Vacations To Go is the BEST! Our trip was flawless and the price was superb. Many thanks to Hank Dunham, our cruise co-ordinator. He answered all questions and added some valuable information. Keep up the good work.

I have booked several cruises using V2GO.....they are the best. I must recommend Karl Baker as a cruise agent....he is very good at his job. I like their website...it is very user friendly.
Vacations To Go might seem legitimate on the exterior but when it really counts and you actually need them to help you with an issue they completely turn their backs on you. I just needed someone to try to help me but I couldn't even get that.
My wife contacted Zackariah this past Spring at Vacations To Go (VTG) to arrange our Oct 2017 cruise with Royal Caribbean (RC). She told him we wanted to pay for our drink packages (which include drink gratuities) and all other gratuities up front. Additionally, we wanted open seating for dinner as we prefer not to be tied down to a specific time. He told her at first that she could go to RC's web page and purchase the drink package and the other gratuities ourselves. (Really? Then why do we need you?) She said she'd rather have him set that up for us since we were already registered for the cruise through VTG. So, he later told her that everything was taken care of. We saw the dollar amount for the pre-pays and it seemed much too low, so she asked him on three different occasions if he was sure they were all paid. Yes.
We get on the ship and right off the bat we discovered that we were set every night for the 5:30 dinner time at an appointed table. No open seating as we requested. On day five, I decided to go to the ship's customer service desk to inquire about our gratuities. Turns out we had only paid for our drink package. Nothing paid towards tips covering our stateroom steward, head waiter, waiter, and assistant waiter. It would've been better for us to simply have booked the entire thing ourselves. What a waste of time it was dealing with VTG.
