Had a wonderful, well planned cruise on Celebrity Soltice ship. Our trip was for seven days starting in Seattle and up to Alaska and back to Seattle. Mick Steen was our cruise agent and he did a fantastic job coordinating all our three family members living in 3 different areas. Will definitely use him as well as Vacations to Go again.

I have used VTG for many years now and they always seem to provide good prices, but more importantly their ticker web page is the best I have used to pick the cruises and most important of all their service staff are brilliant - they ring you back promptly when requested, are knowledgeable about the ships and nothing is too much trouble.

I have been using Vacations To Go for many years to book my cruises and my experience with them have been outstanding. My travel consultant Ryder Davis has exemplary knowledge of the cruise industry and the nuances associated with booking cruises. I have booked over 27 cruises and never had a problem or issue with the booking. My boyfriend Ed and I are very particular with our accommodations and Ryder is spot on with pointing out the differences in the variety of staterooms and their details. My reservations are always as expected from cabin location, to amenities, costs, on board credit and all the other fine details that are often overlooked during the excitement of booking a cruise. Booked for the first time using V2G, was a bit apprehensive using a US booking agent from the UK, but the knowledge, service, courtesy and post booking process of V2G was first class.

Our Agent Floyd was superb and when he was not on shift his supervisor took over the booking process without a hitch.

In addition their price beat anything we could find with our regular agents and online sites and we got unprecedented perks with our cruise all confirmed to us directly our stateroom on V2G headed paper.

Great cruise, great price, very good support from VTG

Recently my husband & I enjoyed a 10 day Mediterranean cruise which was arranged by Suzette Stohr of VTG. Suzette was outstanding in that she ensured we received several credits which became available after we had booked (and before we had paid for) the cruise. As a result, the cruise aboard the Celebrity Reflection was even more perfect. We even were brought a Happy Anniversary (40th) cake one evening after dinner. Anytime I sent Suzette an email with a question or request, she responded promptly...even on her day off. Overall, the experience was perfect & I will contact Suzette at VTG in the future should another cruise beckon us.

We were very happy booking our most recent cruise with VTG. We even got an upgrade on our room. They are very professional and always return calls if you have a question.

Terry was very nice and helpful with any questions we had regarding our recent trip to Aruba! We had great accommodations, very nice, clean and very nice staff at the Holiday Inn Resort. We did have a problem with our first flight which delayed us getting there at the original time but that was a United Airline pbl. I would highly recommend Vacations to Go!

A close friend and his wife have cruised over 50 times for up to 60 days at a time. They have encouraged me to try cruising. I am single. I was in the Navy 10 years and never went on a ship. I've lived on water all my life and never cruised. I checked out the cruise lines and the variations of cruising and became very confused. I found Vacations to Go and was impressed. I emailed Vacations to Go. Joshua Weinman, Travel Counselor at Vacations to Go contacted me almost immediately. I explained my needs and concerns. Joshua has been on many cruises and cruise ships.and knows his stuff. Joshua took care of all my questions and discussed many issues of cruising that I was naive about. I became comfortable with what to expect while going on a solo (single person) cruise. Joshua searched for the best deal to meet my needs. I booked with Royal Caribbean. Joshua handled everything and I received all the information via email. Royal Caribbean was outstanding from the start. I will have no hesitation booking with Royal Caribbean again. I will recommend and use Vacations to Go from now on. Oh.I later found out that my friend and his wife have used Vacations to Go also. Great work VTG.

I have never used a travel agency before, but when I was planning our recent Disney Cruise Line vacation, my brother suggested contacting Judy Hastings at VTG. Hi Everybody, My lady and I just took our umpteenth cruise with Vacations to go. As usual everything worked out swell. It was our 45th cruise and over half were booked with them. Never a problem. Our agent was Carson Sargent and he was very knowledgeable and forthright.

The agents are always helpful and patient with me as I muddle through the cruise choices.

Excellent Celebrity Cruise tour through the Western Caribbean, stopping also at Cartagena. The fully-booked cruise was well-managed throughout, with good shore logistics and excellent food service. One disappointment: the excursions in Cartagena were subpar, with no focus on history and architecture -- merely a shopping trip.

