A wonderful shopping center with lots of stores and food options.
It's great for shopping, socializing, eating, seeing what's new at the regal cinemas and now available direct from Japan Round One bowling emporium and entertainment. Come by for all your valley style riverside wants and needs, but be careful not to do anything foolish or you'll pay dearly for it
great mall with lots of shops, restaurants and parks close by.
Best mall in n Eugene and many great stores left due to lack in sales
Boring. So many places closing. Can t eat in the food court. What s the point???
Good place to find a gift for someone..or for a little pick me up
They got rid of the gazebo thing in the middle. Dumb.
They have an excellent food court with a lot of good choices.
Enjoy visiting valley river center. Lots to do & shop
So many stores. So much fun. Also great food in the mini restaurant section.
Nice mall, lots of shopping and food options. The IMAX theaters are a great draw.
The food is always awesome in the people the waitresses is just amazing it's been years since I've been there but it won't be that long until I go again the ribs were outstanding and so was the macaroni and cheese side
Clean. Plenty of options. Toxic burgers in food court
It's a mall. Nice movie theater. Great river walk park outside of it though! It's a nicer newer mall, not old and dingy. But its just a mall.
I'd give it five stars but man, it's certainly changed since I was a kid. It seems barren now. But the changes coming seem pretty cool.
I'm glad they're bringing back a legit arcade, the one next to the kids play area leaves a bit to be desired but hey, it's a small section.
Main reason I come to VRC is for regal and imax, and perusing clothes. Havent really bought anything in a while other than some knick knacks at a hobby store for my lady.
I do see theres construction on this new family fun center, and I'm really hoping that's the shot of life VRC needs to feel like it's a vibrant and fun place to be in general.
Good parking on all sides means you don't have to stay inside it longer than necessary, which is a key factor in any mall
Out of the two "malls" in the local Eugene/Springfield area. This is by far the best one! Recently lost their Sports Authority; hoped to be replaced soon with something similar. Mall is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Fairly good variety of things to do. The food court could use a few non chinese food newcomers though.
Not crowded and good customer service everywhere we went
Once i got used to the layout of this mall it quickly became one of my favorites to go to because i can almost always find what i needed, they have a great selection of stores and the food court is actually in a fairly convenient/large enough space. Rarely do i lose my parking and its never a very far walk to an entrance so thats always a plus
Its a great place.you should really go it has movies food court stores seriously go
Paid my Lane Bryant bill at the Valley River location
Great selection of shops to go in, Regal theatre with an IMAX. Well designed food court. Go here. Good stuff.
Wide range of good stores, food options, and well maintained movie theaters
Valley River Center Mall is awesome. They have everything you can think of.
Cellairus fun and great customer service for repair if my cell phone Note9
Great Mall to come in shop at lots of different stores decent food and the food court. Most everybody who works here are friendly
How to beat the high cost of living was flimed here 1980
Tons of things to do, excellent food and plenty of places to suit all kinds of wants/needs
I've shopped VRC for 40 years and it was once a collection of high quality stores with good merchandise. I'm talking Meier & Frank, Nordstrom, JC Penney, the Bon Marche and others. Walk through now at it's a cheap collection of shops selling second rate cheap merchandise. The "Bon" location is being turned into an arcade. The food court is 50% vacant. I shop in Wilsonville or Portland now. Someone should buy it, tear it down and build a Bridgeport Village type location. Eugene deserves better.
Great stores, food court, and convenient location. My eye Dr is in the mall!
There are a lot of businesses closed or out of business. It is really sad to see, Totally avoidable.
Lots of shops there, more could be added with more variety
Best shopping mall in town. Many really great places there.
Where do fat people get clothes Haha. It is a mall for teenagers but there are a couple of cool gift shops and the mall cops are hilarious on their stupid segways.
Its a indoor mall glad to see one still exists but my legs ache lol from the walk.
They are updating the mall. They have done a good job attracting new businesses. They have also added on stand alone restaurants through the years. Very clean inside the mall.
Eugene's larger indoor Mall, very large selection of shipped. Toxic burger is best only local food court option....only catch is the theater is a bit outdated.
Great for shopping ,with good variety of shops all in one place !
If the family bathroom wasn't always locked that would be awesome. Or maybe have more than one. Other than that issue, the store selections are decent. Beware the child cart rental has jumped up to $10, so I'd recommend bringing a stroller if you have littles.
Is it just me, or do others also sometimes go near this place and explode inside with anxiety?
Security is great, loved victorias secret, nice assortment of pretty, pretty and perfume, name brand shops as h&m, macys, and many others, highly recommended.
Parked my car here for a Garth concert. It was the ok.
The review is for the movie theater. It has terrible sound quality, really awful. We've been in three different rooms now, and they all have speakers that buzz, crackle, and fizz throughout the movie. It's not like you can't enjoy the movie, unless you happen to really care about sound and the white noise is very distracting. Other than that, the place is pretty clean. The employees are the kind who don't typically look at our speak to you if they don't have to, but they are not rude. The theater has a handy side entrance so you don't have to trek through the mall, but it's unmarked so you have to find it yourself.
The food court is getting smaller, but they still have Cinnabon
Lots of stores. Big name stores and local sellers too. Food court offers many choices...pizza. Cinabon. Noodles n teriyaki chicken. Subway. Too many to list.
Though in a slow decline, I'm still happy with the overall presence at this location. It is clean and protected
