Do not ever book a cruise trip with Costa luminosa or any of their cruise lines. Check out the roach I found in my salad. There were bed bugs and mold. The front desk staff on cruise ship did not care !!

My family (+7 others) we had a great time on the Italian Mosiac Tour. The Tour Guide Giacomo was great, hotels were good to excellent, we liked the locations within the cities, food was superior too. Working with Vacations To Go staff was very good. We had a small "blip" in the beginning because our initial contact left the firm and his replacement had to reassemble all of the "moving" pieces of our trip. When searching for an All-inclusive vacation to Ixtapa, Vacations To Go was the first to respond to my information request. Van Johnson called me within 30 minutes to discuss our preferences. He recommended several resort options, which we looked extensively at his recommendations, and emailed back our selection, dates and questions. Van responded by email within minutes that he would get back to us by end of the day with pricing, etc. and was true to his word. By the end of the day we had selected and were confirmed at the IL Presidente Holiday Inn, and on our flight for the dates of travel we requested.
A couple weeks before our vacation, we continued to read the TripAdvisor reviews of the Holiday Inn, which had started at 4 1/2 stars but was suddenly 2 1/2 - 3 stars. We read some disturbing reviews and called Van back with our concerns. With in a few hours, he had helped us find a more suitable resort, The Sunscape Dorado Pacifico, to a Family Suite in the SunClub rooms, upgraded our flights to first class seating and actually saved us a little money in the cost.
Van Johnson, with Vacation to Go was as thorough, professional, friendly and knowledgeable as we could have hoped or expected. We will call him through Vacations To Go for our future vacations. Thank you Van!

I think I give one star is too much, I hope I can give a negative one. My wife booked a cruise through them two a month ago with them. They send us the confirmation and everything, but when we tried to check in with the cruiseline online, they said they can't find our confirmation. How can send out a confirmation with even confirm the booking. Then we called calling center, no agent able to pick up the phone and we waited half hour for anybody who does not know what is going on pick up the phone and try to blame us not paying the trip. My wife already give them the credit card number and everything at the time of booking and if the credit card didn't go through how can you issue a confirmation?! Please do not order from them. The worst booking agent for your cruise.

Just got back from a 7-day Mexico Cruise on the Carnival Miracle Cruise Line, Staff was the best all around from the statesman steward that made sure our rooms were clean and ready for our return to the wait staff at dinner was entertaining and making sure our bellies were full at all time.

This was our 1st Family Cruise and it was Amazing! There was 12 of us and we all had a awesome and memorable time.

I had never used Holland America and was a bit skeptical. I called there number and got a gentlemen by the name of Milo. I asked him a ton of questions about Holland America and he was fantastic with resting me assure that I was not making a bad decision. I had wanted to go through the Panama Canal since I was 9 years old and finally 49 years later I did it. Holland America made a dream come true for me. They had me do it is style. I loved the cruise and all involved with Holland America and for that I thank them. I highly recommend Vacations to go they make everything so easy and when your off on your trip all falls right into place. Again Thank You Milo.

Ginger provided expert advice on which river cruise company to use, i.e. Avalon, and we thoroughly enjoyed our river cruise on the Danube. Ginger was always responsive to our questions and queries and I would highly rate her in every respect. We have used VTG for all our ocean cruising, and believe we receive superior service, and this was the first time we used VTG for river cruising. We will continue to take advantage of our personal relationship with VTG for all future cruising needs.

This was my first time using Vacations to go and I worked with an Counselor named Veronica Bell. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely in all correspondence. She made our cruise of the British Islands a memory I will have for a lifetime.

We used Vacations to Go for a 4 day Key West tour out of Miami in September. I thought the service was next to none and we were contacted on all points of relevance.
We joined the cruise after 3 nights in Miami south beach and it was all systems go. We were already knowing of the cabin , due to online booking, so doing the usual custom thing was a doddle. Once on board we were asked if we required drinks package etc. This was discussed in detail by Vacations to Go previously and we decided to wait until knowing the full set up. We travel as a pair and it all depends on the company you meet on board. We found our table companions for dinner charming and this then lead to after dinner drinks etc so the package was purchased. We enjoyed the whole experience and will do again Thanks

We had a very restful and wonderful cruise to the Mexican Riviera on the Norwegian Jewel. The food was great and the visit to the ports was interesting and fun. Beware of unsatisfactory travel insurance sold by vacations to go
Trip cancellation has severe limitations.
The travel insurance they sell does not cover trip cancellations made for any reason like the insurance sold by NCL. Since NCL did not cancel the cruise there is no coverage. If we had bought our tickets and travel insurance direct from NCL we would have gotten a credit for a future cruise of 75% of the cruise fare plus any prepaid charges.
We purchased NCL 5 day cruise to Bahamas sailing out of Port Canaveral to Freeport, Nassau, and Great Stirrup Cay. As a result of Hurricane Dorian destroying Freeport and damaging Great Stirrup Cay, NCL changed its itinerary to 3 days at sea and 2 days at Nassau. Nassau does not need 2,000 cruise guests in the way 3 days after the worst hurricane to ever strike the Bahamas. Nassau is the major hub of emergency operations. Nor do I want to take a vacation to a disaster recovery area. Because of the poor travel insurance recommended to us, we are suffering a large financial loss.