VTG is the bomb! Got great price for our 12 nights Celebrity Solstice' 12 Night AUS/NZ cruise plus we had a surprise Bon voyage gift from them of $100 OBC. I have been lucky to deal with Finn Finlayson as my agent, so knowledgeable and quick to provide great service. I tell all my friends about VTG and I hope they wise up and use this great company for their travel needs.

My wife and I have used Vacations To Go for more than 5 years. Although living in Australia, they have provided us with the best deals on Silversea cruises in terms of pricing, last minute deals and onboard credits. The website is very informative and easy to navigate, making cruise choices very easy. Bee, our long-term Cruise Consultant, has always been most helpful, courteous and the service to date has been faultless. Followup, whether by phone or email has always been very prompt. A great and well-managed company - highly recommended.

Do not use Vacations to Go for your cruise bookings. They are dishonest and do not fulfil their promises!!! They promised on board credit that we did not receive. I spent two and half hours on the phone to them (most of the time on hold) while on my cruise and did not get any satisfactory assistance. I then contacted them when I returned home and they again would not acknowledge my issue with the onboard credit - I even have written proof. They owe me US$200 but they refuse to acknowledge this and as I have already paid my bill to Royal Caribbean, I will never see that $200!!! I will never use them again - disgusting customer service - what ever happened to 'the customer is always right'.

We just returned from a 7 day Alaskan cruise on the Carnival Legend. It was a family trip for 10 people. Rex at Vacations to Go did an outstanding job for us and we'll definitely book through him again for our next cruise.

Once AGAIN we used Vacations To Go book a cruise, this time for a 7 day Caribbean cruise on Celebrity. Our Travel Consultant Bud Abbot did a great job helping us get a great deal (better than booking directly with Celebrity) and additional on board credit that Celebrity did not offer.
When I called VTG on what was Bud's day off I was assisted by another Travel Consultant that was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me with airline and hotel information.
Vacations To Go will be working with us for our next cruise in 2017!

Learned a tough lesson today. Booked a cruise in 2017, 7 days starting 6/23/18, for my wife's and I 40th wedding anniversary, our first. I was asked about travel insurance during the process which I wavered back and forth on but was told I could take it out up until 48 hours before the cruise departure so I declined it. I understood that meant I could buy it any time for whatever reason if it arose. Well, yesterday I ended up in the emergency room with a severe gallbladder attack that looks like will need surgery to correct. Called my agent who told me that unfortunately they had changed their policy starting January 2018 that says you have to accept the insurance when you book the trip. But... since we booked it last year, 2017, that we could still buy the insurance. Then he went on to explain that the insurance company would probably ask for medical records to see if this was a preexisting condition since I would be buying it and making a claim the next day. Being an insurance agent many years before I could see that this would be a possible outcome but did not understand when first asked if I wanted to accept the insurance thinking I could get it later. My fault for not truly thinking this through originally I agree but if they would have had this new policy in place I would have probably taken it knowing there would not be a second chance. No cruise and will not be going again on Carnival or Vacations to Go in the future. Glad they changed the policy for all of you and recommend you take the insurance because you never know what may happen!! Thank goodness I thought to cancel shore excursions and on ship pre-cruise(Fun Shop) purchases since my agent didn't think to tell me. Would have lost all that money as well. Sad and truly sick to my stomach.

Our agent Becca was very helpful in planning our honeymoon with us (which ended up being a dream come true!). She was professional & always called us back in a timely manner when we had a question for her. We will definitely look at vacations to go when we plan our next vacation.

We always check Vacations to Go prices before booking a cruise and sometimes great deals are found. We have booked several cruises with Vacations to Go and this past May we found a RCCL cruise with a great price. Clyde Smith booked the cruise for us. Clyde is an excellent travel consultant. He is friendly, professional and efficient providing the information and services required for booking the cruises. He even worked past his normal quitting time to handle our booking. It was not necessary but that shows his persona for providing such excellent service. Vacations to Go is the only place to go if you do not book with cruise line directly!

