I think I give one star is too much, I hope I can give a negative one. My wife booked a cruise through them two a month ago with them. They send us the confirmation and everything, but when we tried to check in with the cruiseline online, they said they can't find our confirmation. How can send out a confirmation with even confirm the booking. Then we called calling center, no agent able to pick up the phone and we waited half hour for anybody who does not know what is going on pick up the phone and try to blame us not paying the trip. My wife already give them the credit card number and everything at the time of booking and if the credit card didn't go through how can you issue a confirmation?! Please do not order from them. The worst booking agent for your cruise.
