Great 8 day tour of Switzerland set up by Jeff at Vacations to Go. Everything ran like a Swiss watch and his recommendation of Globus for this tour was right on the money.

The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive, the location is clean and convenient. I will be recommending public storage to friends and family.

We just returned from our 3rd vacation that we booked thru VTG with Tex and each and every time we have received excellent service, unfortunately Tex is no longer with VTG but Chas Hunter who took his place did an exceptional job for us because at the last minute we had decided on a swim out room and he rearranged everything and found us one, we will be booking another vacation thru VTG.

We've been clients of Vacations to Go for a few years, and also a few friends, from different states, have also used them and have had great experiences.
They are there when you need them to resolve problems. One extreme example was friends of ours had a flight delay out of Ohio to Bucharest; the agent at that time, Quentin, (we are now working with Briton, who is also very helpful and great to work with) worked hard to get different flights out of Ohio, to New York, and connecting flights to Bucharest. From what they told us, it was a lot of nail-biting, but they cannot speak enough about how Vacations to Go worked hard to get them to Bucharest, in less than 24 hours. Quentin also made adjustments on Optional Excursions, etc., making our friends happy at what was done on their behalf. The tour director on that tour was very knowledgeable and great.
Our current agent, Briton, seems to be in the same mode as Quentin was: Very responsive, both when we were searching for tours, as well as answering various questions that arose.
Our last 2 tours this year - one in April for Italy and another in Canada Rockies in September - were also well-handled. During the Italy tour, I had an issue with one of the local guides, and the tour director handled it quickly to our satisfaction. On the Rockies tour, some 'challenges' came up, and the tour director also handled it quickly and without us missing anything. A few years ago, we had a Cambodia/Vietnam tour, and that tour director was also great. You may call it lucky, but we've been fortunate in having great tour direcctors that resolves problems quickly, and in some cases, avoid problems entirely - plus very knowledgeable and ... available practically 24/7, even giving out cell numbers, which also came in handy one time when we were 'lost' on our own.

In my book there is no other choice have used them in the past and they will be my only choice going forward.... Thank you Delbar you are by far the best travel agent we have ever had and we travel a lot... Best wishes and Thanks for another great vacation

My name is Meg Jerome and Vacations To Go was the best place i ever worked at in my life. The culture there was amazing. There was no hierarchy issues, no crazy rules, everyone was so pleasant. You also could make a lot of money if you worked hard. The best part of the job was your clients. Because of Covid, a majority of us got furloughed, it was tough, and they fought for us to stay, but the govt screwed VTG on the business loan thing so many had to go. I never got to tell my clients goodbye. I loved them all so much. They were like family. These were strangers i talked to over the phone for years and never met and they were family to me. I really hope they all have faired well during this pandemic. When all of this is over use VTG!! It s really the best. We work for free for our clients, we get paid a stipend from the travel companies, so you ll never see any hidden fees from us on your bill. This company really is the way to go!

As usual everything was organised for us in a friendly and efficient manner for an excellent value price.

Booked a Holland America Alaskan Cruise through VTG. We were traveling with my sister and her husband, frequent Holland cruisers. When they heard about the package we received through VTG, they got almost as a good a one through Holland America but not quite as good. The cruise was great and the amenities we received were excellent. Service from VTG was topnotch. This was our first VTG cruise but we have another one booked already and are thinking about a third for 2017.

First time user of Vacations to go and was pleasantly surprised with the service and responsiveness of our rep Tatia Adams. It was a last minute deal cruising from Athens to Istanbul with Windstar and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will certainly keep an eye out for offers going forward. My October 2015 cruise on the Crystal Serenity was a complete delight and a wonderful value. I have actually been using Vacations To Go before there was internet. Vacations to Go travel consultant Tray Bell is wonderful. We are not very experienced cruisers, and Tray led us through all the important stuff to make us feel comfortable and confident as we took our third cruise but first long one -- a "crossing the Atlantic" on Royal Caribbean. She was a great resource and never laughed at my stupid questions!

I recently returned from a 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruise on Holland America's "Westerdam" that I had booked through Vacations To Go. This was my first experience with VTG (a friend referred me to them) and it was terrific!. My agent, Lynn Ridley, was very informative, friendly & so helpful in finding the right cabin, the best price & providing all other booking details. Everything about the trip was wonderful. I will definitely use VTG again & will recommend their services to others.

This was the first time we have used Vacations to Go. Our agent found us the exact cruise we wanted at the price we wanted. Following our acceptance we were surprised with a cabin upgrade. The Holland America ship was great just as our agent indicated. We'll definitively use Vacations to Go in the future. Of the several online travel sites we have used over the years this has been by far the best experience we have had. We were treated like valued customers right from the start.

Updated 6/2016: We just completed our second cruise that we booked through Vacations to Go. This is our overall tenth cruise on various cruise lines using different travel agencies. I will say again that this is the most professional of all we have used. We used Katrina Long last time and again this year, I would recommend her to anyone. She is very professional and keeps on top of her bookings, following up during each step of the arrangements. I highly recommend Vacations to Go and Katrina Long.

