Little messy from construction going on, but hope it will be worth it when their all done with the remodeling their doing. Hoping they are going to expand their food court to have more selections.

It was great, not very crowded. Just able to go and get what I needed. Without the lines.

Hours have changed AGAIN. Mall Walkers now have to wait till 10:00AM to be able to walk in the mall. Hours were 8:00AM. What harm do they cause. "Must be because they do not spend much" $$ ?

Love common here for food or to wander around the stores

Plenty of variety in their stores. Food court is lacking

Awesome, went to Zumiez to get skateboard for grand niece, I know nothing about skateboard, staff help me put together a custom skateboard for her at very reasonable price, guy who built it was very professional and staff very helpful for old retired Navy guy who doesn't know squat about boards, Thanks Zumiez!! She loves it!!

Ate at Charlie's. My favorite place in the food court. Have not eaten elsewhere there in years.

Everything in one place with no rain! Why they killed Gateway mall I'll never know because I would rather be warm and dry between stores & Food court rocks!

This is a place to go for movies for most Eugene. It has a lot of shopping options and usually is crowded

If you enjoy having literally hundreds of parking spots to choose from, then you have come to the right place! Once you park your car you can go inside one of the biggest buildings per square foot in Eugene! Luckily you will not be alone. There are easily 100 hundred people in this massive mega mall with you. You'll see babies on up to centurions hanging out in comfy massage chairs or walking in wild wonderment. However is you want more valley and river, but less mall, your gonna have to leave this place. If do somehow make it outside I recommend checking out the beautiful Willamette river and the majestic mountains.

Quite a few stores closed due to all the smoke. Was still nice to just get out of the house.

Its a nice shopping mall in Eugene. Visited this mall while traveling to Portland. Its has many standard brands. Went there for Macy's. There are many other shopping stores and restaurants around this Mall. Definitely worth checking out if you are in that area for shopping. Easy to find parking spots.

It's a mall so I can't give five stars coz I hate malls, but still get drawn in occasionally.

I just went to Barnes and Noble, needed a book. They have a huge selection.

Me and my family go to Valley river mall for a long time. We go at least once a week. Theres so many places to shop at. They have Forever 21, Hollister, JCPennies, Macys, Claires, Round One, Panda Express, Jamba Juice, Subway, GNC, A Childs Museum, And many more.

Love this place. Has everything I want and need. Just wish more places were re-opened.

Valley River Mall is a great place to shop. It's an it's an indoor mall, clean, spacious, and most the stores have exceedingly helpful and beyond polite staff.

Went to "The Good Feet Store" what a let down! Misleading info, buyer beware!!!!

Nice indoor walking path. Stores change rather slowly. Kiosk are always changing depending on season. Best place in Eugene for Macintosh support.(simply Mac is located inside)

I shop here frequently and like that o can take my kids to burn off some energy quickly during the winter time since they have an indoor playground

Great kids area for indoor play. Needs restaurants and improvement in the food court.

I love Valley River . They have everything Washington Square has. But not as crowded

Nice little indoor mall. Much better than the silly open air malls here. Only because it rains on the Oregon coast constantly lol. Who da' thunk?

Decent mall with a theater and food court. If they got a cold stone ice cream shop and a decent burger joint with chilli cheese fries, I would give them five stars.

Automatic door is BROKEN , SO FIX IT..we do not need to touch the doors to open and close !!!!!

It s an ok mall. Not really a lot of stores in mall but in plaza it s ok. At least the main stores have a lot of variety.

Good mall. Prices are high but thats standard for any mall. I would give five stars but they took away free RV parking which was really really cool. Hopefully they'll bring it back one day.

It was packed and things we're kinda expensive, but it's spring break so what should I have expected