We had a very enjoyable time on the "Sights and Sounds of the South! Our tour guide Clint Dunn took good care of us. The Danny Thomas and St Jude stop was very moving! Enjoyed stops in Memphis, Louisville, Lexington, Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Asheville. We had excellent day tour guides in Nashville and Lexington where we went to the RCA Studio B; Heaven Hill Whiskey Distillery; Churchill Downs and a Horse farm. The Hilton Hotels were excellent choices for our stays. The Globus folks left us in good hands with the Vacations to Go people!

I booked one cruise a few years ago from VTG. They had great deals, were easy to work with, and everything went smoothly.

I dislike mailing lists, but their emails are not irritating - and even though I haven t booked another cruise, Vacations To Go Is where I will go when I do.

Even their updates during covid-19 have been worth reading. I like that they have kept me informed (they had to lay off staff but have rehired most already) and I m proud of them as a company.

After reviewing cruise listings of VTG for a year, I realized that great deals were available for those who could drop everything and go in a week, a daunting task for a retiree staying in Asia who never cruised before (say bucket list). I missed my 1st attempted booking (2 weeks b-4) when the super deal was pulled while I was emailing details - no international phone service for me. I was consoling myself thinking "next year" when I saw the deal re-listed. This time VTG got on my order & processed it the same day (night for me) twice, as I had to 'reactivate' my USA bank card that had not been used for many months. I got my plane tickets & visa organized the next day myself, and was off to Singapore with my girlfriend for the trip of our life 2 days later! Cruise was great even with a little sea sickness the 1st morning. Will do it again for sure. Complaints? only 1; I waited too long to do it - would be more fun if i wasn't over 60 (if I remember correctly!).

Lauren at Vacations To Go was very helpful with our trip to China in June. Everything was organized and went well, for our two weeks including the 5 nights on the Yangtze River on a Viking ship. First time with Viking, and we were impressed. Second time with V T G, and we will 'shop' there again. We highly recommend that trip.

We have booked 10 cruises and 1 all inclusive resort with Vacations To Go. Agents are knowledgeable and courteous. Can't wait to book another vacation with them!

I have used this company several times and they are very good at what they do and their web site is the best I have found. The only thing that I have not found on the site is a way to put in a end date for a cruise with an open start date. For example, If have a cruise scheduled to start for say December 13th from Fort Lauderdale and want to look for another cruise of any length to do before this scheduled cruise (which I sometimes like to do) I have to go back and forward many times to search for a cruise that will end on Dec 13th at the same port. It would be nice to put in end on Dec 13th and start on any date before that, so I could easily search for any cruise of any length with say a minimum of 7 days and up to 21 days as an example. Otherwise great site and good staff as well.

Vacations To Go got me the exact cruise I wanted, with a cabin better than I expected for a very good price, including flights. My wife and I will definitely use them to book our next vacation.

We have used Vacations To Go the last three years to help us put together cruise experiences. It has always been taken care of efficiently, and the agents have been very helpful with our needs and requests.

We were getting ready to check out the hotel and head for the cruise port for our 7-days Hawaiian cruise when I got a phone call from Meno, the Vacations to Go Travel Counselor, about the itinerary changes due to the hurricane. They also emailed me earlier, but I hadn't checked the email. Because of that phone call, I was able to change our snorkeling excursion reservation and car rental reservation on each island before I boarded the cruise ship. I learned that many people didn't know about the itinerary changes until they got on board. Some have to cancel their excursion reservation and book the one from cruise line on board which costs a little more.

Vacations to Go kept me updated about changes to the itinerary whenever they got information from the cruise line, I appreciated that.

Vacations to go repeatedly advertises for open job positions. Each time I apply all they do is send me to their vacation booking websites!

This company does not explain the information well. At the time of selling the tickets, you arrive at the port and you end up losing the trip.they tell you that people are qualified and give you incorrect information.I will not buy any tickets with these people again.

I have been using Vacations to Go for 3 years now and have purchased maybe 20 trips. My long time Vacation Counselor, Lloyd Davis was promoted this year and he put me in touch with my new Rep, Stetson Arriola. After purchasing so many trips through Lloyd we had become friends so I was apprehensive about a new Vacation Counselor. Stetson stepped up to the plate swinging with both hands! I will update my review once I complete the cruise. I thought the cost of the cruise was pretty pricey. Amelie the Vacation to Go Rep was responsive for the most part until I completed payment. I have been trying to reach her for several weeks now. My travel companion said she also had a hard time reaching her. I would give 5 stars if she was more responsive.

Last week (Jan 6-10) my husband and I had our dream vacation in St Lucia at Sandals Grande Resort. The resort is fabulous, the grounds are beautiful. All of the staff members were very friendly and made our stay very pleasurable. Our swim-up lagoon room was so romantic with so many lush island plants and flower. We had a full bar in our room, which was an unexpected surprise.

We also went to Jade Mountain (Jan 10-13),an exceptional concierge resort. The moment we stepped onto the resort we were wined and dined. We were greeted by our Major Domo, was there for our every need. Every aspect about the resort was geared for you to have the sanctuary experience. Our room was absolutely awesome. We had a gold infinity pool in our room with a fabulous view of the Piton Mountains. It was the ultimate dream vacation. I give it six stars!!!

We just got back from a cruise on the Serenade of the Seas. This was our 3rd cruise booked through Vacations To Go. We have already booked our next one in April with Max Brewer.