I use them every year for our cruise vacations! I have to say that Carlton has spoiled us. He is always so professional and goes out of his way to make sure every last detail is done for us. All we ever have to do is call him give him what we want and when, and he does his magic to make our vacations PERFECT. I highly recommend booking your next vacation with him rather it be a cruise or anything else you have in mind. He takes away the stress and worry from us each time!

I normally book most of my travel by myself, but in this instance we used VTG to book a Holland America New England & Canada cruise out of Montreal. They handled everything very professionally and pleasantly. We had a couple of unusual requests which they were able to handle very well. I will still make a lot of my own arrangements, but would have no hesitation in using VTG again.

Vacations to Go has done a super job for my wife, Betty, and I on several previous cruises. Our agent, River Smith, could not have been more helpful. Everything from helping us select just the right cruise package to providing numerous tips to save us time and money. What a great experience we had on a recent Caribbean cruise..If only I had known of VacationsToGo years ago I could have saved a ton of money on our travels.

Do not book with vacations to go. I paid over 5,000 and booked three cabins and because I had to make changes to my booking more than 15 days before we cruise they took over 1,400 from me, took away my large ocean view room and cramped 4 people in a room with no windows. I was told it would be investigated;however, the owner had the supervisor call me to say that I should have understood the changes. They made me pay for my son twice because he went from one room to the next a room already paid as well. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, PLEASE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WORKING CLASS PEOPLE . I'm looking for others that had the same problem or any problems. We can get together and focus on changing policies or looking more into this company . I travel on May 21 and will be looking for other to help me in this fight.

I have booked through Vacations To Go several times over several years. On my mother's and my latest cruise around the British Isles, as always, the customer service at VTG has been very complete and personalized, which results in as trouble-free a vacation as possible. Katrina, whom I have used the last two bookings, is fantastic--informative, interested and efficient. Having talked with her several times, I feel she is not only my travel agent but a friend.

Just returned from a weeks cruise on Freedom of the Seas - great cruise. The cruise was set up by Taye of Vacations To Go. Although there were problems at the Laberdee port(protesters) and the final two days had very windy weather my wife and I did enjoy the cruise. This was our first time on RCL and our first with Vacations to Go but will use them again. Thanks Taye for everything

In July, we cruised the Mediterranean on the Royal Princess. We had a fabulous time and Vacations To Go made the planning and booking painless! This is second time booking with them, but not the last! Great prices and great service!

We have very good experience with Vacations to go, we went to Alaska with the HAL, they helped us also to search for trainrides from Niagra falls to Vencouver.



And the trips they advise you to go to Amsterdam, see the museums, visit the canals and go with the panpekoeken (pancakes)boat through one of the biggest harbours of Holland, is realy fantastic.

Shavon has been our "go-to" person for our cruise getaways, and never fails to live up to the Company's goals to provide the best service, and to find the best prices in the industry. VTG actually DOES credit a client's account if the fare drops - it's not a fraudulent booking incentive. I refer friends (and relatives...) to VTG without any hesitation for every travel need, because I am confident they will be given the best price, and the best customer service.

Totally satisfied with the fine service. We traveled from San Francisco to Ft. Lauderdale on a Princess ship. All the needed information, confirmations, reminders needed to make the trip a success were provided. I recommend VacationsToGo without hesitation.

This is the third time we have used VtoG. Jed Huston has made each experience outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service far exceeded our expectations each time. In three cruises prior to this last one we used a local agent that our friends were also using. It is startling how superior the service we received from Jed was when compared to the other agent. We anticipate taking at least two cruises in 2016 and will not make the mistake of using someone other than Jed..

I went on the the Splendor of Egypt (12/25/15 - 01/01/16). It was amazing. Someone was inside the airport to greet me..took my passport, got my visa and escorted me through Immigration and Customs. Vehicle transported me to my Hotel (Marriott which is a 5 star). Flew to Aswan and boarded the Aswan & Luxor Nile Cruise which was awesome. The tour guides both in Cairo and the cruise were both knowledgeable, kind, sensitive to our needs and overall great people. I had no issues or concerns with security. Did not see anything that make me feel unsafe. I would recommend this trip to anyone. My experience using Vacations To Go was great. No issues. Overall, great experience and would definitely use them again for my next trip which I am planning to India.

Have been using VTG for more than 10 years, usually take a couple of cruises each year. After 10 years with one representative we were moved to another, but both have proved to give excellent service and show extreme patience with our requests. Will continue to use VTG for as long as we cruise...

Jann at VTG really came through. We took a 7-day Alaska cruise and the room she got for us, at a great price, provided a great cruising experience - enjoying a bottle of wine (or three) while sitting out on our private veranda.

I booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas for my wife and me through VTG's Emily Mitchell. She was very cordial and extremely knowledgeable. While we had cruised several times over the years, this was our first RCI cruise. She explained the nuisances for working with RCI and ensured that everything was planned as we requested. We just got back. The cruise was a blast!!! Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Emily. We could not have had a better experience than dealing with VTG. This was not our first booking through the company, but it was our best. We will gladly use them for all future vacation planning.

