and they have the official Oregon Duck store

JCPenny's in Valley River is my favorite place to shop!

This under-occupied and high priced mini mall is great for weekend getaways, and hanging out. It offers a theater, food court, several department stores, and a play area for the kids - but lacks the traffic and activity of the big city malls (pro and con - imho).

We walk in the mall in the mornings. The mall is open to walk in at 6am. The shop are not open but we are able to walk throughout the mall and stay out of the rain.

Very busy, high prices, but over all a great a great place to shop. Great atmosphere.

I visited Lens Crafters. I was able to purchase eyeglasses about 10 days prior. I was having problems with the lenses. There was a mistake made on the prescription and the nighttime driving was scary. I will be getting new lenses in another week and I am hoping that will resolve the nighttime driving problem.

Great variety of stores and the only indoor mall left in the area

It's a cool mall let's of different stores for every type of person.

Friendly clean and just a vreat place to wander and window shop.

Typical mall, trying to hang on, but nicer than most.

This is my go-to mall for many reasons. It is the only place in the Eugene area that you can visit Victoria Secret, Bath & Body Works, Macy's, JCPenny, Sephora, H&M, Forever21, and also get your eyebrows threaded, all in one trip! The facility is well maintained. The variety of food in the food court is expansive. There is also nice coffee shop within the mall.

Lots of great shops, and the best theater in the city, but the things the mall itself maintains separately from the businesses inside are in terrible disrepair. Avoid the bathrooms at all costs.

Always out here. Video game shopping, Duck store, Body Jewelry store, and Penny's.

Awesome place to shop all kinds of name brand stores. Only reason for 4 stars is I went to vans store and asked for help the told me to look up prices online and were rude

Shopping malls like these are a dying breed. We hadn't been in one in many years. Nice layout with a decent variety of stores. It was nice to see families out and about and teens on what looked to be first dates. Food court had a lot to offer. as well. Party Centre stays open late and is a brilliant concept.

This morning I went to the Hallmark Store, so glad it's still there. Many good stores to shop and browse.

Had a good spinner selection, unsure about any la croixs --croix boix

I enjoy JC Penny's, not so much the mall. Everything's way over priced!!

Appreciated being able to park overnight here in our RV. We were able to get loads of shopping done in the mall before leaving wonderful sales tax free Oregon.

Mall is a good size with different stores to shop around and have fun. The food court has variety of food selection.

They have continued to raise prices for shops and stalls here. There's almost never new shops or stands in months. The food court is dismal. There's some good options, but they need more stores, stands, food, and many things more. The higher ups from a customer prospective seem uptight and greedy. At least it's usually clean.

Good place for shopping and food. Also good place for kids to play on rainy days

Stopped at Rainbow West (Christian bookstore) and bought a Zach Williams CD. Awesome service, great deals! Love my new CD. Thank you!

Better then the other mall...take from that what you will...

I don't hate VRC, but I also don't like it. The mall is outdated and needs a restructuring of the parking spaces. Most employees are nice though.

Went to vision works for glasses. Great selection and great staff!

I like coming back here to shop and look around the mall.

Valley river center is a fun place to spend the day with the kids and hubby

I like the variety of stores as well as the food court selection! The movie theater also has IMAX.

Great mall, lots of good stores and movies are always excellent. Only complain is parking since this place is a great place it's always hard to find close parking.

Pretty much anything you want can be found somewhere in V.R.C.
