Do not use Vacations to Go for your cruise bookings. They are dishonest and do not fulfil their promises!!! They promised on board credit that we did not receive. I spent two and half hours on the phone to them (most of the time on hold) while on my cruise and did not get any satisfactory assistance. I then contacted them when I returned home and they again would not acknowledge my issue with the onboard credit - I even have written proof. They owe me US$200 but they refuse to acknowledge this and as I have already paid my bill to Royal Caribbean, I will never see that $200!!! I will never use them again - disgusting customer service - what ever happened to 'the customer is always right'.