Vacations to go is a great place to book any exciting vacation, especially a cruise. I ve personally booked all of my cruises with them and their service and expertise is A-1! The friendly agents do everything in their power to make sure their clients get the best deal and are happy to assist them.

My family and I just got back from a 7 days of Alaska cruise departed from Seatle. The agents in Vacation to Go did a wonderful job as they helped us booked an interior room for 3 people located in the middle of the ship and it was very spacious inside the cabin at the Jewel of the Sea with Royal Carribean Cruise. We also received a $100 on board credit from Vacation to Go. After my booking was made with the first agent at Vacation To Go and my agent left the job. MY second agent from Vacation To Go immediately contacted us and let us know that he has been assigned to work with us for any questions. My second agent even reminded us about our cruise departure day via phone calls and emails. Both agents at Vacation To Go did wonderful jobs and we will book our future cruise with Vacation To Go again. Also, we will refer our friends to book their vacations with Vacation To Go too.

VTG has a complete list of updated cruise information which is easy to view. We have been using VTG multiple times throughout the year. Service is excellent. Our agent is efficient and informative.

Excellent service from Nate. He was extremely patient with going through the details for our Grand Europeon Viking river cruise. If he didn't know the answer, he found out and got right back to us. I asked if an earlier flight was possible so that we could have a full day in Amsterdam before boarding the ship.

We lucked into using Vacations To Go to book a cruise 2 years ago. 4 cruises later we are still extremely happy with their service. I've booked transatlantic cruises and a family cruise for 19 people - flawlessly. Before booking I have checked around and couldn't find a better price; always check their website so I don't miss a good deal.

Our latest trip which was the 21 day Best of the British Isles trip was something we had planned for years. As we have used Vacations To Go for the last several years, and specifically our tour specialist, Berenice Rodriguez, we couldn't have picked a better company and person to handle the details. All the pre-trip, pick ups and excursions in London went flawlessly. The Globus tour, and especially the Globus Tour Guide were wonderful from beginning to end.

We just got home after our 4 cruise booked through Vacations to go.
As new to cruise travel, we always felt very safe and were always helped when there has been needed.
We would at any time recommend this travel agency if someone we know fancy a cruise. I know at least that we book there again.
Service and friendliness are key words here, so we will certainly return.

Booked cruise, added insurance in case something went wrong. Work schedule changed had to cancel. Charged me 50% of total price I paid for two adults as fee to cancel. Now after 11 days I have not received my refund. Horrible that that charged that much to cancel and take this long to make refund. Should get charge for taking so long. Could not use insurance after being told I could! Don't do it, go to a travel agent with integrity!

Recently, two friends and I boarded the Norwegian Dawn for a cruise from Boston, MA to Quebec City. Although the ship appears somewhat older than other cruise ships, it was beautifully maintained with friendly staff, excellent food, great excursions offered and good entertainment. Each of us had our own rooms, which were well appointed and we felt we were lucky to have Victor as our steward. He was amazing and thoughtful, helpful and courteous. We felt as if we were his only guests! There is no doubt that we would consider taking another Norwegian cruise, using Vacations to Go, with their friendly, efficient staff. The follow-up and assistance was outstanding with our agent, Alexander. Thank you!

Planned a vacation for the entire family. At the last minute, had to change bookings to just my wife and daughter. My agent took the time to correct the changes. He also explained to me why some of the other plans I found on my own were cheaper. They do not add the cost of baggage, or you have to arrange your own transfers from hotel to resort...etc. They had a great time in Cancun. We plan on using Vacations To Go again to book our trip next year.

I always use VAcations to Go for scheduling our cruise. I would say at least 10 cruises reservations were made with Vacations to Go. It is a 5 star place to go for cruises.

I thought VTG got us a real bargain. Our agent was very attentive to several questions we had. Also, we had one in our party who was unable to make the cruise, but our agent assisted us in changing to another party and it was an absolutely hassle-free experience. I will certainly use VTG again!

I am a veteran Vacations To Go client and have gone on multiple cruises using their services. Their service is top notch and I feel that they have a genuine caring for their client's wishes and needs. My husband under goes special medical treatment using a large machine and requires quite a large amount of various packages, supplies, and bags to service that machine to go about his daily life. Vacations To Go went go out of their way to find all the information we needed (shipping dock location, getting us a contact on said shipping dock, etc) so we could relay it to the company who will ship us the supplies and bags my husband needs for his trip. I am grateful for their continued help (Vacations To Go have to do this every time we plan a trip) and will be going back to Vacations To Go for our thirty-fifth anniversary cruise in 2017.

P.S: I've even recommended Vacations To Go to friends at work, and previous acquaintances we've met on our various cruises (who are now friends) and they are happy with Vacations To Go's prices (they said it's cheaper than other vacation agencies).

They offer payment plans. You pay and deposit and then pay as you go before your trip begins. It s a freest way to see the world and not have to pay a load of money at once.
