What started off as a trip for my wife and me morphed into a group of ten. After starting with one representative who we were not satisfied with, VTG quickly assigned another representative who was both professional and extremely competent. She managed our group's concerns/questions promptly and was very knowledgable of all aspects of our trip. We felt VTG negotiated good prices for our river cruise and air fare.
