They let non-locals park RV's in their lot for free and have security monitoring 24/7. Also right next to the river path and parks.

Too many watchful eyes but a great mall none the less
Great venue of stores. Also has the construction going on now so looking forward to all the new things that will be going in
Very good moll or comersial sentro always have good specials
I really did not "go" to VRC per say... I go to JCP just long enough to make payment on my acount... I have go to VRC other times... I guess it okay... Not alot of shop I have interest in... It is big and air condition in summer and heat in winter... VRC is fun to just walk around and look what thing are offer.... Of course like every thing, it more fun to money shop, or window shop with some one than by your self...
Nice food court. Penny's, Macys, Lane Bryant, and many other great stores to meet everyone's needs.
I was in and out rather quickly. Only concern was the traffic.
Lots of stores, clean and bright, lots of restaurants, plenty of parking.
You can shop till you drop. Many stores to choose from and many restraunts to eat at.
Best mall nearby. Clean bathrooms, Macy's, JC Penny, ok food court, Regal Cinema, overall pretty ok
Very clean bright space a good selection of stores and kiosks around the mall.
Nice mall... variety of shops and theater. Can park and go for a walk along the river.
The place is great but DONT GO TO THE VERIZON OUTLET the lady there needs to be shot
Lots of places to shop!! You can find great deals if u shop around!!
They have no bike racks near the entrance. They need more than a single register in the bar. Place overall can get expensive.
I like it, for the most part.
One of the best outlet malls I've been too, wide variety of unique shops such as Memory Lane and H&M. Services were prompt and well given, a place for even the most modest of shoppers to get lost in the fun.
It's a mall, it's clean. I typically don't go to malls except for movie theaters...
It was an enjoyable mall to visit, but it's obvious that this decaying husk is nothing compared to its former glory. The grotesque parasites that flit between it's halls are only the waste product of the American dream. It's a pity.
Fun place to visit and shop. It's great during cold & rainy weather as it's an indoor mall.
Mall has plenty of stores to shop in- Macy s is huge, Victoria Secret, JC Penney s, Hollister, food court, and many more!
Stopped here to camp for the night. Back lot by the river path is available for RV overnighters. Very quiet.
Most places were open, but with reduced hours. Many shops did not open until noon.
It's an indoor mall that has been in existance for at least 50 years. It has a decent selection of shops, a cinema, a food court amd it's located near the Willamette river and bike trails.
Very busy. Even late at night. Selection of stores are great if you want to clothes shop.
Lots of stores and food restraunts and other stores near by
It's alright. Enough to do. Plenty of good shops to hit. Way better then Gateway Mall now.
I never go to the mall, I happened to go here with a friend. I thought malls were dying? Not this one (it was the weekend). Clean and bustling.
The last indoor mall left in Eugene. Nice, clean with a great food court.
Great mall. They have something for everyone. Including an indoor playground and riding animals
Getting empty but at still love the old fashioned way of the mall
Average mall experience. Missing some anchor stores, but does have Macy's and JC Penney.
Valley River Center is a great place to shop if you need something right now, or just feel like browsing.. if it's daytime and decent weather, drive over to the southwest side of the parking lot, and take a walk across the pedestrian bridge (over the Willamette River) to Skinners Butte Park. There's playground equipment, park benches, and picnic tables, and you can meander down the sidewalk along the river. Take the trail up the hill and have a nice view of downtown Eugene. Head west on the river sidewalk to Owen Rose Garden, and back to Valley.River neighborhood for dinner. There's several restaurants in the $/ $$$ price range.
Pretty typical mall fair. Can be crowded at times. Large and good selection though
Lots to shop for here. HOWEVER, prices are super high because of college students (presumably with wealthy parents.)
Im new here so I don't know much about this mall. I was pretty much in and out.
Bomb food , and the guys know exactly what they're doing there!
Not a great variety of stores. Mostly clothes it seems.
Really nice mall! lots of shops and food court
With amazing food choices
Valley River Center has a new eyebrow threading place my wife decided to try out. Sarku teriyaki chicken always satisfies. Are things getting more expensive these days? $5 for cinnabon? Dang!
It's a good place for high quality shopping and its family friendly and great for group shopping or outings with friends or family
This area is heavily marketed towered women. I would personally have no reason to go if I didn't need to stop by Sunglass Hut to help my mother get a new pair of sunglasses. Things like that and the movies are pretty much the only options for a guy like me, unless you want to waste your money at the Gamestop.
Love Regal cinemas, love the shop and food court. The people that work there are friendly and very helpful.
Decent mall went for the imax but like most malls just over priced junk
Went to the mall for my kids to trick or treat. We walked the whole mall for 8 pieces of candy for each kid. Disappointing kids on Halloween earns you a special spot in hell.
it's an odd shaped layout so it's difficult to find things @ 1st. i mainly avoid malls but went here for eye exams for the price, and one trip they spaced out and kept my credit/debit card then i had to go back. then the utility saddle bag off of my bike got stolen on the second trip from where it was locked up... made me remember why i avoid these large places in eugene. they would always have security trucks driving around the parking lot, so it made me wonder what was going on there??? then you hear about all of the thefts @ the other mall, gateway... another time i went here the young women selling things @ the walkway stores would stop me and try to get me to buy sh!* i didn't need.... made me remember why i sometimes avoid these large generic chain places. if you find a 'staple' that you need/like from let's say a sporting goods store, it's usually cheaper to find it online. i ate at the food court years ago in the early 2000s but can remember anything @ all about the food... makes me remember why i avoid these large places in eugene
Hope the new activity place under construction draws the crowds in again.
Shopped here while on vacation. Plenty of stores to choose from. The mall itself was clean and we had no trouble with parking. One of the sales associates in J.C. Pennys was particularly helpful.
OMG yes cricket store here is AMAZING we are just crazy about Toby, jyselle, Danielle.it was like talking with family you haven't seen in a long time.
My hometown first city mall in the Eugene area. Pleasant place to shop.