Had a great time on the Pride Of America. I have told many of my friends and family about this cruise. One part that I would like to see is more night life. The shows were fantastic but after the shows were over it was time for bed.
Everthing else the ports and tours were perfect.

We had excellent help from our VTG agent from the beginning. We did not have to worry about connections from the airport to the ship and back again. All was well timed for the connections we needed to make. I would definitely look to VTG for my future travel needs.

We've never visited the D.R before, and he booked exactly what we wanted at a great price. We used VTG for the first time for this cruise. The VTG agent was very helpful and and prompt in securing our reservation. After the initial reservation we made several changes and they were all correctly incorporated into our cruise reservation. It was very rewarding after an enjoyable cruise to receive our final invoice from Norwegian and find that it was absolutely correct with no surprises. Great place to work if you can work evenings and weekend. People there are wonderful, especially the Spanish department. Lots of comrardery and willingness to help. Wish pay was not just on commission, though.

I book every cruise through Vacations To Go. They give much better deals than booking right from the cruise line. I can trust them with my vacation planning and they always do great. On one cruise, our whole onboard credit didn't get sent to the cruise line. When I got home, I called Vacations To Go and they sent me out a check the same day to make up for the credit I didn't receive. They always have great sustainer service. I can't recommend them enough!

Crystal was everything you could ask for in a travel agent. I was having trouble connecting with the shuttle to the port and Crystal went above and beyond to help me. The cruise was great and Crystal fantastic!

We've been dealing with Vacations to Go for many years and our latest cruise was a short 4-night cruise to the Bahamas in January on the Enchantment of the Seas. Our rep. Chase Choy is a pleasure to talk with and he always finds us the perfect cabin. Chase is a very personable guy who knows what we want and makes sure we get it. VTG have the latest deals that they pass on to us and we've been thoroughly pleased in doing business with them. Chase has been booking our family New Year's cruises for a few years now. Last year, he booked a cruise for 9 people on the Allure of the Seas and was able to get us all together on the same deck and also all together for dining. We had the best time ever! We Went to Puerto Vallarta and stayed at there Now Amber resort. It was and excellent week. The food was good, the weather even better and we were treated great. We have used Vacations To Go for several cruises and this is the first destination vacation we have used them. The price was fair and they did a great job. We will absolutely use them again.,

Our recent trip posed a challenge for vtg in that we booked a new cruiseline. We are grateful that they met the challenge.

My wife and I have taken 2 trips through VTG and both times they did an awesome job of getting all of the extras for us they could find. We also booked a trip and later cancelled it but the job they did was remarkable. I love that we can get e-mail specials that beat the regular prices on most cruises. My favorite thing about VTG is the personal touch they put on us each time we booked a tour. We will not use any other agency.

Vacations To Go has been the best to work with for our last 3 cruises. Their staff always provide the best pricing schedule and offer us very good incentives. Last year we cancelled a river cruise for personal reasons and we very impressed with the insurance policy that we bought for the cruise. We were reimbursed 100% of our expenses within one week of submitting all of our paperwork.

What started off as a trip for my wife and me morphed into a group of ten. After starting with one representative who we were not satisfied with, VTG quickly assigned another representative who was both professional and extremely competent. She managed our group's concerns/questions promptly and was very knowledgable of all aspects of our trip. We felt VTG negotiated good prices for our river cruise and air fare. Dear, I made a family purchase including my 88-year-old mother, but unfortunately she cannot go for heart problems (she has a pacemaker and had 4 operations). When they offered me insurance, it was for the trip not situations like this and I had already hired him. With a total coldness they replied that except taxes (15% approx) can not do anything !!!!. Keep in mind those who are going to travel. Sensitivity and resolution quality for serious unforeseen events with a client NOTHING !!! Ah PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER SAYING WHAT WE'RE REGRETING X THAT YOU'RE NOT REGRETING ANYTHING !!!!
LOOK FOR THE RECORDINGS NEVER NAME IN THE INSURANCE CANCELLATION AND ON THE OTHER PART I WILL NOT PAY DIFFERENCE FOR SOMETHING AND PAYMENT THAT PROCESSES MUST DO?
